Installation von Acrobat Reader 8.1.2

Betriebssystem: Microsoft Vista
Nachdem meine Adobe 7.0 Standard Testversion abgelaufen ist, habe ich diese deinstalliert und anschliessend versucht den Acrobat Reader 8.1.2 zu installieren.
Bei der Installation des Acrobat-Readers erhalte ich die Fehlermeldung "Error 1316.A network error occured while attempting to read from the file C:\Windows\Installer\Adobe Reader 7.0.9.msi".
Obwohl ich bereits das Programm "WinCS3Clean" ausgeführt habe, erhalte ich weiterhin diese Fehlermeldung und habe nicht die Möglichkeit, den Acrobat Reader zu installieren.
Was ist von mir zu tun? Bitte um Hilfe!!!

Ich versuche eine automatisierte Installation des Readers zu erstellen, welche ich über ein Netzwerk verteilen kann. So weit, so gut habe ich alle Benutzereingabemöglichkeiten deaktiviert (über Acrobats Setup.??? (Registryschlüssel?) bzw. Wie kann ich ein automatisiertes Setup mit nur einer Datei erstellen? Ich habe schon den SMS-Installer von Microsoft verwendet, geht aber nicht so richtig. Ich habe ein Netzwerk von 160 Clients und kann mich nicht bei jedem als Admin anmelden!!

Fail installation of Acrobat Reader

After start running the installer of acrobat reader 9, the following message occurs and fail to install.
The message is:
"The cabinet file 'Data1.cab' required for this installaion
is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a
network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a
problem with this package."
And there are three option to choose: cancel / retry / ignore
When I choose "retry", no respond; when I choose "ignore", a message appeared: FDI server error
And I have tried other language downloader or even an older version like 8.0, the above message appears again.
Can anyone help?

msiexec /unregister
msiexec /regserver
after try reinstall.

I agree with the comment about a corrupt download. Less of a problem with DSL and Cable modems, but it still occurs. For future help with Reader, use the Reader forum at http://forums.adobe.com/community/adobe_reader_forums/adobe_reader.

Acrobat 8. Prbleme bei neu Installation nach Trial Installation von Acrobat 11

Hallo I habe ein grosses Problem. Ich habe die Trial Version von Adobe Acrobat 11 installiert. Nach dem Testablauf habe ich wieder mein Acrobat 8 vom CSS3 installiert. Beim Programmaufmachen erhalte ich immer das Fenster mit Kaufaufforderung oder Sicherheitcodeangebe. Mein Sicherheitsschlüssel wird jedoch nicht angenomen. Was habe ich schon gemacht. 1.Schlüssel Recovery Programm installiert und durchgeführt. Erhalte die gleiche Medlung. 2. Habe nach Vorgaben des Adobe Supports eine Installation eines im Paket CS3 eingeschlössenen Programm gemacht, das Programm aufgemacht und den Schlüssel eingegeben. Der Schjüssel wurde bestätigt. Jedoch erhalte ich beim Aufmachen des Adobe Acrobat wieder die gleiche Maske mit Kaufaufforderung. Adobe Support argumentiert, dass Sie keine Hilfe für CS3 leisten und schlägt vor, beim Forum nachzuschauen. Ich bitte um die Hilfe! Vielen Dank im Voraus. Valeria

Ich habe Windows XP, PC
Ich habe CS3 Paket, alle Programme funktionieren einfwandfrei. Auch Acrobat 8, das zum Paket gehört. Jedoch vor der Installation von Acrobat 11.
Nach meiner Recherche haben alle CS3-Generation Programme eine Seriennummer zzgl. Acrobat. Ich habe die Seriennummerl auch bei meinem Accout bei Adobe noch mal gecheckt
Die Installation eines beliebigen Programmes aus dem Paket habe ich nach der Anweisungen des Adobe Service Mitarbeters gemacht. Hat sowieso nichts gebracht.
Sie haben mir dann freundlich erklärt, dass sie mir nicht weiter helfen können und sowieso für diese uralte Programme nicht zuständig sind. Das ist eine Sackgasse.
Ich hoffe auf die Hilfe.

Neu-Installation von Acrobat 7.0 Standard unter Windows 7

Ich habe das Produkt neu installiert. Danach wurde ich aufgefordert, das Produkt zu registrieren. Wenn ich die Seriennummer eingebe, erhalte ich die Meldung, das Produkt sei bereits registiert. Es taucht allerdings in der Liste meiner registrierten Produkte unter MyAdobe nicht auf. Was kann ich tun?

