I have CS5 and just bought a new macbook but it doesnt have a CD drive
How do I install it on to my new mac?

You can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site or else the download will not work properly.

You can only use the App Store version to reinstall on your new Mac if you bought Logic via the App Store in the first place.... and then it will appear under the Purchases tab in the Mac App Store App so long as you are signed in using the same Apple ID you used to purchase Logic via the App store in the first place.
If you bought the DVD edition of Logic Studio then you must initially install using those original DVDs to begin with and then update to the latest version of your version of Logic via software updates.
No DVD drive? Buy an external one.. Amazon do a very cheap basic one that works well..
or...
Use Remote Disk if you still have your older Mac which has a built in DVD drive...

Should it take sooo long to install Flash on a new Mac book pro? And should the CC panel say "syncing files" and look like it will never finish?

I had an issue where I had to wipe my mac as well. What you have to do to format the hard drive and reinstall is this:
Restart the computer while holding down the option key. Choose the recovery disc. Find the main hard disc and hit format. Then you can reinstall Lion via the internet, it takes a while though, my computer took 5 hours or so.
For your first question, if you got the family version of office, I believe you have 3 computers you can authorize it on. If you are not sure, look it up in the apple store.
For the second: Time machine would probably be your best option, but I would reccomend restoring from a backup before you were having problems, and restore that one (put new files you need on another external or a digital-online storeage site such as dropbox.) To restore a backup, restart your computer and hold command+R and select "Restore from Time Machine Backup" (for more information go here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1427 )
I don't believe tere is anything else you need to do, but I am new to macs, so I may not be the best source, but this is what I have found/have had to do.

I have a new mac book pro. On my old mac book I deinstalled premiere elements 10.
If I install it on my new macbook he accepts my serial code and the cd runs, but after 10 minutes I get an error. It says: Adobehelp is already installed and payload.
That is the end of the story because premiere elements is still not on my new macbook.

I just purchased a new 15" mac book pro retina display. I am trying to install any blizzard game just to test out the performance but am encountering a problem. When i unzip the setup files they look like it is going to start installing and then just closes, and goes no further. I have made some progress.... I can print wirelessly from my printer now, but I can't set the printer itself to be wireless. I had to move my printer downstairs to where my router is...which is not that convient. I printed up the page you asked about....and as expected, it says it is off line and there is no IP address. So now I need to figure out how to make my printer itself wireless. I did download the HP driver I needed...but I can't access it to do anything else. It seems l like I am missing a step... or I need to hook up my computer itself to the printer to help get the printer to be wirelss, but I can't hook it up because there is no port for me to do that (no port that looks like a phone jack). I am guessing I would need a different type of cord, but I am not sure what kind of cord that would be! Ugh!

How do I install CS5 onto my new Mac OSX that has no disc drive?

I have the serial number and have loaded it onto one other computer, so I should still be able to put the program on my laptop as well. But it is giving me an error 6 for both PS and AI, but InDesign is saying I am missing files.
I have contacted the help center and it was no help, it was clear she did not know what to do because she kept asking me if I had a disc drive on my laptop which I had to keep clarifying that no, I don't.
I put the applications on a external harddrive and tried dragging them over onto my laptop, hoping it would just require I type in the serial number, but that did not work.

Correct. No install, no licensing system, no working apps. You must run the installer properly. Refer to the below articles:
Errors "Exit Code: 6," "Exit Code: 7"
Troubleshoot with install logs
Anything beyond that will require much more info on your part.

I own CS5.5 Design Premium. It's on my desktop, I need to install it on my new Mac Book Pro laptop.
Successfully downloaded "DesignPremium_CS5_5_LS1.dmg" entered the correct serial # in the first window, then it asks for it again and will not accept it.
What to do?

if you have an upgrade serial number you are being prompted for the qualifying product after entering your cs5.5 serial number. select it from the dropdown and then enter the qualifying product's serial number.
enter the correct number at the correct time and installation should proceed.

How did you install Logic onto your new Mac Book?
From the App store or from the DVD boxed set?
If it was downloaded from the App store then it should already be v9.1.8... and if it isn't you need to call Apple to help you sort this out.
If it was originally from the DVD boxed set then you must update using software updates....
If software updates cannot find Logic to update it then you either have...
Renamed the Logic Pro app in which case rename it back to Logic Pro
or
The Logic Pro App is not in the applications folder which is where it needs to be to be updated... so move it back there.

BCA creates the partition as FAT, which the installer needs to format.

Both iPhotos open to a default library (#2) which has 300+ photos, I attempted to "switch to library" under the file tab in iPhoto and tried to choose "other library" which had most of my photos. When I attempt to open it, it doesn't do anything. I can see it and there are 2 libraries but it won't open.
Have you tried to open your old iPhoto library by double-clicking it directly, instead of using the File menu? That should work, if you are running iPhoto '11 and the library has been created by that version or an older version. DO you get an error message, if you select the library directly in the Finder?
I checked and it is the latest version of iPhoto.
Is it iPhoto '11, version 6.0.5? "Latest version" is ambiguous, because it will depend on your system version.
Where is your iPhoto Library stored?
