Error code -35 means "No such volume; volume not found". Not terribly helpful.
You have already tried everything I would have suggested. Maybe someone else will have some suggestions?

Installing Light Room Trial

I downloaded a trial version of Light Room to test it out this week. Now I am back to using my Adobe Elements 8 and Elements can not find my printer. No matter what I do it sends print jobs to my fax, it thinks I want to send a fax.
This is the error message it gives befor it brings up the screen to send a fax

Thanks for the suggestions guys, but if you take a look at Light Room Trial version there is a lot of stuff in there about printing, and it is set up so you can use Photoshop within Lightroom. So Lightroom is manageing all of the activities. It has a lot of accessories that created in greater detail than Photoshop but you can still use Photoshop benifits while never leaving Lightroom. They forgot to mention that if you install Lightroom you loose the printer management in Photoshop. This is my assessment, I could be wrong. But I am going to uninstall LightRoom only because it is not what I am looking for, I like Portrait photography. Lightroom seems to be geared to landscaping and outdoors. At least that is where most of the illustrations take you. Its a nice product but not a good fit for me.

Impossible instalation Light room 5 on IMac

Hi , i have downlaod Light room 5 for Mac , but i cannot instal , i have got a window : unknow file !! (dmg file) , my computer is a new Imac 21,5 (only 3 days ) i dont know that is the problem , 1 hour before i had downlaod A.flash player (dmg file) and all works fine !

Trying to install light room 5 trial i am currently using light room 3 and when i try installing light room 5 it says system is not supported

does anyone know why as i have just updated my mac book pro so should be using latest system

Hardwick800 what version of Mac OS are you using? Does your computer meet or exceed the system requirements listed at System requirements | Lightroom.

Installing Light room 3 and 5 on Laptop as well as Desktop

Can I do this? I don't see (or didn't see) any restrictions on licensing.

If I work on the desktop and then travel and have to use the laptop, is that considered concurrent use? If so, it is ill-considered.

Having trouble installing light Room 3 onto my Mac pro laptop

I have lightroom 2.7 on my Mac Pro laptop computer - it is a little over a year old. When I try to download Lightroom3 - I go through all the steps and press download -- When I open up Lightroom from the toolbar -Lightroon 2>7 comes up -- but I can not use Lightroom 2.7 - it is frozen -- there are no photos in the Library-- have tried to down load lightroom 3 several more times with no results-- Can anyone Help-- Thanks, Bob T

Open Activity Monitor and select the Lr 3 process. Choose to "sample" the image. Contact Adobe Support. If they need that file, you already have it.

Purchased Light Room 5, installed, registered .. but keep getting this screen "An error occurred when attempting to change modules. ... OK" ?? WTF? ?

Installed Light Room 5.2 from Disc on my mac os x (latest, updated version)

Just because you are the only user on the computer doesn't mean you are the administrator.
Also, the fact that you are being asked to re-enter your serial number each time you start means that it is not being remembered because something is either preventing it from being written to you disk or (less likely) something is erasing it. This does suggest that you lack certain permissions to make changes to your computer. Not only to save your serial number, but to have access to the Lightroom files needed to change modules (they are just plug-ins within Lightroom).
Try creating a new user account and run Lightroom from there (making sure that it is part of the Administrator group).

Have creative cloud for teams. Using Win7 32bit Directx 11 Have latest AAM on desktop. Lightroom does not appear. Trying to install light room. I download from website but it is a trial and asks for serial number.

Thanks for the response. I have now figured out the issue. Even though I am the team admin for our licenses I had not responded to my own CC team invite. Once I did that all of the tryouts became downloads and the missing apps from AAM showed up and allowed me to install.,,

Cannot run Light Room 5 Beta?

I installed Light Room 5 Beta and somehow mucked up the nominated Lightroom catalog; hence the program will not run. An error message appears and then shuts down. I have tried reinstalling the program but the same error repeats itself. Can anyone please inform me how I can completely uninstall it and re-install it again nominating a new catalog? regards, Les

To be clear: Lr5 (beta) will not read Lr4 catalogs - you have to start a new one.
Anyway, if the mucked up catalog is an Lr5b catalog, it might be good to send it to Adobe if the mucking was due to bug, if not - just delete it and start over, or restore from backup.

You have to use the following link to Archive Flash Player Archived Flash Player versions and download Flash Player 11.1 for Android 4.0 (11.1.115.81). I have CS5 & light room 5 in Mac downloaded the latest version of plug-in 8.2 unable to install

I have CS5 & Light Room 5 for Mac. I tried to update my plug in for raw rile conversion so I can convert Sony's camera raw files. I downloaded the 8.2 version from Adobe and ran installation as directed. However the old version still there and won't convert. Pleas help

ps cs5 can be only be updated to cr 6.7 but lr 5 can be updated lr 5.2 which should include cr 8.2

I bought Adobe light room last year but I have purchased a new computer and cannot find the original install disk I have my serial number can I download the product and into my serial number that way?
