Installing ink cartridges after moving to US fro UK

Ok, so I see this is not a new problem. How can I get someone at HP to help me regionalise my printer to the US ink from the UK ink. Followed the instructions I've found here so far. 1 have UK ink in printer, 2. Have US ink bought and standing by, 3 called the number on HP's web site and spoke to someone. THEY DIDN'T HAVE A CLUE!! Said they would call back. 4 hours later I AM STILL WAITING. Can ANYONE help me get in touch with someone who knows what to do!!!!

I would try the US Tech Support one more time, as they should be able to help.

However, I cannot get iTunes to sync my Outlook Calendar or Contacts with my iPod.  When I try it crashes Outlook.  iTunes continues to try to sync, but when it finishes my Calendar and Contents are empty (ERASED!).  I have de-installed and re-installed iTunes (according to Apple's instructions), repaired Office 2013 and Outlook, scanned for viruses (etc), cleaned out temp folders, defragmented, etc., etc., etc. Has anyone seen this before, and does anyone know houw to fix it?  (HELP!)

    Well, I guess I have to download some other software to make my apple product work. Really great stuff you guys sell. I will never buy another apple product. My Iphone, Ipod and Itunes are junk

  • Finding and installing cartridges after moving to a new country

    HP customizes some products and cartridges to meet specific local customer needs. During your initial printer setup, the printer automatically set itself to accept cartridges specific to a country or region. If you take your product from that country to another country, you might not find cartridges with the same number on the label as your original cartridges. These cartridges will not work in your product even though they appear to be compatible with it. If you purchase cartridges that you believe are compatible with your product, and then try to install them, you might see one of the following error messages:
    'Incompatible Cartridges'
    'Cartridge Not Intended for this Printer'
    'Incorrect Cartridges'

  • How to install ink cartridges in officejet pro 8600

    I just purchased an officejet pro 8600 and after following visual setup  instructions and plugging the printer in I don't get any further instructions from the control panel nor can I find how to install  the ink cartridges in this model (seems the package did not contain all necessary manuals.

    There is a document, located here, with steps on how to change the cartridges in an Officejet Pro 8600.
    There is even a video with great visuals. Hope this helps!

  • Error message when trying to install ink cartridges

    Getting error while loading ink cartridge that says "insert black cartridge in right stall" and its inserted. Have repeated taking it out and putting it back but still get error

    I noticed that you are getting an error when attempting to install your black ink cartridge, for your HP Officejet 7310 printer. I am happy to look into this for you!

    Hi, there is no direct number, just the usual Support phone no. depending on which country you're in.
    Another option would be to sell the unused cartridges on eBay. A recent idea from sebringgirl was to donate to charity & take a tax reduction...

  • Installing Cartridges after moving to another country

    My printer was bought from Russian Federation, while I am living in Finland.
    For a long time, cartridges brought with printer, worked (178), but lately when i tried to install new ones, Finnish (364), they didn't fit. All information that i found was, that i must ask for online re-setup for printer from HP.
    Tried early a few times to find how can i do that, didn't managed, but now i really need to solve that problem. I'm tired of searching how can i connect to anybody from Your support.
    When i try to get e-mail adress or when i try to get online chat, i'm asked for warranty. In some reason it can't check if my warranty is still active or not, besides if it is not active i still need to re-setup the printer. I didn't know when it was new (when i bought it) that i will get that problem, there was no information about that.

    My experience is you open panel above paper tray carriage is brought to center.  Remove cartridge or filler from carriage remove tape from cartridge, insert such that taaped end goes in first, slanted down. push in snap back down to lock in place.

    You can bypass the alignment and use the last working alignment: press and hold the Setup button, press the Options button and then release both buttons.

  • Need help with changing my region to accept EU ink cartridges on Photostat 2610

     I have permanently moved to Poland (Europe)from Canada. I have brought with me HP printer Photo-smart 2610 All in one Ink cartridges do not work . I found out ,that I have to change a region for my printer to accept different inks. In Canada I was using nr 94 and 97 inks In Poland they offered me 339 and 344 (xl version) HP original. I have found out ,that it is possible to change those settings contacting HP technical support. I am available under my E-mail {Personal Information Removed}.     That is very strange. When you contacted the support in Poland, was it on this number: (22) 583 43 73? They have all the tools necessary to change the region of your printer.
    The printer you have is almost certainly out of warranty but that should not matter for when you need to change the region of your printer. You should refer them to this document:

    I bought a HP Photosmart C8180 in the Netherlands using 363 ink cartridges. Moved to South Africa and here the ink cartridges are 177. How do I reset the printer to take the new cartridge?

    Hi - You'll have to contact HP Support for assistance with resetting your printer for a different region.  This partricular reset should be covered under warranty.  Here is the contact information for South Africa.  They'll be able to reset the printer so it will accept the cartridges from South Africa.

  • HP 5510 wil not print in black ink after installing a new black ink cartridge

    My HP 5510 printer will not print in black ink after installing an official HP black ink cartridge.  I see other people have had the same problem.  I have gone through all the troubleshooting suggestions.  
    I would like to know if anyone has been able to fix this problem.  I just spend money on a new XL cartridge.  Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

    Welcome to the HP Support Forums! I see you are running into some print quality issues on your HP Photosmart 5510, you are unable to print in black ink.
    I would like you to continue here: Printer Does Not Print Black Ink or Color Ink, or Prints Blank Pages, I understand you may have done some of these steps already but I need you to complete all steps in order to resolve the missing black issue you are experiencing.
    Please note: There are three printhead cleaning stages. Complete all three stages if necessary. If the printhead is badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes after the last (third) cleaning stage to start the first stage of the cleaning process over again.
    If you are still unable to print in black ink, I suspect the issue may be the printer and not the cartridge. Please let me know which Country/Region you are in as well as the product Warranty status: HP Warranty Checker
