Installing cs3 on new computer
Hi
I have 2 computers with cs3 installed. One of the computers recently died and I purchased a new one. When I try to install cs3 on the new computer it says I have reached the maximum number of activations. There's no way to deactive cs3 on the old computer because it won't even turn on. Any solution? Thanks, Karen
There should be a phone number on the activation denied screen. Call it and explain the situation.
There's nothing anyone here can do.

I found the problem. CS3 was loaded on the old laptop with Vista OS; I upgraded to Windows 7. The new laptop is loaded with dWindows 7 OS. I changed the compatiblity in properties to Windows 7 and the Program loaded...
I have another issue that really surprised me. All my recent photos are shot in Raw. Neither Photoshop or Bridge will open NEF files on the new laptop. Photoshop will open JPEG files but not NEF files. What do I have top update to correct. Photoshop and Bridge functioned great on the old computer why not on the new one...

Just installed CS3 on new computer and none of the programs run
I've had my CS3 for 3ish years now. It worked fine on my old computer, which had XP Home.
Now I have Windows 7 64 bit edition, and everything installed fine, but the programs won't run. Dreamweaver and Bridge just don't even appear, and Photoshop will load the grey program loading screen but nothing else. It'll stay there forever and when you click anywhere on the window, it says "Program not responding".
Help, please! I have some work I have to do and I don't know how to get this up and running.I recently re-booted my system (windows 7) and have been re-installing Adobe Creative Suite 3 (CS3).
None of the programs load because it needs to verify my license and the pop-up which asks me to enter my license is not popping up so I am unable to load any of the softwares.
This issue has already been solved and I downloaded a patch to fix this from the Adobe website last year and it worked perfectly.
That patch has since been removed. (KB401528)

Installed CS3 on new Vista Ultimate 64-bit laptop and having problems
I'm aware that CS3 was not made to run on a 64-bit computer, but I'm just wondering if there are workarounds for the errors that I am having. First, when I open ID I get a Javascript error 30619. It doesn't seem to effect the application any to just click through the warning and proceed, but I get it everytime I open the app and that gets old quick. I can live with that, however, but the real annoying issue that I've come across that is really driving nuts is the failure of the "enter" key to give me a paragraph break like it's supposed to. Both the enter keys now give me a page break no matter what key combination I use. I no longer have paragraph break, line break, or column break at my fingertips and I use them all a lot. I literally have to copy and paste them or choose them from the insert characters menu. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this and if there is a workaround or a fix?
This was a fresh install on a new computer. I had errors with the install that appear to be common with Acrobat Pro on 64 bit computers. It crashed the install and I had to remove what had installed and retry the install from scratch. I clicked past the error on the Acrobat Pro install on the second try and was able to get the full suite to install, but it's not functioning correctly. ID is the only application I've used at length so far, and I've run into the two errors I mentioned in the original post.
Should I try the install again? I had to get a phone activation because my other laptop fatally crashed before I could remove the suite, so I don't want to have to deactivate and activate the software again. -
I am trying to install my creative cloud programs onto my new computer. When I go to the website and log in, it shows that I have a creative cloud membership, but says I have no products. Not sure how I get the program downloaded. Any ideas?
you can install and use on up to two computers at any one time with your single-user license so you need not sign out from your old computer's cc app.

I have Adobe 5.0, original disk, 6.0 upgrade, original disk, and Adobe CS2. I'd like to install in my new computer with Win.8.1. Can you help?
Forget about all the versions you already have (5.0 through to CS2). They will no longer work and the serial numbers are redundant.
Download the non-activation version of CS2 form the link provided by kglad and use the new non-activation serial number provided at that link. Your existing serial number(s) will no longer work.
Note: there is no guarantee that CS2 will run well on Win 8.1. Try it and see. -
I bought a new computer and cant find my codes for my CS6. I got it through financial aid through school and I never registered the product on the adobe website. I need it installed on my new computer ASAP! Im failing school because of this issue!
You're blaming others for your messy bookkeeping? That's gross! Contact edu support by mail or web chat and have your credentials handy, but otherwise there is nothing anyone can do.

It sounds like you are getting an error stating that the iTunes installer cannot be run on your computer. I would try downloading the 64 bit version of iTunes from here:
iTunes 11.1.3 for Windows (64-bit)

If issues persist when trying to install it, I would try running through the steps in the article named:

I purchased a new laptop. I'm trying to find the same version of Acrobat Pro 9.5 I have on my old laptop to install on my new computer. Any help?
I'm using an iMac with the newest OS X Yosemite. I tried to reinstall Creative Cloud, removed all the programs. But I still get the 'old' 2014 version with the Lionhead, not the Sunglasses (october 2014) with interactive libraries. I use Adobe iPad apps, for instance Adobe Brush, Adobe Shape and Adobe Color and it's so great to have all the things you make with these apps in your Illustrator & Photoshop libraries. Somehow it worked om my laptop, but not om my home computer.

I understand that you have used Home Sharing to play the music from one computer on another, but now you would like to only use the new computer. It sounds as though you have set up the content to share between computers, but have not actually I’m ported the media from the old computer to the new one. I would suggest following the troubleshooting steps located in the attached article to import you music from the old computer to the new one. After that process is complete, you can turn off Home Sharing if you would like and the content will be in the iTunes library on your new computer.

I would like to inform that you can install and activate Creative Cloud desktop applications on two computers, regardless of operating system, for the individual associated with the Creative Cloud membership.
If you've already installed Creative Cloud on 2 machines then you need to deactive it from one of the machine.
To deactivate, you can click on the product and then go to Help> Deactivate.
To uninstall the apps follow the link mentioned below:

I'm trying to install Lightroom 4 upgrade on my new desktop, which does not have Lightroom 3 installed. My copy of LR 3 is 800 miles away and I will not see the box until next May.

You only need the serial numbers. During instal lyou will be asked for a qualifying product and then must input the serial number for LR3 as a secondary number. Mylenium

I have an Acrobat 8 which is all I need. Installed on my new computer which is using Windows 8. Each time I open Acrobat I get a window that say unable to registrator. It gives me three options try again, redo, never register. No matter which option I choose I cannot stop the window from opening each time I open the computer.
Any suggestions?Probably far too old to register. Sounds like a bug, stopping the "never" selection from working. You may be stuck with it.
