  • Java Proxy Runtime:  failure to locate proxy bean on inbound call

    Hello gurus of the SDN,
    I have been trying to get an inbound Java Proxy scenario to work in XI 3.0 but have not been able to get the JPR to recognize my generated and deployed java code.  My scenario is set up to call the java proxies generated from a message interface based on the MATMAS Idoc.  I successfully deployed the generated java proxies on the same host box as is running the XI instance.  The objects are named as follows
    Message interface on XI = Inbound_MATMAS04
    Generated proxy bean = Inbound_MATMAS04_PortTypeBean
    Implementing class = InboundMATMAS04_PortTypeImpl
    Implementing method = inboundMATMAS04
    I used the JPR transport servlet to register the interface and implementing class but am not sure if I did this correctly.  I used the following entry in my web browser:
    http://nadcp786:50000/ProxyServer/register?
    ns=urn:xiTrainingLabs:groupXX:SAP&
    interface=InboundMATMAS04&
    bean=InboundMATMAS04_PortTypeImpl&
    method=inboundMATMAS04
    I also tried using the localejb/ prefix for the bean name in the above step since the code is co-located.  When I trigger the scenario, the Idoc info is passed into XI and the Java Proxy Runtime is called, but I get the following error response back in the SOAP header:
    - <SAP:Error xmlns:SAP="http://sap.com/xi/XI/Message/30" xmlns:SOAP="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" SOAP:mustUnderstand="1">
      <SAP:Category>XIAdapterFramework</SAP:Category>
      <SAP:Code area="PARSING">GENERAL</SAP:Code>

      <SAP:ApplicationFaultMessage namespace="" />
      <SAP:Stack />
      <SAP:Retry>M</SAP:Retry>
      </SAP:Error>
    Finally, appended at the end of this post is the audit log of the messaging system showing that the JPR is called but without being able to locate the bean.  I think I am missing a configuration step somewhere, but can’t figure out what it is!!  Can anyone help me?
    Many thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Nick Simon

    Hi
    How do you determine the JNDI naming of the a EJB?
    I have following entry in JNDI directory in the root
    Object Name FlightQueryIn
    Class Name javax.naming.Reference
    Context Name
    Object Value Reference Class Name:
    Type: clientAppName
    Content: sap.com/JavaProxyEAR
    Type: interfaceType
    Content: remote
    Type: home
    Content: com.sap.aii.proxy.xiruntime.core.AbstractProxyInboundHome4

    Type: jndi-name
    Content: FlightQueryIn
    Type: remote
    Content: com.sap.aii.proxy.xiruntime.core.AbstractProxyInboundRemote4
    I tried to register the bean with JPR using:
    http://ctsapxid01:50100/ProxyServer/register?ns=http://sap.com/xi/XI/Demo/Airline&interface=FlightSeatAvailabilityQuery_In&bean=FlightQueryIn&method=flightSeatAvailabilityQueryIn

  • PCK and Java Proxy Runtime

    Hello,
    I am a newbie to XI world and have some questions regarding PCK and Java Proxy Runtime. Is it possible to send the message from PCK by using Java Proxy Runtime as Sender?
    If yes what exactly configuration steps have to be done on PCK side like SLD & ExchangeProfile configuration according to Configuration Guide or XI Receiver Adapter with Receiver agreement creation?
    Thanks in advance,
    Viktar

    Hi Stefan,
    Thanks for information. We successfully checked a simple test scenarion JPR -> PCK -> File. It was necessary to configure properly XI Sender and File Receiver adapters on PCK.
    SLD and Exchange Profile were not required to be configurable but in this case we have to use MessageSpecifier interface in client proxy for sender and receiver determinations.

    Viktar

  • Can't Install Java 2 Runtime Environment on Netscape 6.1 (Windows NT) ....

    Dear Colleagues:
    I would like to help to solve the captioned problem:
    I was prompted to install Java 2 when I visited a webpage,
    but the installation/setup went with error and I restart my PC...
    I can't open my Netscape 6.1 anymoree as Error Message (whenever I click my Netscape icon):
    "Close the Program and let the Installation attempt to Complete..and Restart Windows."
    I close my Windows and Restart but it doesn't work.
    Please advise.
    Many thanks!
    O-K.Lai

    There might be some connection or transfer error during the J2 installion but it shouldn't require a reboot. I'm a N6.1 user with Win2k Pro. Try reinstall the n6.1 and download the JVM pack at netscape update center.

  • Alerts for Java Proxy Runtime

    Hi Gurus!!
    I have a problem with a Asynchronous Java Proxy Server.
    When a message is sent from Integration Engine to the Java Proxy, in the SXMB_MONI the status is ok, but if there is a problem on the Java Proxy, I can only see on the Messaging Tool 'http://myserver:myport/MessagingSystem'.
    Is there any alert to inform of problems of excution of Java Proxies?
    Thanks and regards,
    Manuel Míguez.

    If you can see the error in the Adapter engine monitoring, you can create rule in RWB and get an alert mail. If the error is occuring beyond XI AE, you can not trigger an alert.

    I guess, that you have Java proxy libraries in the EAR file. Remove them before deploying.

  • Have CS5 and after installing yosemite is asking to install Java SE6 Runtime, problem is Java has a ton of version 6 and none for Mac, why hasnt adobe provide the right version download?

    Adobe needs to get their act together, be specific as to what version of Java SE6 Runtime is needed to open CS5  (InDesing, Illustrator, etc.)and if possible offer a direct download, since Oracle has a ton of version of SE6 and none of them for Mac specific platform. This short sight on behalf of Adobe and carelessness on behalf of apple is the kind of garbage, this companies will never get!

    I'm pretty sure this post has the link in it...
    Dreamweaver and Java SE 6 Runtime problem on MAC Mountain Lion OSX
    If not, do a search of the DW forum for Java SE 6, there has been a lot of discussion about it and the download link for it is floating around here somewhere.

  • Safari keeps asking for Java 8 runtime environment even after multiple instals

    In spite of instaling Java 8 Runtime environment 3 times & restarting safari after verification of Java I keep getting a popup telling me I need the installation to view web content .
    I am getting rather bored of it I shall try shutting down the computer to see if this cures the problem.
    Has any one else experienced this ?

    Most likely, you have either the Facebook video calling plugin or the "NexDef" plugin for watching baseball streams. Both depend on the Java runtime distributed by Apple. If you no longer need the plugin, remove it. Otherwise, install Java.

  • Java proxy in PI7.1.....

    Hi All,
    I am having a requirement where i have to develop JAVA proxy in PI 7.1 and for this I am using NWDS 7.1 but the main concern is that i am very new to JAVA proxies. Even though i refer SDN but the blogs and forums mentioned are related to XI3.0/PI7.0.
    I would be very pleased if anybody clear some of my doubts:
    1) Do we require WAS in order to install J2ee based non central adapter engine?If yes how to install it.
    2) How to configure client and server proxies in PI 7.1 using NWDS 7.1?
    3) How to deploy and test java proxies?
    Thanks In Advance.

    Hi,
    You can install the Java proxy runtime on the SAP J2EE Engine Release 6.40 SP5 or higher.
    The messaging system that the Java proxy runtime uses to send messages to the Integration Server must also be installed on the J2EE server.
    To send messages from a J2EE application, the application must be programmed against beans that encapsulate all details about the Java runtime. The following classes are generated:
    u2022 Proxy classes that send or receive messages using the Java proxy runtime.
    u2022 Bean classes as an outer shell that conform to the J2EE standard. The beans call the proxy classes for communication.
    The classes must be deployed on the J2EE server together with their J2EE application
