Installing Elements on more than 2 computers

Hi,
I have 4 computers that I work on. I recently installed Elements 11 onto the 4th one (which I do most of my work on) and it is telling me I can only use it for 30 days, AND not all of the functions are the same on it as the 1st computer I installed it on.
What are my options? Is there a way I can include all 4 of my computers?
I also have Lightroom 4 and only have it on 2 computers for now. Will I run into the same problem?
Thank you!

Yes, you will run into same problem with LR as well. You can install Elements 11 and LR 4 on 2 machines(each) only. In order to install them on more that 2 machines(4 in this case), you need to purchase another copy of Elements 11 and LR 4 separately.

    You are permitted two activations.

  • Installing photoshop on more than 2 computers

I recently purchased a third computer so I have a computer in three different locations. Is there anyway to install photoshop on all 3 computers? It tells me to "buy" a serial number, but doesn't really tell me how to do that, where to do that or how much that is. I am currently using CS4 on mac 10.8.
In the event I have to deactivate the oldest machine, how do I do that.

As per the EULA on 2 activations are allowed. In this case you can deactivate the software on one computer first(follow the deactivation steps listed here). Or if are looking at buying a new serial number or license you can buy it from here.
    Thanks

  • You Cannot Authorize More than 5 Computers...

    Hello,
I have a new Dell laptop running Vista. I waited until a new version of iTunes came out and downloaded 7.1 this morning. I backed up all my songs which has been successful and it looks like the album cover art is there too.
I continue to get this message which says:
You cannot authorize more than 5 computers...
You have already authorized 5 computers with this account. to authorize this computer you must first deauthorize one of the other computers.
I read the KB article and quite frankly am totally confused. My old laptop has been reformatted and given to a friend. iTunes was not installed on it.
How do I get rid of this annoying message? Should I attempt to synch up my Nano or wait first until I get help with this message. Sorry the KB about deauthorizing and authorizing is very confusing to me.
All I'm doing is trying to get my iTunes installed on a new laptop restored with all my old songs.
Thanks in advance for any help.

    See this article.
    http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=93014
    Specifically this part:
" If you find you have reached 5 authorizations due to system upgrades, you can reset your authorization count by clicking Deauthorize All in the Account Information screen. Note: You may only use this feature once per year. The Deauthorize All button will not appear if you have fewer than 5 authorized computers or if you have used this option within the last 12 months."
This is what you may need to do.

  • ITunes will not allow me to authorize more than 5 computers.

I'm getting this message ob my new iMac from iTunes. You cannot authorize more than 5 computers.
You have already authorized this computer you must first deauthorize one of the computers. I did that with my old computer. did a clean install on other with Mac OS X. Anybody can help would be appreciated. Thank you for looking.

If you go to your account under the Store menu in iTunes - you will have the option to deauthorize all machines (if you do have 5 authorized). I think you can only do this once a year. Then you need to authorize the machines you still use.
A clean install does not do anything to the authorization, it's stored on your account at the iTunes store.

  • Installing CS5 on more than two Mac's

I purchased CS5 as a student and installed it on both my Apple desk top and lap top computers.  I recently got married and my wife and I are taking a digital photography class through a local adult education program.  I would like to install the same copy of CS5 on her apple lap top so we can each work with digital images in Photoshop.  Is there a way to install this copy of CS5 on her computer without removing it from my two computers?

As per the End User License Agreement, you are NOT allowed to install / activate the software on more than 2 computers.
If you want to activate on the 3rd computer, you need to deacticate the license from one of them and then activate it on the 3rd one.
You can go to the 'Help' menu and select 'Deactivate' to deactivate the software from the computer.

  • We are a family of 6 - 2 parents and 4 children.. We have an iMac, 3 macbooks, a Macbook Pro and an iPad. We all want to be able to share the itunes library, but it keeps telling us that it can't authorize more than 5 computers.  What can we do???

How can we home share with more than 5 computers?? We are a family of 6 and each has his/her own computer.

You can't. But iDevices don't count. So you should be able to share the 5 computers.

  • Can I authorize more than five computers on one iTunes account?

Can I authorize more than five computers on one iTunes account?  I have several PC's being used as HTPC's and I'd like to use iTunes on all of them.  My three iPhones and three PC's have taken up all of my authorizations.  If I need to create a second iTunes account, can it be linked to my existing account?

Todd, some suggested reading, none of which looks to me as requiring authorization as an iTunes device for Apple TV:

  • HT202213 How can I authorize more than 5 computers with the same Apple ID?

Somebody knows how to authorize more than 5 computers with the same Apple ID? I have One Apple IMac, Apple TV, I-PAD, 2 HP PC's, One I-Phone and one I-Pod Touch. I would like to have the possibility to use as I wish the same Apple ID on one of those without deauthorizing another one.

"Somebody knows how to authorize more than 5 computers with the same Apple ID? "
    You cannot.
Authorization applies ONLY to computers.  Ipods/ipads/iphones/Apple TVS are NOT authorized at all.

  • How do I install Lion on more than one Mac

How do I install Lion on more than one Mac?  As I have a MacBook Pro and a iMac?

Purchase Lion on one of the machines.
Log in to the MAS with the other machine, using the same Apple ID you originally bought Lion with. Go to the Purchased Tab and Lion should be available for download. It should say Install.
It's possible that you will be asked for credit information as a form of verifying who you are.

i just got a new mac. and its saying no more than 5 computers can be autherized i only know of 2 others what can i do ?

There isn't currently a way of seeing a list of which computers are authorised, but have you had other computers in the past and/or upgraded the OS on your computers without first deauthorising them ? Individual computers can only be deauthorised directly on them, but as you have multiple computers authorised then you can log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and 'deauthorise all' (which you can do once every 12 months) and you can then authorise/reauthorise the computers that you still have and need.
