Installing Photoshop CC: "Download error. Contact customer support (49)"
Hi. have just purchased the creative cloud. I try downloading/installing Phoshop, but at the end it comes up with: "Update failed. Download error. Press Retry again or contact customer support (49)" ??!! I have tried again offcourse - problem remains,
Running on Windows 8.1, 3200x1800 ppi screen on Dell M3800. InDesign installed and working ok as far as I can see by briefly testing.
Actually I am able to open Photoshop - only to find out, that it is impossible to use, because the interface is not being scaled - leaving the menus so small, that it is impossible to see anything!!?? This issue I also found in this thread: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1323412?start=160&tstart=0
- so my primary question is about the download/install error.
Any help appreciated, thanks
Nostricum did you receive a download error (49) while downloading an update to Premiere Pro and Photoshop?
I would recommend reviewing Error downloading Creative Cloud applications - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/error-downloading-cc-apps.html which discusses how to resolve download errors.

Download Error - Contact customer support. Indesign wont load application have gone from the control panel. CS photoshop loads and wants a serial number - and my serial number dosent work?
Hello Bradley,
sometimes the "opm.db file" is the culprit. In this case you should delete it.
But as much as I regret it and as strange as it may seem I fear it's a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.
Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)
I quote: ... helps resolve installation problems for Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Creative Suite (CS3-CS6) applications. The tool removes installation records for prerelease installations of Creative Cloud or Creative Suite applications. It does not affect existing installations of previous versions of Creative Cloud or Creative Suite applications.
Please use: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html and follow the prescribed sequence of operations
If necessary and for further questions click through http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html or http://helpx.adobe.com/de/contact.html and if "open" please use chat, I had the best experiences.
Good luck!

Download Error, contact customer service.
Hi guys,
I'm using Maverick 10.9.3 and I'm having issues with my Adobe Cloud, I tried updating InDesign yesterday and it didn't work saying that my InDesign program was still open even though it was closed.
It repeatedly told me that the Program was still running even when it wasn't and when I tried to close the error message it decided to keep popping up over and over again after I would close the message.
See the screenshot below, I have no idea what the actual error is.
Please help!

Hi ...
If you have anti virus software installed, you need to disable that in order to download apps.
Apple's policy clearly states that, "all sales are final" > iTUNES STORE - MAC APP STORE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any ideas?Hi Serpent,
Try the following Steps:
open activity monitor and close all Adobe related applications
navigate to: /Library/Application support/Adobe
In that directory you will see a folder named OOBE - Rename that folder to OOBEold
Navigate to: MAC HD /Application/Utilities directory
In there you will see a folder called "Adobe Application Manager" - delete it
