"insufficient memory error" from FlashLite

Hi,
In our application we are using FlashLite 4.0 and Action script 3. Around more  than 10 SWFs in this application. But after multiple traverse from one SWF to other getting "insufficient memory error" from FlashLite. Have any other mechanism is available to avoid this memory leak?
We already tried to unload the loaded SWFs, but it was not success. And also taking too much time to load new SWF (more than 5 seconds). Please suggest a useful method to avoid this memory leak and getting better performance.
Thanks

  • Insufficient memory error at Easy Photo-Print EX

    When I try to print DVD with PIXMA5000(?), suddenly insufficient memory error has happened with Easy Photo-Print EX. When this error happened before, I restarted my PC(Win 8) and then it was recovered. But now this error happened again. Then I restarted twice. However this error has still happened. How to solve this problem. Shoud I reinstall software again? I checked task manager and check other program. But only this program was working. So memory is very very enough. I don't understand this error. Please let me know how to do.

    Hello mackon29 ,
    We'll be happy to help!  There could be a few different printers you are referring to, and just to ensure the most accurate information is provided, we’ll need to know the specific model of the printer you are using.  Please look on the printer itself for the model name (ex. "PIXMA MG" or "PIXMA IP" followed by the numbers that follow.  Once we have this information, we can further assist.  Thanks so much, we look forward to hearing back from you!

  • "Insufficient Memory" error message

    I got “Insufficient Memory” error messages in working on the job needed large files ( > 100MB) with AI 5.5 in office with below #1 PC spec. Error message starts to happen after working 15min to 1 hour depends on the file. I need to restart computer in each “Insufficient Memory” error message pop-up (otherwise the messages will continue to pop-up). Sometimes the file can’t be saved after the error message occurred.
    I have never encountered this memory issue at my home with below #2 Mac spec.
    #1 PC spec looks better than #2 Mac spec. Why PC can’t perform like Mac does?
    Do you have any solution to fix the “insufficient Memory” issue in  #1 PC spec?
    I had already reset the AI preference as the following link but it doesn’t work.

    Our IT told me “He won't check whether there is any system or hardware problem (in PC #1 spec) because it will spend his much time in doing so.”

  • Insufficient memory error when loading a large Excel 2007 file

    My Tx shows approximately 110 M free memory.  I have the Documents To Go version 11 applications, as well as the 1.9 M spreadsheet on a 2Gb SD card.  when I try to load the file, I get an insufficient memory error, and the device does a soft reset when I touch OK.  I haven't tried moving the file to the device memory.  Would that help?  Is there anything else I can do to get the file to load?
    Any suggestions would be appreciated
    Post relates to: Palm TX

    It means not enough dynamic memory, or the "RAM" portion of the memory. You have 110 MB of free program memory, which is where everything is stored, and is largely unrelated.
    You could try buying UDMH, (palmpowerups.com) an app that expands the dynamic memory area.
    A soft reset before opening the file may help too.
    webosnation.com is another option for help.

  • My iPhone won't sync, incorrect insufficient memory error

    I have an iphone 4 32GB, running iOS 6.1.  I'm running iTunes 11.0.1 on my Macbook Pro.  I have a meagre 2.3GB free on my phone.
    In the last few days I have noticed that my iphone isn't always recognised: when I connect via USB I get the new phone set up screen - from time to time, but not always.  I became extra diligent about ejecting my iPhone from iTunes each time I unplugged it (I choose not to sync over Wi-Fi).  That seemed to sort that problem out.
    Today I'm unable to sync at all.  When I try, I get a message that my iPhone cannot be synced because there is insufficient memory; that I need an additional 18.3 GB to sync my library.
    I've restarted (phone and computer) and have even restored from backup.  I'm holding off doing a factory reset, my next step will be to remove and readd files to try and spot the problem.
    I think the problem is linked with podcasts: I have about a dozen that update weekly, and I have been keeping back copies on my phone.  All up my podcasts take up about 6GB.  I have nothing concrete to support my suspicion, other than that it seems that podcasts have been basically difficult to manage since updating to iOS 6.0.
    Any ideas?

    Okay, I've deleted my backlog of podcasts, which freed up more than the 6GB I thought they were taking up.
    I still had the same sync problem though.  I found an old reply to a similar issue on the forums, and the suggestion was to back up, delete all music, then reload it.  I'm in the process of doing that now - I've deleted the music, and am syncing to get it back on.  I'm currently at song 2667 of 3560, reporting 9.64GB free.  If I get to the end of this and get the same error message, I'm going to be mad!!!
    What has become clear to me is that users have had this issue over several years now, and there's no formal Apple response, and (because it's still happening) no sign of a fix.
    It seems that the problem is that sometimes, when syncing, iTunes thinks it will be adding your iTunes library to your phone, in addition to the files already on your phone (i.e. it doesn't account for overwriting or skipping tracks already present).
    I'll keep people posted with my progress, and hopefully one day this will be useful to someone else in my situation.

