Installing webcenter....and DEV_MDS.MDS_INTERNAL_SHREDDED error in startup

I have installed webcenter in my notebook as per the instructions here..

When i try to start the webcenter managed server i am getting the error "DEV_MDS.MDS_INTERNAL_SHREDDED " . anyone has any solution to fix this issue?

This error is specific to XE db
If you get DEV_MDS.MDS_INTERNAL_SHREDDED error using XE db, then it is better to use oracle enterprise edition database 11g .
otherwise The PROBLEM was that the RCU had, for some reasons, not created the schema tables correctly. Re-run the utility and created tablespaces/schemas again after droping the previous one.
You just might have to do a little more if you are installing webcenter ..
1. Be sure that all packages in the MDS schema are compiled
2. alter system set processes=800 scope=spfile;
3. alter system set db_init=1000 scope=spfile;
I am assuming you've already increased your processes and session parameter numbers

Belen Ochoa where are you receiving Error 86? During the installation process for the Creative Cloud Desktop application? If so which software firewall are you utilizing?

Install itunes and burn cd error

When opening itunes an error message states that itunes was not installed correctly and will not burn cd's. It also states that my computer does not have a burner or software. I have been able to burn cd's on Window Media player. I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled it a number of times and the same message is displayed. Help!

Ok people, I think I have found the solution !
If you click on the start button from your desktop screen.
Then in the "search programs and files" field type : apple software update - you can find the apple installer.
Click on the apple software update line and let the machine run it's course. I recommend updating whatever it wants to , ie: safari 5, quicktime, itunes....
I then restarted my computer and it seems to be working now !

Computer crash. Trying to install updates and get this error ""This serial number is not for a qualifying product. Please try another" when you enter a serial number in the Serial Number Upgrade screen."

My computer crashed. Ugh. I downloaded Photoshop CS3 (my first full version) and when I tried to upgrade ( I have upgrades to CS6) I get an error message. I remember having to call Adobe for help when I purchased CS4 but can't find a number to call them. I keep getting directed to help screens which are no help.
Any solutions? Is there a "generic" serial number I can enter to get my upgrades installed?
I have a photoshoot that I need to edit asap. I really don't want to have to go back to CS3 version.

Doglovr1 you will want to locate the qualifying full version serial number which qualifies you to upgrade to CS6. I did review your account and the only full version serial number was for an education version of Photoshop Lightroom.
I would recommend contacting our support team directly at Contact Customer Care to see if the qualifying full version serial number can be found. Also I would recommend referencing case 0181578817 which is your previous case from 2010.

Installing Contribute (and Studio 8) errors

The installer goes through installing all programs in Studio
8 until it gets to Contribute, then it stops and I get the message:
"The InstallScript engine is missing from this machine. If
available, please run ISScript.msi, or contact your support

I am logged in as Administrator, have turned off all McAfee
anti-virus programs and the XP Firewall. I called Adobe Support 3
times on Friday afternoon but they are now closed for the weekend.
I have done what support asked using the technote to replace and
reinstall the version 10 msi. I have now done this five times and
rebooted each time. I have installed all Windows XP Security
updates and have 4G ram. I can't think of what else to try.
Can anyone help?

Trying to install wget and getting compile error

just installed gcc 4.2 from developer tools. that install seemed to
go ok. did not install entire developer tools package, just gcc, though,
if that makes a difference. says no compiler available.
any help is appreciated. pretty much a n00b, here.

I think that you should install everything -- just in case.
Also, you can try to compile a simple C program ("Hello World!" maybe) to see if everything works as expected.

Thanks for the phone No. I was having a problem with Quicktime which I couldn,t resolve by checking the discussion forums but that phone No. was a great help. Alhough you are talking to a call centre somewhere in the world and have to be careful with the language difficlties it was a help and it,s a shame Apple don't make this No. more easily available, so well done for finding that No.
You can go days or even months for a solution and I think Apple should have an online Tech. expert to help out.

i want to install webcenter 11g and weblogic. i did not find 64 bit version. does any one know, where can i find 64 bit version download ?

There isn't realy a 64 bit version but you can use the 32 bit version.

I tried this and still have the same problems. If I open Address book or the Mac App Store I get the library rebuild popup and a hang. I created a fresh user and then things are better apart from the printing issue. Its clearly some 3rd party software issue but the crash logs are meningless to me. I used the excellent Etre check app from http://www.etresoft.com/etrecheck so I have a list of what is being loaded and can compare clean and crashed user info but as I cant work out which of the startup items, launch agents, launch daemons etc that are causing the problem.
I have eliminated Dropbox, Mac Keeper and Witness, and it isnt related to my exterrnal LED cinema dispay or my external thunderbolt drives, or any USB devices if thats any help to anyone else. Info from Etrecheck follows -
