Installing Encore after I have installed Premiere CC
OK - it's simple! I want to burn a DVD from premiere, and so I want to download Encore CS6. There are simple tutorials for how to do this and they all say the following:
Open Creative Cloud
Click on Your Apps
Under Premiere, click on "more information"
...and then a few more steps to download encore
However... I have already downloaded premiere CC, and so the "more information" link is not there. Instead I have an option to "view tutorials". How can I download Encore CS6 from here so I can make a DVD for my parents? I have the project all ready for exporting.

I have installed Premiere Elements 11 from a disc I bought from Amazon. I keeps asking me to re-install or if it does start stops a few minutes after I start a project. I have a windows 8.1 PC. I have tried numerous times to install the program and also to open it as Administrator as suggested by a friend but it still refuses to work. Recently I used a serial number for Adobe Premiere Elements 9 on the website, But I have no idea how to download or install it. Can anyone tell me how to, or if I can?
By the way, I have a 32bit installation of Windows 8.1

If you purchased the Photoshop Elements 9 Premiere Elements 9 bundle, then you should have 4 discs
Mac Disc 1
Mac Disc 2
Windows Disc 1
Windows Disc 2
The Mac Disc 1 and Windows Disc 1 are for installing the program with your purchased serial number which should be on the labels of the plastic box that houses the discs.
The Mac Disc 2 and Mac Disc 2 are the disc for installing Content (DVD Template, Movie Themes, Title Templates.....).
If for some reason you do not have the disc 2, you can download the Premiere Elements 9 Content (at no charge) from Adobe. It is a longer process than using the disc for installing Content. So best find and use your Content disc. But the following is the link if you need to download that Content

How doesn't it work...does it go through the process, it look complete, but you do not see the Content, or something else?
Above all, do not forget to install the 9.0.1 Update after you have successfully installed the program without or without Content.

Tried to reinstall my CS6 master collection onto my iMac. It will not install - In Design, Fireworks, Premiere Pro, Encore, After Effects, Flash Professional, Photoshop, Illustrator & Prelude. Could you give me some advice. I noticed problems when I was doing some 3D work and the computer kept crashing and thought I would just reinstall my software.
uninstall (using the uninstallers), clean Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6 and then reinstall.

After installing, premiere pro 2.0 will not open
I have adobe premiere pro 2.0. I wanted to use it on my new asus laptop. However it told me I needed to activate it but since premiere pro 2.0 is so old the website had told me to download the one with a new serial number to which I did. Now after installing, the programs begins to open but doesn't, what should I do?
The one with the new serial number is CS2.

I have Adobe Premiere Element 7 installed and I use that as to editing my video's. I am having such a hard time trying to lightening a dark video. I tried everything but nothing is working. Please help

Premiere Elements 7, on what computer operating system?
In Premiere Elements 7, there are various effects for lightening a dark video. After applying one of these lighting effects, have you been editing these applied effects in Edit Effects/Properties Palette after you apply them?

Adjust - Brightness and Contrast, Auto Levels....
Image Control Panel that is a default Properties Palette panel along with Motion and Opacity....for Brightness, Contrast, Hue, and Saturation.

Issues installing Premiere and After Effects CS5
I've been trying to install the master collection of CS5, but the installer does not install Premiere nor After Effects, i've checked the solutions over and over and nothing seems to work, im running a system that meets all the requirements specs are:
Windows 7 64-bit Enterprise Edition
Intel Core i7 920 Processor
6Gb Ram Memory
Nvidia 250GTS Video Card SLI x 2
Aside from the vid card not having the "official certification" i don't see any problem here, i have administrator privileges and those are the only two products that i cannot get installed, thanks for your help.Browntimmy I would recommend posting in those product specific forums with your inquiry. How do I open/ re-install After Effects CC on my laptop, after I have put the app in the trash and deleted due to a difficulty? It is still installed in Creative Cloud.

First, turn off your CAPS lock. Typing in all CAPS is considered screaming/yelling and many will simply ignore your posting.
Are you currently having issues? Is it when trying to purchase only on the device? Are you able to complete purchases via iTunes on your computer? -

Get the CS6 installation file and when you run it on the separate machine choose to install only the programs you wish it to have.

This isn't an annoying pop-up. Rather, it is seriously telling you that it doesn't know that you have licensed the software, and it will continue to be a trial, and will stop when the 30 days are up.
So you must tell it that you have licensed the software. -

After I have wait for 30 minutes without do anything, the wifi interface worked.
I don't know if Apple could fix the issue on their site or the reboot of the Iphone solved the problem.
I'm installing IOS 6 on the Iphone 4 of my wife. Let's see if the behaviour is the same.