  • Why am I getting an insufficient memory error in Illustrator?

    I am getting an insufficient memory message on my illustrator program when I try to work on a particular document.
    I remember long ago when I used to install my programs on my Mac there were memory settings for the graphics programs.
    Does the pc work the same way? I am really at a loss as to why this error is coming up. In 5 years of working in Illustrator on the pc here, I have not gotten this message before now.
    Now I get a new laptop and suddenly I get these errors. I am using Adobe Illustrator CS4 14.0.0 on a new Dell Inspiron 6400 running Windows XP with the latest service pack and patches.
    Is there a memory setting in the application I should be looking at?
    Steve

    you didn't mention about the job size do  u working on small scale and about how much ram you are using currently, mostly these type of errors occurs when you are mutitasking and working on big file sizes in illustrator

  • Out of memory error - from parsing a "fixed width file"

    This may be fairly simple for someone out there but I am trying to write a simple program that can go through a "fixed width" flat txt file and parse it to be comma dilmeted.
    I use a xml file with data dictionary specifications to do the work. I do this because there are over 430 fields that need to be parsed from a fixed width with close to 250,000 lines I can read the xml file fine to get the width dimensions but when I try to apply the parsing instructions, I get an out of memory error.
    I am hoping it is an error with code and not the large files. If it is the latter, does anyone out there know some techniques for getting at this data?

    You should not keep a String array of all the lines of the file read.
    Instead for each line read, parse it, then write the parsed line in the other file:      public void loadFixedWidthFile() {
             BufferedReader in = null;
             BufferedWriter out = null;
             try {
                //File must be in same director and be the name of the string below
                in = new BufferedReader(new FileReader("files/FLAT.txt"));
                out = new BufferedWriter(new FileWriter("files/outfilename.txt"));
                String str;
                while ((str = in.readLine()) != null) {
                   //System.out.println(str.length());
                   str = parseThatLine(str);
                   //write out the parsed str to another file
                   out.write(str);
             catch (IOException e) {
                e.printStackTrace(); // At least print the exception - never swallow an exception
             finally { // Use a finally block to be sure of closing the files even when exception occurs
                try { in.close(); }
                catch (Exception e) {}
                try { out.close(); }
                catch (Exception e) {}
          }//end loadFixedWidthFile()Regards

  • Insufficient memory error while installing JRE 1.2.2

    At the moment I am having some problems installing JRE 1.2.2 on a HP proliant DL380 G3 machine (with two XEON 2.8Gb processors) with windows 2000 SP 3 installed. The error is Insufficient memory available to run setup. Close any programs.. bla bla. Error 111. While the machine has 4Gb of memory installed and only 200mb is in use.
    I have tried 1.2.2.011 (Pentium 4 bug solved) and 1.2.2.014, both with the same result. Unfortunaly I need the 1.2.2 and cant switch to version 1.3 or 1.4.
    PS I also experienced almost the same problem while installing Oracle 8.1.7 on the same machine. And solved this by renaming symcjit.dll to symcjit.old and use the next installation options : JRE_MEMORY_OPTIONS=-nojit -ms64m -mx128m
    Has anyone seen this problem and solved it or is there any way to give some additional options to the JRE installer?
    Thanks in advance,
    Frank Zomerdijk

    I found a bug report at: http://developer.java.sun.com/developer/bugParade/bugs/4643265.html
    And there by the "work a round";
    In order to install j2ee onto your server (with 4Gb or more) you might use one of those:
    1) Pull some DIMMs out of your server till the memory is less
    than 4g. Install j2ee and than put the DIMMs back.
    2) Install j2ee on the other machine and than just copy
    installed directories over to your server.
    I will test the second option tomorrow.

  • Claris CAD saving issue, re-save gives insufficient memory error

    I've been running Claris CAD for many years using OS8.5 but my old machine has finally died.
    I've got a newer machine running 9.2 and the package works with the exception of saving. The initial save is ok but when I go to re-save / over write I get an error message telling me there is insufficient memory.
    Thanks

    Claris CAD is a little old, and was invented before larger disks became available. I find it is telling me that the drive on which I am trying to save is essentially full. To Claris CAD, anything over 2 GB (or maybe its actually 4 GB) seems to be full, regardless of its actual fullness, because it is not looking at the size correctly -- it is ignoring the high-order bits.
    The solution is to give it a place to save that is small enough to be seen as not full. This can be a floppy drive or Zip drive on an older Mac or an external drive or memory stick partitioned to be smaller. Then use the Finder to move the file to its permanent location.

