Installation on RedHat Enterprise 6.5

Question

I'm replying to my own messages because I have moved forward. The fist
post was in the wrong group.
Down graded the RPM packages to 4.2.1. This required finding the old rpms
and installing them with rpm -nodeps --force
The rcd runs but the install still doesn't work. Here is whats on the screen:

It's probably far too late, but here's the solution. There's a bug in the
6.5 installer that looks AS in the Red Hat Release file
(/etc/redhat-release). Change the file to read AS temporarily and run the
installer again. It will work. Honest! Just don't forget to change it back
once ZENWorks is installed.
