Hi .. i've redeemed 100$ itunes gift card but still i can't purchase item for 99.99$ due to insufficent credit available !!

    Your account shows that you are attempting to call to the Philippines. Please note that the Philippines is not an included country in your Subscription. To call there you require either a specific Subscription or Skype Credit.

    I have created PO with inventorized inclusive excise duty.(JMIP) is maintained 0 % in PO.
    While MIGO,the MRP indicator is ticked & excise base amount & excise duties amount entered.
    But while posting the excise invoice ,it is showing that credit is available for that material& i can post the excise invoice & therefore excise entries are showing in accounts that shoul.It should not show any value in credit available field as it is inventorized.
    Please provide any solution for this.

    Hi,
    Excise credit is vailale since you have entered excis evalues by ticking MRO indicator, which eclusively indicates that Excise is paid on the material.
    However excise credit availablitiy & eligibility for the material only is dependent on end use of that material.
    If you want no excise credit to be availed just change the material type to "N".

  • BED change in capture excise(J1IEX)-value moved from Inventorized duty to Credit available

    Dear Friends,
    Scheduling Agreement has  a material which is subject to non-setoff JMIP(inventorized). WhileGR(105) posting, excise is only captured.
    When Excise number is checked in J1IEX, excise inventory value is displayed under Duty Values tab and in Inventorized duty field(because it's JMIP).
    Now due to some reason captured excise's BED needs to be changed from 12% to 10% under Duty Rates tab in BED field. Now when this BED percentage change is done, inventorized duty value(in Duty Values tab) becomes ZERO and new value is updated in Credit available field(in Duty Values tab). Now this Credit available field is used for SETOFF values which update CENVAT.
    Could anyone please why SAP is behaving in such a way? According to me, new BED value should be updated in inventorized duty value.

    What i understood from your post is that you have changed the Excise rates from J1IEX transaction from 10 to 12% for example. After doing this, these values are appearing in Set off values instead of Inventorized values. Let me know whether my understanding is correct?
    If this is the case, you better cancel the GRN document and Cancel the excise invoice (Provided Excise invoice is not yet posted) and Change the Purchase order / Scheduling agreement (Change Condition records in FV12)  and redo the GRN against Purchase order / Scheduling agreement.
    For me, this seems to be bug. You have two options, one is changing the duty back to Inventorizable in Excise tables or raise an oss message for SAP to revert with the correction instruction.

  • Insufficient credit on an unlimited subscription

    I have just bought the unlimited subscription and can not make a call at all. It keeps tellin me I have insufficient credit.. On an unlimited subscription.. How does that work? I did have to buy more credit because I needed to make phone calls, but missed the chance I can't get in touch with them now. But that's not the issue, the issue is why can't i use the service I'm paying for? My internet is fine, my phone is fine, everything is just fine just the service.

    Finally managed to work it out with skype, not sure if this will apply to you but it did with me. Because my partner has an Estonian mobile number, skype subscriptions only work with landlines in Estonia.
    Regardless if she is in Norway at the moment will have to go through the Estonian Company first, so she will need to get a sim from Norway or Finland (her next stop) they are part of the mobile subscription, or any of the other countries thats part of the mobile coverage list, otherwise you can only call landlines.
    But positive thing is, once she has a sim from one of the areas that is covered by the subscription she could be ANYWHERE in the world and you can speak to them providing they have reception and thats about it. Thats how i have understood it anyway, and saves getting credits, or the 60min, 120min packages which are expensive.

    Does anyone knows if there is an API, standard function or whatever that helps me get customer's available credit. I know there is a report "Customer Credit Snapshot" that gives credit limit, credit available, credit exceeded... I tried to find in the report the parts that calculate those amount, but couldn't make it work...
    Or if anyone has an script to do that... Anything would be very helpful

    Hi, and thanks for your answer, well at this point I think there are no APIs to get the information I need.
    In AR, you can set a credit limit to customers, right... So a customer can have as many unpaid transactions as their credit allows them... that same thing works for order management, when you are submiting an order for a customer, the application checks if that customer has or not available credit... I've even tried to trace what the form (the one to submit orders) does in those validations, maybe I could find a function or something that tells me the amount of available credit or if the customer still has enough credit to submit the order...
    I think I could make a function to do those validations or to get the available credit, but I don't know what are all of the places I need to check: open transaction, orders, receipts (applied and unapplied) .... etc... I need help with that...

    Which New Document Profile did you use to start your file? If it was the Web one from AICS3 or 4, You might be trying to export the entire working area. You might try making a new Artboard that just covers the area you want to export and when exporting make sure that Use Artboards is checked and make sure the range is set to the newly created artboard which has a number in the upper left corner.

    Apparently there is an issue if you try to make a purchase which is more than the amount from a gift card. It should charge the balance to your stored credit or debit card. It doesn't and displays this error instead. This issue is known by Apple but no fix date was given.

  • Pack fails to renew saying insufficient credit when there is

    It would appear from several posts and my own experiences that EE has ignored a long-standing problem going back many months of packs expiring at midnight on the expiry date and not being automatically renewed often until hours later, potentially leaving customers stranded in the early hours. Customers are also not able to manually renew their pack as they are told they have insufficient credit when they clearly have.enough credit to do so. Surely there is someone in EE management that uses his or her own service and has spotted this by now. Given the apparent lack of an appropriate button press option to speak to a human being on 150 at EE about this. is the time now right to take this matter up with Ofcom? or are they already investigating this practice?

    I've been with EE Pay as you go for about 3 months - starting with a couple of £10 packs (30 days) followed by three £1 packs (7 days). On each occasion that EE's automatic renewal system was due to take the charge for the next pack from my credit - which is always at a level very significantly higher than needed - it failed to do so and I received that very annoying message "Not enough credit to start the next pack", positioned on my EE App right next to "Remaining credit £15.30"!!!! - when all that's required is £1. From the very start, initiating the first pack, I have had to contact EE regarding this issue.
    When their renewal system is working at its best, one pack ends at midnight but the next doesn't start for several hours - I get messages timed at 8.01am (eight hours late) to tell me that the pack has renewed.
    When I spoke to an EE representative yesterday querying this very inconvenient loss of service - for those of us that are active in the very early hours - and asking if she could kindly contact an EE technical staff member; she phoned back to say that they had advised her that the renewal can take up to 24 hours!!! - as a matter of routine....

The order for March has already been delivered on 26th Feb. Renewal date is on 1st March. Then why am I not able to call a mobile number in India.     For the issue, the target volume for a critical-volume backup can be a local drive, but it cannot be any of the volumes that are included in the backup. This is important.
    Also, this error means that there is no enough space on the target volume.
    I suggest you check the space on your target volume.
