I purchase lightroom 5 software download card, and I'm having problem installing, I already redeemed my purchase and when I'm downloading it appear with ARVATO, does it right?

Adobe Creative Suite 6: Design & Web Premium (software download card)

I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 6: Design & Web Premium (software download card), the download package appeared on my destop. Then the zip files: Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium MAC.zip and Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium MAC.zip.cpzg. Whenever I click to unzip once it finishes it goes away and nothing happens. I've searched my computer for the files and the Adobe Creative Suite 6 application, but I can't find anything.

try removing the file extension and just leaving the zip.

Purchased software download card for Adobe photoshopelements13 and adobepremiereelements13 at my campus bookstore on Friday morning Oct 31. Went through the process of entering product/serial numbers etc. and became "verified". Downloaded the product (~2 hours in time), the proceeded to install. At this - THIS point I was "told" I needed the 64 bit version (I have a 64 bit Lenovo T431s laptop). My patience wearing thin... I returned to the Adobe site from which I had done everything to this point. NOTHING with regard to a choice of 32 or 64 bit! Looked closely at the info that came with the download card... again, nothing regarding 32 or 64 bit option. Outlined this matter to Identit-e customer service... they said I need to contact Adobe. Adobe site does not make it easy to do that. Anyone have a solution and/or a suggestion?

CS6 Design and Web Premium - Software Download Card - once verified, where do you download it from?

I purchased CS6 Design and Web Premium on 31 January 2014 as a Software Download Card. I have had this product for 12 days, but cannot download or use it. After opening a case with Adobe, and receiving a serial number from them, I am still not using my product as I am still unable to download it. I have tried every single thing I can find on Adobe's website- all without any success. I am VERY VERY frustrated. I had no alternative but to purchase this product as a software download card as Adobe do not make boxed versions anymore. My educational status has been verified, and I have received a serial number from Adobe. So - can someone please please tell me where I download it from?? It should not be this difficult.

Lightroom 5 download card - please help

I bought Lightroom 5 software download card from Officeworks. It worked when I first entered the serial number form the back of the card, and I downloaded it onto my laptop.
The next 3-4 times I logged in, it kept asking for my serial number off the back of the card which I had to enter each time. However, now when I enter the number, it is not recognising it and I can not log in.
Can anyone please advise how I can log-in and when it is not accepting the serial number from the back of the card anymore - I am hoping to Don't have to uninstall and re-install and possibly lose all the photos I have already uploaded using the software.

Normally you use a redemption code to generate an on-line serial number. See if this link helps:

If you have Lightroom 3 still installed, you can get it from there.
If you don't and you have your box/disk, it should be on there.
IF you don't have either of those,and you registered your software, you can log into your Adobe account and retrieve it there.

You have to use the same download link or same installer(DVD) to download & use the same serial number(it can be activated two times) to get it activated.

never migrate adobe software. it should be properly installed.
uninstall all the cc programs you can, clean and then reinstall per, Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
