Installing Oracle client with PSU

Question

Hello together,
I am planning to install Oracle client on AIX
Normally we use to follow the order -
     - Client software Base Release (p10098816_112020_AIX64*)
     - OPatch (p6880880_112000_AIX64*)
But what I prefer is -
     - Client software Base Release (p10098816_112020_AIX64*)
     - OPatch (p6880880_112000_AIX64*)
     - PSU (p12419331_112020_AIX*)
Also During installation of PSU there is a warning that some options are missing (oracle.rdbms...)
I checked in metalink, whether PSU have to be applied during Client installation. but didn't find a proper recommendation.
Can anybody help on this ..

My Oracle Support Note: 1313771.1 is recommending PSU for $ORACLE_HOME, If either listener.ora or tnsnames.ora show usage of TCPS protocols.
Here my question is why I am getting some alerts "Verifying environment and performing prerequisite checks..." for Optional component(s) missing : [ oracle.rdbms, 11.2.0.2.0 ] , [ oracle.sysman.console.db, 11.2.0.2.0 ] , [ oracle.sysman.oms.core, 10.2.0.4.3 ] , [ oracle.rdbms.dv, 11.2.0.2.0 ] , [ oracle.sysman.plugin.db.main.repository, 11.2.0.2.0 ]