Admin installation Adobe Acrobat reader 10.1.2

I want to use Adobe customization tool wizard X to modify installation package for Adobe Acrobat reader 10.1.2 , however when I download the installation file "install_reader10_en_air_gtbd_aih.exe" from Adobe website I am unable to extract installation package, I have followed instructions from admin guide but I have no luck, instead of extracting the files the program just goes through installation.
This is the command line that I have used. After installation c:\temp directory is empty, any help is greatly appreciated.
install_reader10_en_air_gtbd_aih.exe -sfx_ne -sfx_o"c:\temp

As ʇɐb ɹəuəllıʍ mentioned, you will need to download the EXE installer prior to running your command. But please note that the extracted MSI extracted will be a stripped MSI and will require the accompanying Data1.Cab present in the same extracted folder.
If you wish to use only one MSI, you will need to download the MSI installer using the FTP link provided by ʇɐb ɹəuəllıʍ

Installation of Acrobat reader in 64 bit OS

Primo PDF is not working post installtion of Acrobat reader ver 9 in 64 bit OS

Reader (It hasn't been called Acrobat since 2005) is a 32 bit app. If Primo PDF is 64 bit (I wouldn't have a clue because I don't use Primo) it probably won't interface with Reader unless it has WOW64 elements built in.

Betriebssystem, Version, etc.
Allgemeine Antwort: Nach der Installation die Dateitypen auf Betriebssystemebene den jeweiligen Programmen zuordnen.
Datei entsprechenden Typs auswählen, dann …
Auf dem Mac: Datei > Information, Programm auswählen, Öffnen mit Programm auswählen, dann Alle ändern.
Auf Windows: Rechte Maustaste, mit Programm öffnen, anderes auswählen, manuell das richtige auswählen (auch wenn vorher das richtige in der Liste erscheint) und immer mit dem Programm öffnen.

Parallele Installation von Acrobat XI (CC) und Acrobat 9 Pro?

Wird Acrobat XI (CC Version) wie die restlichen Software Produkte parallel installiert und kann somit auch parallel benutzt werden?
Oder wird die ältere Version (nicht CC), in meinem Fall Acrobat 9 Pro, überschrieben?

The preset options in the 3D setting of Acrobat XI still look the same, but it does not apply a saved standard-view including transparent background...
I have been adressing this problem already to the adobe support team, including files. After testing within the adobe team, the final conclusion has been sent to me. It says, that this is not a software malfunction rather than a peculiarity of Acrobat XI and there is no known issue by adobe to change this...
As a consequence I uninstalled Acrobat XI and reinstalled Acrobat 9 Pro...( luckily I had it on a hard disc...)
This has been in February, so I wanted to try out now, if maybe this (in my sense) malfunction has been solved in the meanwhile...

ich möchte die aktuellen Versionen von Acrobat Reader und Flash auf drei verschiedenen PC installieren:
ein PC läuft unter Windows 7 64bit, der zweite unter XP 64bit und der dritte unter XP 32 bit.
Bisher habe ich über einen Installer die Software geladen, z.B. install_reader10_de_mssd_aih.exe
Kann ich die Software auch auf Vorrat herunterladen, auf einen Stick übertragen und dann auf den
genannten PC installieren?

Could someone please clarify and explain if it possible how to achieve the following:-
I am lead to believe that with just the installation of Acrobat Reader 9 it is possible to load a PDF form, populate the fields on that form and save the PDF programmatically.
I can achieve the above when I have Acrobat 9 Pro installed, but I understand that this is possible with just the reader? I have downloaded the Acrobat 9 SDK without much success in getting it working. Ideally I would like to get it working using VB6 - but if not then is it possible in .net?

Acrobat Reader 7.0 verfügt nicht mehr über
"pdf.ocx". Leider funktioniert deshalb meine mit Macromedias Director programmierte Anwendung nicht mehr richtig.
Wie kann ich das ActiveX-Modul von Acrobat Reader 7.0 ansprechen?
Warum funktioniert die LoadFile Methode nicht mehr?
Kann ich pdf.ocx trotzdem auf dem System registrieren, auch wenn Acrobat Reader 7.0 installiert ist?

Unfortunately, I've had no response to my post as of yet.
Interestingly, I was playing around with it a little further. I was finally able to get acrobat reader 7 to start but only under the following conditions:
- I created a new user with no files in the home directory
- I logged in remotely via ssh and set my DISPLAY
- I was then able to bring up acrobat reader 7. v8 still hangs right after the GUI comes up.
I tried unset'ing all of the environment variables as my normal user and setting only the ones defined in the working environment above. v7 still would hang.
I tried 'su - newuser' but v7 would still hang.
I tried 'ssh newuser@localhost' and v7 would start.
I tried logging in via ssh as my normal user and v7 hangs.
Again, I'm stuck as to where to go from here.
