Installation succesful, Adobe-ID created, and each time opening PSE 12 I´m asked to create an Adobe ID...

Hi!
I´ve long story of problems to tell...
PSE 12 installed succesfully (on Windows 7), Adobe ID created but each time trying to open the program I was asked again to register and to create an Adobe ID. After chatting with help-desk problem was ok for 4 weeks... today again I was asked to create an Adobe ID... why? what can I do?
chat with helpdesk was no help...absolutely not

Hi,
You should only create one Adobe Id - If you get a screen asking you to create an Adobe Id, there should be an option to sign in with your current Id.
Once you have signed in and registered, you Photoshop Elements serial number should be stored against you Adobe Id account.
Go to Adobe.com and there should be a button to Manage account - click on that and sign in with your Adobe Id.
Click on View All under Plans & Products
Click on View other products
After a short while, you should see your Photoshop Elements appear and you can expand it to see your serial number.
When you sign on in elements, that is activating that copy. If you sign out you will deactivate it - so best to remain signed in. If you sign out, you will have to sign in and enter the serial number the next time.
Occasionally there can be a problem even if you are still signed in. Try signing out and then back in again. You shouldn't have to do that bery often.

My Adobe Collage app crashes each time I push the camera roll button

I have tried all. From the first time I started the app my camera roll button has pushed me out of The Collage app.
I have my settings on for location service. I've restarted both the app and my iPad 2 and I've also erased the app and reinstalled it. No other photo input crashes the app. Just when I push the camera roll button and it takes me out of the app in a splitt second.
It's very frustrating paying this much money for an app that I can't use in my work because it don't need other peoples photos but mine.
Please look in to this as fast as possible.

I don't have any albums in my camera roll only the one main album.
I have location on so the app should be okayed to look at my photos
correctly.
I have now tried to erase the app twice and also restarted my ipad2. And
reinstalled the app. And it's the same the whole time. If I push the camera
roll button to use my own photos it just jumps out of the app right away.
And it's very frustrating.
Everything else seem to work fine but it's a useless app if I can't use my
own photos to show customers.

You are on the 3.6 release and Firefox 7.0.1 is out. You can download and install the latest release from http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ if you would like to update now. The 3.6 version will be maintained for a while longer, but you should update when you can.

Flash Player is no longer supported on OS X 10.5.8. If you try to install one of the latest versions, it'll just terminate. You need Flash Player 10.3.183.90 (released 7/9/2013), which is the last version supported on OS X 10.5.8. The installer file is in this zip package, http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/installers/archive/fp_10.3.183.90_archive _mac_only.zip.
If you have an Intel machine, you may want to consider upgrading to 10.9 (free upgrade) so that you can install the latest, most secure, version of Flash Player.

Try Solution 2: Clean up cached user login information.

Downloaded FF again and the same message occurs.
Safari, of course, works but that is not my choice.

Have you tried starting Firefox in Safe Mode? Hold down "shift" while Firefox is starting up. If the crash doesn't happen in Safe Mode, you should read [[Troubleshooting extensions and themes]].
There is also a lot of useful stuff in the [[Firefox crashes]] Knowledge Base article. If you've recently upgraded, you might want to check out [https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/latest-firefox-issues#w_firefox-crashes-when-i-start-it this article] as well.

The default settings mostly likely use an audio sample rate of 32k. This doesn't work probably in FCP. You're probably better off capturing the tape in iMovie.

FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. If you did not do step 4 properly, start all over again.
