How does this work ?
Suppose I have a self defined class called Player
class Player {
  String strName;
  int iNumber
public Player()
}And I would like to use an object of Player in my Applet programm, so i have to declare and initialize this object:
public class MyQuestion extends Applet {
  private Player player1;
  public void init() {
    player1 = new Player();
}... O.k; that is good, but how does this next programm work?
public class MyQuestion extends Applet {
  String str;
  public void init() {
    str = ("OK");
    this.add(new Button(str));
}and without declaration or initialization ?

How does this work ?

this object:To be precise, you declare a reference variable, and assign to it the reference returned by the "new" operator.

}and without declaration or initialization ?How so without? A String reference variable (str) is declared. It's assigned a reference to the String literal "OK".
