Installing a previously purchased Elements on to a new computer.

I had an old computer that had Elements on it. I just got a new replacement computer and want to install Elements on it. Any idea how to remove it from one and install it on the other? Thanks.

But you can't ever move an installed version of PSE on any operating system. You're going to have to install from scratch on the new machine.

Can't download previously purchased Elements on new Macbook

I purchased Photoshop Elements 12 in November 2013 and downloaded it to my Macbook Pro.
I recently bought a new Macbook and wanted to install this previously purchased version of elements.
I went to my order history on the Adobe site and pressed download.
This resulted in a page stating "413 - Header too long". I can't make the download.
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

You can't run PSE from a USB drive, nor can you transfer PSE to a different computer via a USB drive. PSE must be installed on a computer using the installer program provided by Adobe.

Did you download and purchase the original installation files from Adobe? Did your old computer have a Windows operating system? Does your new computer have a Windows operating system?

Could you tell us if you are talking about Photoshop 4.0 that was released in 1996, or Photoshop CS4 (PS 11), or Photoshop elements 4?
Older version might not work if your C: drive is bigger than 1TeraByte.