  • Blazer 4.0 Browser Insufficient Memory Error

    Hi
    recently i download the wifi drivers for the Tungsten E2, and i was using the Blazer browser and for some reason every single time it gives me a Download Error "Insufficient Memory" when i try to go to a different web site. Also this browser is slower than the Web pro 3.5 i had on my Zire Z2 for some reason.
    Post relates to: Tungsten E2

    After the adjustments noted in my previous comment a soft reset fixed the problem.
    Soft Reset
    All devices
    A soft reset is similar to restarting a desktop computer. It's the most useful trick in your toolbox for fixing a variety of issues.
    Soft resets usually do not affect your personal data on your device, unless your battery is low. If see battery warnings, change or charge your batteries immediately even if there is an error message onscreen. Also, it's a good practice to perform a HotSync operation before any reset (assuming that synchronization is not the problem you are trying to fix).
    Use an unfolded paper clip, or the reset tool at the tip of your stylus.
    Gently press the RESET button inside the hole on the back panel of your device (where's the reset hole?).
    All data on your device should be retained. If you do lose data after a soft reset, you may have a more serious issue with your hardware that requires a repair.
    After a soft reset, a logo screen appears, followed shortly by a Preferences screen asking you to set time and date.
    If a soft reset does not resolve your problem, you may need to try one of the other resets below.

    Hi Seleya,
    This error tells you that the SIP part of iChat (the way it negociates the ports to be used plus ringing the other person) is active and attempting to connect.
    From this we can tell that the other person aknowledged to call.
    With regards to port this suggests that port 5678 is open as this is where Invites are sent and received.
    As the next stage is the use of port 5060 we can presume this is open as well.
    Now port 5060 then passes the connection to 4 ports from 16384-16403 for 1-1 chats.
    This leaves the "why doesn't it work" part.
    This could be that the ports 16384-16403 are not open.
    It could be that the NAT (Port Forward) information being passed back and forth is not liked by the modems or routers involved.
    There are about 6 types or forms of NAT and sometimes two modems just don't "play nicely"
    Now you said this worked before the update. Apple did say they made some changes to iChat that were supposed to help connections from behind some sorts of firewalls (NAT in modems is a sort of Firewall) http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=303771
    If either of you are doing Port Forwarding make sure the full number ports are opened.
    Consider moving to UPnP at one end at least.
    At the moment I am not sure which way up to read the info in the error log. (The Binary Imgaes bit starts at the bottom with the items loaded first, with iChat and in your case iGlasses loaded last).
    The reason I say this is there is a SIP "BYE" in the second section that would normally be the end of the chat. If the info is supposed to be read from the bottom up this could be significant. I am not sure what circumsatnces would send this closing instruction without the person at one end doing so manually.
    Most of what I know about iChat has been learned through inference and experiment. These logs are a little too new to interpret further than this at present.

  • Insufficient Memory error when running Inventory Audit Report

    I have a user who has cannot run the Inventory Audit Report.  He used to run this report regularly, but in the past few weeks, he gets the following two errors:
    The report returns too many records for this action and may cause SAP Business One to stop responding for a long time or shut down.  Do you want to continue?
    And then:
    SAP Business One application has run out of memory; it will be shut down automatically in order to prevent data inconsistencies.
    No other user gets these error messages.  If I logon to SAP using my username on his machine, I do not get the error.  However, if he logs onto SAP at any machine, he gets the error.  This makes me believe that there is something with him profile or authorizations.  His authorizations have not changed.
    Any insight into this behavior would be appreciated.

    Hi Randy ,
    You are currently using what version of sap? (07,8.8 or 8.81).
    anyway, I must agree with you that the user might be experiencing a problem.
    so i have 3 suggestions .
    1.) try to update him/her as Superuser and try to login again and run the Audit report.
    2.) if your company is under SAP maintenance, then you will need  escalate and create a support ticket via Service market place.
    3.) (last option)to solve this immediately, create a new user and pass all authorization and form settings. then lock this user.
    Hope this will help you.
    Thanks,
    Darius

    Please add additional RAM if Possible in the server
    Increase the virtual memory to optimal level
    make sure no other resource hungry application is running in parallel
    you could try to do it by item group wise so it may work
    have you tried it in your SAP server machine
