my company email hosted by google and I already have lync server 2013, but i lose some lync features due to exchange missing.
can i install exchange internally to support lync server (contacts, tasks, calendar)
without configuring email service and because its internally does it causes any issue for lync external users to prepare meetings or tasks

You should publish Exchange services on Internet, Lync needs to connect to EWS for some features.
The feature depending on EWS are:
Unified Contact Store
High-Resolution Photos
Meeting tab
Contact Information
Presence based on Calendar Information
Conversation History
Missed Conversations
Missed Calls
Voice Mail Playback

The OpenSolaris CD is a "Live CD". You can boot off of the CD, and either run the OpenSolaris operating system directly, or you can select the "Install" icon on the LiveCD desktop. You can find full instructions here: http://dlc.sun.com/osol/docs/content/IPS/getst1.html
Do you want to keep your Windows OS on the disk? If so, then you want to follow the instructions for partitioning your disk (unless you already have a spare partition).

Thanks for replying. Actually I want to copy/paste a recipe from a website so I can keep the recipe. On p 39 it tells how to copy/paste, which I do a lot already, but it doesn't tell where to paste it so I can access or print it whenever I want. It's kind of a long recipe. Too long to type out. Any ideas for that?

When running Windows in a virtual environment Windows and OSx share your computer's resources such as RAM. Therefore your games can not use all your computer's resources when running.
If you install Windows natively then Windows and your games can and do use all your computer's resource such as RAM.
But as already said, older operating systems are not supported and will not run natively using Boot Camp Assistant. You must use Windows 7 if installing natively in Lion or Moubtain Lion.

I've installed htmldb2.0 in the database, but I dont have GUI to install companion CD in order to get Apache to work. Where can I download Apache that can work with htmldb2.0 and install/configurate it step by step on Solaris? Do I need oracle customized Apache http server or it does not matter?

For reasons that I can't comprehend, you apparently need to download the Companion CD manually. (I'm making an assumption on that because the media that I received from Sun included the DVD but not the companion CD. I had to burn a copy from the ISO image that I downloaded.) A DVD can hold six CDs, the operating system comes on four, yet the companion CD is apparently a separate download. The letters "WTF" come to mind.
As to installing it, I always install the companion CD during the Solaris installation. You could probably just install the packages manually from the CD, but I don't know if there are any package dependencies or installation order requirements involved.

Announcing files without using eMail

I am quite new to SharePoint 2013, so please bear with me.
What I want to do is simply to post a hyperlink of a document I have created to a group of colleagues.
I thought about just setting up a blank site, and only using the Announcement Web App, but I cannot seem to see how to display a hyperlink.
Please let me know if I am approaching this the wrong way.

2013 has a known issue where the content crawling service cannot crawl sites

intelligent enough to follow the necessary redirects and form posting that
occurs with ADFS)"
The other limitation is that it will not be myself adding these Hyperlinks, it will be a group of Teachers who have limited technical ability, so any solution I come up has to be easy to master.
Quite simply, the Head Teacher just wants to set a process where new documents can be announced to all teachers in the form of a single webpage, solely showing a list of hyperlinks in chronological order, so a one stop place where everyone can see the
lastest documents added.
As mentioned earlier, I need to find a simple way to achieve this so that those of a limited technical capacity can still add hyperlinks to this dedicated site.

Manually config printer to print to printer from anywhere without using email function

I have a LaserJet Pro CM1415fnw color MFP. I want to config my lap top that has windows 7 to print through the internet directly to my printer. I had an HP printer before that allowed me to do that. On this printer I cannot find a IP address. I don't like the email attachment option. I need to be abale to print just one page instead of the entire document and so forth.

I'd Like to install a couple of apps on several iPhones without having to go through the AppStore on each one.
The users of these phones ar really lightweight users, so they'll never use the AppStore.
All they do is check/write e-mails and call/text.
The apps i want to install are "Telenor Faktura" and "Telenor Mobilt Bedriftsnett". They are apps released by a Norwegian mobile operator.
I've heard that it's possible to use iPhone Configuration Utility. But i don't know how to download and import the app-files.

There is no officially supported way to install apps without using the AppStore. This is the way the iPhone is designed to work.
If that does not work for you or whomever will be using the device, then maybe an iPhone is not the right solution for that person.

what problem are you facing in GUI mode beacsue same thing could
