Go to the iTunes Store and select "Purchased" from the Quick Links side bar on the right. Go through all the tabs to download again for free

-so do not uninstall the older CC programs if you use plugins in your programs until you are sure you have plugins that work in CC2014

Cannot delete e-mail. I have three e-mail accounts, two of which I can delete e-mails. Whenever trying to delete e-mails in the thirs account, I get the following message "Unable to move message. This message could not be moved to the mailbox Trash".

Back up all data. Rebuild the mailbox. Try again to delete the message.

I upgraded my iPad to the newest version of iOs and now the body of the message is covering the full screen and cannot see the list of mailboxes, I have no idea of what to do to fix this.

That view is the normal view in the portrait orientation. If you are in portrait, swipe left to right and the mailbox list shows up. If you are in landscape, then that isn't right.
Restart or reset the iPad and see if that helps.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
You can also try quitting mail and restarting.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by e w the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus (-) sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.

First thing... do a simple reboot: With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

TS3899 Cannot see my mail in other folders/mailboxes I created. They disappeared! Says NO MAIL

Have created other folders/mailboxes and moved many files over to them. Recently they all disappeared, NO MAIL appears. I can see my INBOX mail though!,
Is there a quick fix?

I too had this problem, it happend yesterday around noon. No idea what triggered it, but I know that it is happening to other people, message boards are peppered with strings of postss about this. Restarts and PRAM clearing didn't help me at all, nor did a mailbox rebuild. In other discussoins here, I see information about more techincal solutions, but they intimidate me, worried I will make matters worse.
I have good news to report, but I suspect it won't help everyone who is having this problem. But a few months ago, I bought an Apple Time Capsule and started using Time Machine (TM). It is a totally invisible operation, I more or less forgot that the Time Machine backups were happening, and I never really understood how they work. It turns out it is very easy to use. Well of course it is, Apple designed it!
But I went in to the TM view of my backups, and chose one from mid-morning, which I believe was before the moment when my mailboxes went missing. Since I had my Mail Viewer Window open, TM seemed to know that I was looking for a backup of just that program's data, because it showed a small text box letting me know that it was installing the backup for my inbox. It took a little while, not sure, but at least ten minutes, maybe more, but when I came back to my computer, everything was there, exactly as it had been before the problem. Frankly I do not know if TM replaced other things on my computer with the mid-morning version. After doing a Check Mail, all my incoming mail was in place. The one thing I lost were my Sent mails in the short period between mid-morning and when I did this TM fix.
So my Time Capsule and Time Machine paid off big-time for me yesterday. And now I would recommend that system to anyone who, like me, is not a huge computer geek, but who has huge amounts of data that they depend on.
Of course, for anyone who is suffereing this bizarre problem, and who perhaps doesn't use Time Machine (I didn't until very recently), I hope you find another solution. Maybe looking thru you rmore traditional backup systems and finding a recent backup that you can somehow meld in to your current Mail inbox.

I just installed the Airport utility but cannot see it on my iPad.

I have looked in every folder, restarted my iPad but I cannot find it. The App store shows the app is installed.

You can do a search for it on the iPad - at least when you find it - you can set it up and use it until you locate the icon.
Swipe to the right from the home screen and the search feature appears. Type the name of the app in the text field at the top and then tap on the app icon when it shows up to launch the app.
You can connect your iPad to your computer, launch iTunes, select your iPad on the left side and then click on the apps tab and look at all of the screens on the iPad in there - maybe it is on another screen that is beyond what you can get to by swiping.
You restarted but you could also try resetting the iPad and see if the app shows up.

I have lost the ability to change fonts,use color and size and when I try to write anyone,I cannot see my mailing list and there is no send button.

A few months ago my ability to use different fonts, colors and sizes suddenly disappeared. These choices were always available when looking at my email and I used them regularly . No one I asked ever heard of such a thing happening. I left it alone until I found someone to help. Then, a few days ago, when I clicked "write" , two things happened. First, I could not forward, reply or even see my collected email addresses. Second, there was no longer a place that said "send". My email page filled the entire screen and when I scaled it down, there was still no way to see my list or to send. I am a novice when it comes to fixes and terms but, I have asked people who have some experience with PC's they were stumped. I contacted Fairpoint and they said it must be a Thunderbird problem. Most of the people I asked said they didn't know Thunderbird. One suggested that I reinstall T.bird but, said I also might lose everything on my PC. I would appreciate any help you can give. Hi, I think you will need to go to your Aol email page as you want it, then open Options (cog wheel) - in the 3-bar menu unless you've moved it, > General tab, and set 'Home Page' to Use Current Page. You may also want to set 'When Firefox starts' to Show my homepage.

I have done all the usual re boots on wifi and iPad, phone and so that is not the problem. I have 3 apps waiting to update bit they are stuck there, I cannot connect to iTunes Store and so you know I am not trying to connect to tunes! I am trying to update apps but cannot connect on either my iPad or iPhone. Changing the date does not work! Has anyone had this happen to them and if so how did you resolve it?

For those who are getting annoyed, I have found a solution which requires you to create a new apple ID without using credit card information:
1. Go the app store
2. Hit cancel when it asks you to sign in (If it doesn't, continue to step 3)
3. Find a free app and try to download it
4. you to sign in option will appear, it will ask you if you want to use existing ID or create a new apple id. SELECT CREATE NEW APPLE ID
5. Follow the steps and when it gets to the stage it asks you for your card info, Choose 'None'
6. Full in all you name and address etc... And click next.
7. Verify your email and Enjoy downloading FREE apps
8. Say thank you as I do appreciate your love :)

IPhone 4 - Cannot see e mails

My iPhone 4 has suddenly stopped showing e mail text. When an e mail comes through, I can see the preview, however when I open the e mail, there is just a blank screen (i.e no text). I have tried deleting the account and reinstalling on the phone - doesn't work, symptoms the same. I have sync'd - doesn't work, symptoms the same. Any gurus out there that can help please?

I had the same problem a couple of times. The problem with mine was with multitasking. What I did when the problem came up was double click the home button to activate multitasking where mail is in the dock area, touch and hold the mail app till the red negative icon is at the top then close it where it removes it from the multitasking dock. Then tap the mail icon again and it should work, at least it did for me. It has done it to me only a couple of times and has not at all since the new software update. Hope this helps.

I've had a similar problem with the ZTE Open running v1.1. I wasn't using Gmail but my own IMAP provider. It turned out that my desktop email client (Thunderbird for Mac OSX) was creating a strange trash folder where it shouldn't have been. Once I deleted that folder, the phone worked again.
Do you use a desktop email client? Make sure you check its IMAP settings, in particular how you map your trash folder on the desktop. Make sure you store your deleted messages on the server.
That's what solved the problem for me, and I stopped using Thunderbird.
