Installing flash on new pc, but only getting a blank installation screene
Trying to install in new pc, but when I click on the download, the setup runs - but the installation screen pops up but stays blank. Nothing happens thereafter.
I've tried IE, Chrome, and Firefox. Lost.

We have received numerous reports of this behaviour, but have been unable to reproduce. You can bypass the online installers by using the offline installer posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows page.

In iTunes prefs>Store - is the Store check box unchecked?

I have a new ipad and everything works but can't connect to the app store. Itunes works and the wifi seems to be working but i get a blank white screen when i open the appstore. Nothing will load unter the features or charts tab so i cant download any apps. Purchased and updates tab loads fine. Any suggestions?

When signing up for Sync I am asked to confirm I'm not a robot but only get a blank screen.

Am very eager to sync Firefox on my new Android phone but after creating a sync key on my desktop I am asked to confirm not being a robot. Since I only get a blank screen I have no clue how to do that. There seems to be nothing clickable within the screen nor a possibility to type. Any help is highly appreciated.It's called a "captcha" but you have given no hint at what url (/site) you are seeing this at. The captcha could be an image, you might not see third party images, it could be flash, you might be blocking an image with "Adblock Plus" or a hosts file. There may be other ways to depict an image and they might be blocked or missing a plug-in.

Tried installing same the DVD on a new iMac but the above error keeps popping up all the time.
Tried loading the same DVD on a macbook pro laptop all works fine, don't require the program on the macbook pro but why doesn't it install on the brand new iMac?
Both are running OS X YosemiteError "...Installer Database is Corrupt..." when you install Adobe Creative Suite 3 products

Installed CR for VS 2010 but only get .mht file
I've installed CR but when I add a new report in VS 2010 all I get is a .mht file that displays a message "Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010 is a free download fo ....". My system specs are 32bit, 4gb Windows 7... VS 2010 Ultimate. Other users must be getting this same issue.

The odd part is this was a beta issue and a language problem. Beta was only an English only install.
So what language are you using? Did you have any of the Beta's on that PC?

Why do I only get a blank white screen on all videos?
All videos in flash or java no longer work. Basically, what happened was I closed Firefox and updated my Java, then reloaded Firefox when it was finished. At the same time, Firefox updated itself when it was opened, and when I tried to watch a stream from Twitch.tv, it was just a blank white box and did not load the video. I also noticed that when I tried to open the chat next to the stream it said "flash failed to load". Youtube videos are just a white box as well.
I've checked all my addons as well and they are up to date and aren't having any issues. I even used other browsers and they play videos/stream just fine. However, just a few minutes ago when I was looking at my addons, I switched my Java addon from 'Ask to activate' to 'Always activate' and youtube worked, but twitch didn't; but then I tried to turn off an older version of Flash and it turned the modern one off too and everything went white again.
Should I just refresh Firefox?Hey Graveschaton57 Sorry to hear about this
I would uninstall your java addon and re-install, just to be on the safe side a few crossed 1's and 0's may have occured when both updated at the same time.
If that doesnt work try a clean re-install of firefox

how do you upgrade OS X 10.4.11 tiger to a higher version of operating system such as OS X 10.5.6 as have tried running the upgrade disc on imac 5,1 with intel processor but only get message saying this cannot be installed with no further explanation ?
Retail Leopard disc looks like this;
(The disc itself has the same logo). If the one you've got is grey it simply won't work.
Given the retail and second hand prices of Leopard (usually some on Amazon MP), you'll probably find it cheaper to go directly to Snow Leopard, although there could be software updates and printer driver problems that could nullify the difference. -
Currently I have 10 bookmark folders, but when I try to bookmark a new webpage, I only get the option of 5 of them. Is there anything I can do to make them all visible? I am now having to bookmark it to the "bookmark menu" and then manually moving it to the folder I want cause it is not being displayed.
No there is no arrow besides any of the folders (I do not have any sub-folders); I do have a "choose..." option, but that does not work either in showing all of the folders.

I have a sony Bravia, and am trying to stream netflix through my iPad. have the AV and HDMI hooked up, but only getting flashes of pic every few seconds....no picture while movie is playing on netflix...???

I'm trying to install Creatice Suite 5.5 on a new Mac but I get the error message "Inconsistency in the installer database. Please restart your computer and install again."

If so then please utilize the uninstallers located in the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder. That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.
Windows 7 instructions in the following document: How to use CHKDSK (Check Disk)
Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards? -
I had Adobe Acrobat Serial loaded before the hard drive crashed on my old PC. I have tried to download Acrobat 9 on my new PC, but always get the message “This is not a valid serial number”.
I had Adobe 9 Standard on the old. But what downloads from the page http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-8-9-product-downloads.html is Adobe 9 Pro. Perhaps this Pro version is the problem.
