Installing Elements - Download worked, serial number received, when running the actual program install download I now get an error message "cannot connect to internet." Internet connection works just fine. What next?
I have tried rebooting, disconnecting and reconnecting to the internet, and am still getting this bogus "can't connect to the internet" message.
Can you check your connection settings. Sometimes they flip to a proxy server. On Windows go to the Windows Control Panel and choose Internet Options. In the properties dialog click on the connections tab, then click the button marked LAN settings. Try putting a check-mark in the box Automatically detect settings and click OK. Then close the control panel and try launching Elements again.

When running actions in Photoshop CC I am now getting an error.
At my job I use actions all the time and on my last day of work, 02-04-15, all my actions were working just find and I came in yesterday, 02-09-15, and now all I am getting is the error. Absolutely NOTHING was changed on my computer at all. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. I am completely at a loss please help.
Ok, after playing my actions step by step it has something to do with the Export section of my actions. I'm still not sure why all of the sudden it stops working but would this mean I need to re-record the export sections of all of my actions now?What other information would be helpful? I am running Windows 7. I have uninstalled Creative Cloud Photoshop and re-installed it and I am still having issues with my "Save for web" option which is the "export" section of my action. As you can tell I am not the best at explaining the technical aspects of things, so any help or ideas would be spectacular if possible! I have absolutely no idea what to do.

I am facing the problem on downloading apps from Mac App Store, when I try to install the application from App store, I am getting an error message "Status_Code_Error" while click on "Login"
Same problem here in Brazil.
It seems to be a problem with logging in App Store in the Mac (Yosemite 10.10.2).
When I tried the very same userid and password I was able to login in to use my iCloud account from the same computer and also from my iPhone. -

Just in case the component being referenced is not part of iTunes but is rather part of one of the other related programs, it might be worth trying a complete uninstall/reinstall of iTunes and related componentry, as per the following troubleshooting document:

OFFICE 365 is a cloud version of OFFICE 2013. Full compatibility with Acrobat requires an updated Acrobat XI. You will likely have to store the file and then open in AA 9. To create a PDF you will have to print to the Adobe PDF printer or use the MS plugin that has several issues.

I have just downloaded OSX Mountain Lion 10.8.3 and installed it on my lap top. I have Canoscan LiDE 110. I am continuously getting an error message, "MP Navigator EX quit unexpectedly when ever I try to scan a document. Application Specific Information: *** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NS Invalid Argument Exception..."

I am using Lightroom 5.7, 64 bit with Windows 7 Professional. For no apparent reason, I now get an error message when I export a photo, say a raw image to a JPG. However, the exported image seems to be OK. But now I notice that my LR directory of folders in Library view does not show images correctly: If there is a folder with sub-folder(s), the folder will indicate 0 images, but the sub-folders show the proper number of images. What happened and is there a fix? I tried uninstalling Lightroom and re-installing, but problem persists.

I need help! when I am importing my NEF Raw files from my D3300 camera into lightroom 5 and try to use the "copy as DNG" button I always get an error message saying that "saying the file is not recognized by the raw format support". The whole purpose of that button is so that the file can be recognized... How can I make the "copy as DNG" button work as it is supposed too?? Thank you
Thank you for responding. So I essentially will never be able to use that button in lightroom 5? do I need to get LR 6? Will there ever be an update for LR 5 that will enable me to use it?
Does DNG Converter work within LR or do I have to upload pictures to my computer and then make a second copy in DNG format. and then go into LR and use them?
