Installed Creative Cloud on iPad Air. Problem seeing all files

I can see only a few of my files from my Creative Cloud on my iPad.  None of my more recent files are visible.  They're all visible from my PC, but just a few old ones on my iPad, which I just installed Creative Cloud as an appliction.  Help?

Hi,
Are you sure you are logged into your iPad with the the correct Adobe ID which your computer is logged in as, these need to be the same. Are you confident that your iPad is fully synced? this could take time over cellular or slower wifi.
Have you contacted customer support about this issue?
Thanks

  • Pages for iPad, can't see all files

I'm having some trouble with my iPad and I may have to do a full reset.  (you can read about the saga here: https://discussions.apple.com/message/15034366#15034366).  Most of my apps won't launch, including Pages, Keynote, etc.  But before I do, there are a few files I'd like to retrieve from the device.
But well before this trouble happened, I recall that when I connected the iPad to my Mac, launched iTunes under Apps > File Sharing > Pages I only saw a portion of the docs I know I have in my Pages on the iPad.  This didn't concern me at the time, as I had a lot of those docs in other places.  But now I am trying to get to the actual files that I know must be on the device.  In the iPad, Pages saves whenever you close and go back to "My Documents."  So I know these must be saved somewhere...as I've been able to retrieve them from the iPad itself.  I feel like there must be something with Pages and how it stores data in iPad.
    Any ideas are welcome.
    Thanks!

the iwork apps store your files locally, not in the folder that is seen by iTunes. You must export from the individual iworks apps using "Export to iTunes". This will allow them to be seen in itunes for saving back to your computer. I you added a file through itunes you need to use the import into the local space by using the "import from iTunes" option.
Since you arent able to launch the apps, you might have lost those files. I am in the habit of using the "export to iTunes" anytime that I have made significant changes that I know would be devastating to lose. Thats my "backup" location.
Whatever you do, dont delete the apps until after you have retreived everything you can through itunes. Deleting the apps deleted both the local space files and the iTunes files in the 'backup' folder I believe.

  • I have installed creative cloud and a trial version of illustrator on my laptop since then my IT department has purchase illustrator but is having problems installing it onto a PC workstation.

I have installed creative cloud and a trial version of illustrator on my laptop since then my IT department has purchase illustrator but is having problems installing it onto a PC workstation.

Hi, the problem is that my IT department was sent a link  on his laptop to install Illustrator, however the request was for them to build me a workstation and install it on there. they have built the workstation and is having problem installing the CC desktop app on there, just to clarify would you be able to answer the following:
    1) Do you have to have CC desktop app to install Illustrator from the given link?
    2) If you have signed up & installed  CC on your laptop, can you install illustrator on a workstation by simply installing the CC desktop app on the workstation, log into that with your username & activate the link to install illustrator, basically the provided link should not be specific to a computer or user?
    Thanks

  • I just installed Creative Cloud and I have had a blue rotating circle for the last 40 minutes in the screen. Have tried force quit and restarting and problem persists.

I just downloaded Creative Cloud for Photographers and nothing seems to be starting. I cannot download photoshop or lightroom because there is a blue circle in the creative cloud window

I have similar problems. I install cc-app, start it and get an empty cc screen with a blue timer in the middle of the screen that gives me the impression it tries to connect to something.
I have been browsing this forum for days and have tried 'everything' I could find:
    - turned off firewall
    - connected directly to the internet without a router
    - opened ports
    - uninstalled cc multiple times
    - uninstalled all Adobe software (used to run CS6)
    - used cc-cleaner
    - manually deleted all adobe related directories
    - removed the OOBE directory multiple times
    - gave cc administrator permissions
    I'm using windows 7.
Another thing I noticed: when cc is running in the background and I play a computer game, cc takes me back to windows. This only stops when I turn off cc.

  • Problem With Installing Creative Cloud

Every time I try to install Creative Cloud, this message pops up saying, "Adminitrative privileges are required to continue with installation."  I Am on the administrator account and i'm not sure what I should do. Does anyone know how to deal with this?

    Hi Magenta1234,
You wrote "Every time I try to install Creative Cloud, "
How many times do you need to install Creative Cloud ? Ideally it is a one time process, once installed you can access it from the task bar (in Windows) and on top-right of Mac (Near the clock).
message pops up saying, "Adminitrative privileges are required to continue with installation."
The prompt you may be getting could be of UAC (user access control) set on your computer. Which is a windows features.

If you want you can turn off this feature fro Control panel.

  • Problem installing creative cloud.  AdobePIM.dll contains an error

I am trying to instal creative cloud on a Windows 7 64bit PC.  the installation is not working because it keeps saying the file AdobePIM.dll contains an error and then the file creative cloud helper.exe cannot start due to an incompatibility with 64bit.  I have tried a few times but I think it keeps finding the same corrupted file not re downloading it.
How can I delete the corrupted download and force it to start again?

I am not having success with the chat.  No reply.
I cannot get to Creative Cloud through the uninstal programs route as it does not show there.
Do you think I can delete the folders which were created during the failed installation?  They have today's date as the folder creation date.  They are
    c:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe
    c:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files/Adobe
I may have to open windows in safe mode to do this.  Will I affect the registry by deleting a program which was not installed successfully.

  • Not getting the option to install creative cloud. Only trial version or choose new plan

    Hi,
I'm trying to install Photoshop on a second computer. Problem is I can't find the installer for Creative Cloud. When I log in at adobe.com and go to products, all i get is the option to get a trial version or sign up for a new plan. It's like it thinks I'm not already on a plan.
Explicitly going to menu -> pc apps -> clicking the creative cloud icon takes me to the general creative cloud promotional page. I can't see any option to just install the creative cloud app.
Am I missing something? Seached the forums and all the replies just tell me to go to adobe.com/products and install.

    Oh, it was that simple?
Tried it and it worked just like you said. It's downloading now. Thank you so much!
Got to say that's a bit of baffling gui design. One would think a link to install Creative Cloud would be one of the main things needed for the account page on the website. Not only did I have to do something I didn't want to do (get the trial), but after installing the manager, it immediately started downloading and installing photoshop. I really hope it's not installing the trial version. I guess I'll have to wait and see.
Regardless, that solves this question. Again, thanks for the quick help. Have a nice day!
    /Alex

  • How to get a fresh start to successfully install creative cloud for mac?

I start with install creative cloud for download trials, however, since I'm in China, the creative cloud somehow automatically defaults and installs the software in Chinese version(for example, there is no way that I can choose the language of premiere, then it already been installed in my mac system in Chinese). I thought that perhaps it's because my account is set in China, then I try to uninstall all the trials, and try to delete creative cloud from my mac ios platform, but because I'm not familiar with the IOS platform, I think I didn't delete the creative cloud properly, after that, even I successfully install the English version of PRE, the creative cloud couldn't work. And I couldn't open AE v12.0 with mac IOS v10.9.4 unless upgrade AE to v12.0.1, and since the creative cloud wouldn't work, the adobe application manager is also not working. When I try to open application manager it shows this(even though the creative cloud is already installed):
And I download creative cloud again from the URL, try to install, after that, creative cloud is running, but it shows still damaged.
So all in all, how could I fix this crisis circle?
How could my IOS system get a fresh start to install the creative cloud, it's there some files that I suppose to delete or what? Please try to give me a clear instruction with this, there are similar problems with people around me as well, I want to help them, too.
And also what is the difference between adobe application manager and creative cloud?
Look forward to your reply, thanks.
