en internet explorer and go to Tools, then manage add on's there is no Shockwave flash object. How do i fix this it shows that Flash player is installed correctly but it is not in my internet explorer add ons

Hi Jeff. I did purchase Premiere Elements 8 from Adobe (download version), but couldn't find the files to download again on the adobe.com website. I did, however carry out another search of files from my old PC and eventually found the files to reinstall on my new PC, using my registered product serial no. Installation has worked. It seems that Adobe has stopped supporting version 8 as I could only find version 9 and later for download from the adobe.com website.

If it is and doesn't have a checkmark beside it, enable it by clicking it in the list in that menu.
If it is and does have a checkmark beside it, it may be displayed outside the window somehow or there is some other problem, please try and see if the [[Back and forward or other toolbar items are missing]] support article can help you solve it.
If it is not listed in the Toolbars menu, it may not have installed properly for some reason - check in menu Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions that it is installed. Our support article [[Troubleshooting extensions and themes]] may be able to help you, this may also apply if you're not using the default theme as it could be a problem with the theme.
The article [[Unable to install add-ons]] may also be helpful and goes more in-depth with add-on installation problems.

Now... regarding logging it, are you trying to log in to the Firefox Sync service to get data from your desktop browser, or log in to your email site, or something else? -
I havev installed a new Hard Drive on my laptop but cannot find my Photoshop Elements product box with the serial number to install Elements 10 or Elememts Premier 10. How can I find out the serial / installation codes for these? I saw a reply however, it was not my name and assumed it was for someone else. Now timed out. Can UI still have help on this matter please?
If you registered PSE before, go to the main page of adobe.com, sign in and go to your account and you should find the serial number there in your purchases.

Do you have the receipt? If you have proof of ownership, you _may_ be able to persuade Customer Support to help you out. I imagine you would need to scan and email that proof if it works at all.

Your screenshot shows that you have the page source visible, so you already have the source code including HTML code available to copy.<br />
You should see the Copy HTML entry if you right-click a normally rendered HTML page. -
Installed firefox 4 for os 10.4.11 and replaced 3.6 to find out that it's not compatible. Need to reinstall 3.6, but cannot find it. Please provide where I can re-instal Firefox 3.6.

Attempting to install cs6 extended on my windows 7 professional 32 bit laptop, ive downloaded it but when i go to install it it asks for my serial number which i put in and then it tells me it is a valid number but cannot find a qualifying product on this computer?? What is the problem?
Normally you will be asked to provide the new prdouct serial number first, then when a qualifying version is not found you elect to provide that information and then select the version and provide its serial number. If this is not how things are flowing for you then you should contact Adobe support directly thru chat and get their help resolving it.

I installed the trial of Media Encoder CC but cannot find the imx30 preset. Where and how can i find and install this feature.
In the case of the trial mode, the license to MXF OP1a format as well as MPEG2 format are not activated if you install only Media Encoder only. If this is the case, in order to activate those formats in the trial mode, please also install Premiere Pro, After Effects or Prelude and launch it at least once. After this, re-launching Media Encoder should make MXF OP1a format available.

I am now purchasing that computer, but cannot find the software. B&H suggested that I contact you directly to help me. I have the receipt, and you can look to see that the program was never used. The receipt is only of use to B&H. Adobe will have no record of it.
If you quote an Adobe Lightroom serial number then Adobe can confirm if that serial number has ever been registered. That step should not be required at this stage though. Just install the software. -

If you're running Mac OS X 10.8.x ou can purchase iPhoto version 9.x from the App Store. If you purchase iPhoto at the App Store you will automatically get the most up-to-date version and you won't need to install the 9.4 update.
