Installed Acrobat XI but getting message from a website that I need "a later version of PDF viewer to view full contents of this document". How to fix this?
THe message is misleading. Save the file to your desktop, even though all you see is the message. Then, open the saved file in Reader.

Did any of you had tried to buy something under the size of 50 MB ?

How to stop BBM messages from going to email? And later version of OS 5
I recently downgraded my curve 9300 back to OS 5, I know there is a setting somewhere that you can stop bbm messages from going into where I receive emails. I have stopped them twice, before upgrade to 6 and after upgrade to 6. Now i cant find where it is. Can someone please help?
Also when I downgraded back to OS 5, I came out with version 5.0.0, how can I check for a later version of 5?

While you are in BlackBerry Messenger hit the menu key and choose options in here you should see an option that says "Show Chats in Messages Application".

I just bought and installed Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, but when I open it, or access a PDF file, I get the error message "Serial Number you provided is valid, but a qualifying product could not be found on this computer."
The list of products on the drop down list that comes with this message includes Adobe Acrobat XI Standard and Adobe Acrobat X Pro Macintosh, but doesn't include Adobe Pro XI for Windows. Selecting either of those, and using my serial number, fails, of course. As a result, I can't run my newly purchased program, or access any PDFs.
Please tell me what to do.

Why am I getting messages from other sites that cookies are not enabled
For the past few weeks I have noticed that when on a inline store I get a message saying they can not let me purchase because I do not have cookies enabled which I do have this is really a problem for me as it keeps me from purchasing.

I keep getting messages from Norton security that there has been an attack that has been blocked. It is accompanied by the message that 'the attack was resulted from device/harddiskvolume2/programfiles/mozillafoxfire/foxfire.exe Why is this happening so frequently? Also I was getting a message every time I closed my browser window that Firefox had crashed (even though it had not), and it wanted to send a message to Mozilla.

I am changing laptops and have tried to download and install Acrobat 9 Standard from the Adobe website, but get message that my serial number is invalid. I log in and double check my account and it shows as a valid serial number. Now what?
If you had it on a laptop that crashed and you threw away, it is still considered as activated on that machine. YOu should contact Adobe by chat or by phone and have them deactivate for you.

I recently upgraded to Lion on an iMac and I am trying to run Garageband but get message telling me that the instrument library is invalid and I should choose a valid Instrument Folder or re-install Garageband. Where do I find such a folder?

The problem is that the instructions that come in the pdf with the downloaded files do not work, because the files that download from that page do not have the names referred to in the pdf, and most of the things that are referred to in the instructions do not happen. Here is what actually happened.
When I downloaded the files from the website, these are the files that downloaded:
I double-clicked each one and they extracted into two different folders.
Then I read a message on the forum that said to move all the extractred files into the same folder, so I moved all files into one file at C:\Creative Suite CS2\Adobe Creative Suite 2.0 as was pictured in the forum message. Here are screen shots showing all of the files in that folder I have now:
So then I double clicked the "Setup" file and I got this error message:
So then I tried to install the programs separately from the installer inside the folders Photoshop and Illustrator. I got this far and entered the serial number from the website:
But then I got this error message, even though I was using the files and serial number exactly from the website:
I tried both photoshop and illustrator and the same thing happened.
(I also looked at Solution 2 that you mentioned above but I don't have anything called VCOM on the computer. Also the error message that I got is not that one.)
I think I really need a set of instructions that lists the steps in order to do, but based on the files that actually download from the website and what happens when you extract the files. I feel as if I have all of the proper files but it still doesn't work.

I received the new update from Itunes and after installing, I couldnt get into my Itunes. I get a message from Windows saying that an MC file is missing and to reinstall I tunes. I have reinstalled 3 times, the first time I didn't remove the old version, I installed the update over it. Next I tried the repair function under Control Panel. After that, I uninstalled Itunes and reinstalled again from the website. I still get the same message about missing files from Windows.

I am getting message from MacPro that my start up disc is full - but I can't find this "start up disc" and can't figure out what to do to help situation. I've been making a number of imovies, which generates junk files and material that I should toss in the trash, but it is not clear to me what items I can toss and which items I can't toss. The idea to jumpstart by change was not the smartest one, but gives you an opportunity to use that "temporary" account as permanent. You do not have a choice cause obviously despite you thinking that old account is no more -it does exist on Apple servers. And if you are unwilling to share your [email protected] with friend, just create one extra [email protected] for your friend. One suggestion - do not use gmail.
