Hallo I habe ein grosses Problem. Ich habe die Trial Version von Adobe Acrobat 11 installiert. Nach dem Testablauf habe ich wieder mein Acrobat 8 vom CSS3 installiert. Beim Programmaufmachen erhalte ich immer das Fenster mit Kaufaufforderung oder Sicherheitcodeangebe. Mein Sicherheitsschlüssel wird jedoch nicht angenomen. Was habe ich schon gemacht. 1.Schlüssel Recovery Programm installiert und durchgeführt. Erhalte die gleiche Medlung. 2. Habe nach Vorgaben des Adobe Supports eine Installation eines im Paket CS3 eingeschlössenen Programm gemacht, das Programm aufgemacht und den Schlüssel eingegeben. Der Schjüssel wurde bestätigt. Jedoch erhalte ich beim Aufmachen des Adobe Acrobat wieder die gleiche Maske mit Kaufaufforderung. Adobe Support argumentiert, dass Sie keine Hilfe für CS3 leisten und schlägt vor, beim Forum nachzuschauen. Ich bitte um die Hilfe! Vielen Dank im Voraus. Valeria

Ich habe Windows XP, PC
Ich habe CS3 Paket, alle Programme funktionieren einfwandfrei. Auch Acrobat 8, das zum Paket gehört. Jedoch vor der Installation von Acrobat 11.
Nach meiner Recherche haben alle CS3-Generation Programme eine Seriennummer zzgl. Acrobat. Ich habe die Seriennummerl auch bei meinem Accout bei Adobe noch mal gecheckt
Die Installation eines beliebigen Programmes aus dem Paket habe ich nach der Anweisungen des Adobe Service Mitarbeters gemacht. Hat sowieso nichts gebracht.
Sie haben mir dann freundlich erklärt, dass sie mir nicht weiter helfen können und sowieso für diese uralte Programme nicht zuständig sind. Das ist eine Sackgasse.
Ich hoffe auf die Hilfe.

Neu-Installation von Acrobat 7.0 Standard unter Windows 7

Ich habe das Produkt neu installiert. Danach wurde ich aufgefordert, das Produkt zu registrieren. Wenn ich die Seriennummer eingebe, erhalte ich die Meldung, das Produkt sei bereits registiert. Es taucht allerdings in der Liste meiner registrierten Produkte unter MyAdobe nicht auf. Was kann ich tun?

Installation von Acrobat Reader 8.1.2

Betriebssystem: Microsoft Vista
Nachdem meine Adobe 7.0 Standard Testversion abgelaufen ist, habe ich diese deinstalliert und anschliessend versucht den Acrobat Reader 8.1.2 zu installieren.
Bei der Installation des Acrobat-Readers erhalte ich die Fehlermeldung "Error 1316.A network error occured while attempting to read from the file C:\Windows\Installer\Adobe Reader 7.0.9.msi".
Obwohl ich bereits das Programm "WinCS3Clean" ausgeführt habe, erhalte ich weiterhin diese Fehlermeldung und habe nicht die Möglichkeit, den Acrobat Reader zu installieren.
Was ist von mir zu tun? Bitte um Hilfe!!!

Automatische Installation von Acrobat Reader 5.0

Ich versuche eine automatisierte Installation des Readers zu erstellen, welche ich über ein Netzwerk verteilen kann. So weit, so gut habe ich alle Benutzereingabemöglichkeiten deaktiviert (über Acrobats Setup.??? Datei)aber wenn der Benutzer dann das erste mal den Reader startet wird der Lizenzvertrag angezeigt und der Nutzer klickt auf 'Akzeptieren' ----> 'Kann nicht in die Registry schreiben' wie kann ich diese Lizenzabfrage umgehen? (Registryschlüssel?) bzw. Wie kann ich ein automatisiertes Setup mit nur einer Datei erstellen? Ich habe schon den SMS-Installer von Microsoft verwendet, geht aber nicht so richtig. Ich habe ein Netzwerk von 160 Clients und kann mich nicht bei jedem als Admin anmelden!!

Parallele Installation von Acrobat XI (CC) und Acrobat 9 Pro?

Wird Acrobat XI (CC Version) wie die restlichen Software Produkte parallel installiert und kann somit auch parallel benutzt werden?
Oder wird die ältere Version (nicht CC), in meinem Fall Acrobat 9 Pro, überschrieben?

I have been adressing this problem already to the adobe support team, including files. After testing within the adobe team, the final conclusion has been sent to me. It says, that this is not a software malfunction rather than a peculiarity of Acrobat XI and there is no known issue by adobe to change this...
As a consequence I uninstalled Acrobat XI and reinstalled Acrobat 9 Pro...( luckily I had it on a hard disc...)
This has been in February, so I wanted to try out now, if maybe this (in my sense) malfunction has been solved in the meanwhile...

Acrobat X crashes when trying to Access XMP

Whenever I try to access additional metadata from within the properties dialog acrobat hangs and then crashes. I tried removing my old XMP templates and restarting the app, but that has not helped. Any thoughts?

How does OWSM stop someone trying to access the endpoint directly

can't seem to find the answer to this customer question:
I have an OWSM G/W protecting an endpoint. What if someone sniffs the link and can formulate a request to the endpoint. Apart from SSL encrypting the link is there a way to configure the endpoint so it will only accept requests from the OWSM G/W and noone else?

If I use Access Manager or OWSM in conjunction with weblogic is it possible to have a web service endpoint accept a SAML token, have that SAML token validated, and have the weblogic security context populated with the end user's identity information?
I'm really concerned on receiving the end-user identity when multiple web service hops occur.

Absturz unter Win2000 von Acrobat

Hallo,
ich hab ein misteriöses Problem. Unter Windows 2000 stürzt mir Acrobat 5.0.5 ab wenn ich:
Zwei Dokumente habe, das Dokument A öffnet über ein Lesezeichen Dokument B. Dokument B lässt sich über ein Lesezeichen Schließen. Tu ich das sollte eigentlich Dokument A sehen. Acrobat stürzt an dieser stelle ab und schließt automatisch.
Bei
Grundeinstellungen>Allgemein>Option ist
"Verknüpfung mit anderen Dokumenten im selben Fenster öffnen" deaktiviert.
Aktiviere ich es habe ich das Problem nicht aber dann funktioniert mein gesamtes Konzept nicht mehr.
Kennt jemand das Problem bzw. eine Lösung dafür?

Die Acrobat Version 8.0, war immer sehr gut für mich.
Diese Version reichte für mich vollkommen aus.
Ich hatte einen Computerabsturz und musste Acrobat auch neu installieren.
Die Acrobat Version 8.0, ohne Update, stürzt immer ab.
Das können Sie auch im Internet lesen.
Jeder weiß das, dass Acrobat Version 8.0, ohne Update abstürzt.
Es gibt aber dies Update nicht mehr zum Download.
Ich erwarte jetzt von Adobe, kostenlose Abhilfe.
Ich möchte jetzt eine kostenlose Fehlerbeseitigung.
Oder geben Sie mir ein kostenloses Update auf die neue Version.
Ich habe ein Anrecht darauf, dass Sie mir kostenlosen Ersatz liefern.

How did you purchase? AA8 has not been available for almost 8 yrs or so. The only current version available from Adobe is 11 and you can not upgrade from 7 to 11, but have to buy the full product.
Updates also require the use of the S/N of the qualifying product (AA7 in your case) to be able to use the newer product. So at this point, it is unclear what you actually have.

I was not trying to imply that you improperly purchased the product, but that the source may have been a rip off and that could be the problem. From what I can see, it appears that you were able to install Acrobat, but can not do the updates. In that case, try the updates from the ftp site. I will have to come back with the address that I do not have on this machine. The html updates are no longer available for some reason, but the ftp site contains all the updates. You do have to install the updates in order in general, though you only have to reboot after the last update. I will change computers and find the ftp link to provide you.

BS heißt "Bull___****". *lol* "Betriebssystem" heißt imemr noch "operating system". GoLive wirste wohl gar nicht zum laufen kriegen. ohnehin würde man es nicht mehr verwenden, weil es noch nicht mal CSS2 voll unterstützt geschweige denn HTML 5 und andere moderne Webstandards. Wenn überhaupt, dann findeste vielleicht noch 'ne OEM CD von Strato oder 1und1 bei eBay. Die haben das damals mit jedem neuen Hostingvertrag rausgehauen. Aber wie gesagt, es ist den Aufwand nicht wert. Illustrator sollte sich durchaus installieren lassen. Eventuell einfach nochmal die Installer im Win XP Kompatibilitätsmodus laufen lassen...

I say again that I have acquired the Acrobat 8.0 version honestly. I ordered this version even if a handler is Germany. This handler was registered on the website at Adobe as a handler. If you do not believe me, I'm looking for stuff from my archive. But this time I would like to have then paid by you. Again, it is known that the version 8 Without the update 8.3, constantly has errors. I used to simply confirmed the update button. Today there is no longer this site. You are obliged to provide me with the update. Or give me a free replacement to the next higher version. Please give me a link to a zip file that contains a setup file.

Ich sage nochmals, dass ich die Acrobat 8.0 Version ehrlich erworben habe. Ich habe diese Version auch bei einem Handler ist Deutschland bestellt. Dieser Handler war auch auf der Webseite bei Adobe als Handler registriert. Wenn Sie mir nicht glauben, werde ich die Sachen aus meinem Archiv suchen. Diese Zeit möchte ich aber dann von Ihnen bezahlt haben. Nochmals, es ist bekannt, das die Version 8. Ohne das Update 8.3, ständig Fehler hat. Ich habe früher einfach das Update Button bestätigt. Heute gibt es diese Seite nicht mehr. Sie sind dazu verpflichtet, mir das Update zu liefern. Oder liefern Sie mir kostenlosen Ersatz auf die nächste Höhere Version. Bitte, Sie mir einen Link mit einer Zip-Datei, die eine Setup Datei beinhaltet.

How did you purchase? AA8 has not been available for almost 8 yrs or so. The only current version available from Adobe is 11 and you can not upgrade from 7 to 11, but have to buy the full product.
Updates also require the use of the S/N of the qualifying product (AA7 in your case) to be able to use the newer product. So at this point, it is unclear what you actually have.

Adobe Registerkarte wird in Word2007 nach Installation von Adobe Acrobat XI Pro nicht erstellt!

@Ich habe Windows7 und Microsoft Office 2007 Pro. Bis jetzt hat Adobe immer bei der Installation die Registerkarte "Acrobat" in Word erstellt.
Kürzlich hing sich Word beim Konvertieren einer Worddatei in PDF auf. Ich habe abgebrochen und dann Word wiedergeladen. Plötzlich war nun die Registerkarte "Acrobat" nicht mehr zu sehen.
Ein Abschalten des Rechners und wieder hochfahren hat auch nichts gebracht.
Auch eine Neuinstallation von Microsoft office 2007 und danach von Adobe Acrobat XI zeigte keine Registerkarte mehr in Word. Bei den anderen Officeprogrammen z.B. Excel funktioniert es.
Kann mir bitte jemand Helfen?
PS: Der Adobe Destiller funktioniert im Word, aber dabei kann man nicht soviele Einstellungen machen z.B. Lesezeichen erstellen etc.!
