  • Where is Integration Status field is to Sync CRM OD with EBS

    Hi All,
    I am new to CRM OD.
    We are using PIP to integrate CRM OD with EBS.
    How can we mark the new account being created to be sync with EBS. I dont see any field as such.
    Thanks
    Sai

    Hi,
    According to your description, my understanding is that you want to sync the user between CRM system and SharePoint.
    I suggest you can use Client Object Model to add user to group.
    For the error message, you need to load the groupcollection firstly before you loop it like below:
    ClientContext ctx = new ClientContext(“http://foo”);
    //get the groups
    GroupCollection grps = ctx.Web.SiteGroups;
    //load up the group info
    ctx.Load(grps);
    //execute the query
    ctx.ExecuteQuery();
    // enumerate
    foreach (Group grp in grps)
    // do something with each group

  • Is possible to Integrate SAP BCM with Third party?

    Hello Everyone,
    Some of you can tell me if Is possible to integrate SAP BCM with another solution IBM ITSM?
    The integration would also have the screen pop up the same or similar to SAP CRM.
    Thanks in advance.
    Best regards
    Rodrigo Lucas

    Hi Rodrigo,
    There is the ClientCOM interface!
    The interface is an application programming interface (API) to a softphone client Communication
    Desktop (CDT). This client application is based on the Microsoft Internet Explorer, and they can
    handle telephone calls by using the VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) technology.
    This interface defines a subset of the events and commands that are important to third-party
    developers. Currently it is used finding out who is calling, and making outbound calls, playing
    files to outbound callers.
    You can download ClientCOM interface document in SAP Marketplace.

  • Integration between CRM-cProjects-PS-SD

    Hi everyone!
    We are implementing CRM Services and SAP ERP PS, MM, SD, HCM, FI and CO. The customer has projects in which they sell hardware, software and offer different services (that can be offered with internal or external resources). Every project has many practices involved.
    We are presenting the following solution. We would be planning the whole project in PS, creating the quotation in SD based in ths PS costing. The billing plan would be created based in the project milestones.
    The customer is requesting the implementation of cProjects in conjunction with CRM services for the solution of their requeriment. I've been analysing cProjects, and don't really see this feasible. I could execute the internal activities with cProject, but don't find a suitable way of executing the logistic scenarios. For example:
    -In the case of the materials requeriments, how can we execute the cycle? Should we create CRM service orders to procure those materials? In the case of PS, I can add materials and trigger the purchase requisition or the reservation, but in the case of cProjects?
    -In the case of the milestones-based billing, how can we connect the cProject with the billing? In PS  can we link the milestones with the billing plan, but in the case of cProjects?
    -In the case we use CRM service orders linked to the cProjects and the service order suffers a delay, how does this affect the project? Does the activities of the cProjects suffer also a delay due to the delay in the service order?
    -In the case we implement cProject like I mentioned, do we need CRM Sales to invoice the project?
    Thanks in advance to all!!
    Regards.

    In addition to Pramod's inputs, do note that materials and services for the quotation items can be determined in 'Easy Cost Planning' in cProjects.'Easy Cost Planning' enables you to quickly calculate planned costs in the SAP System for Internal Orders or WBS Elements.Do peruse the scenario in the following link for an improved understanding:

  • MS CRM 2011 with UCCX 10

    Hello,
    It's my first time to do integration with CRM.
    I have some questions regarding this integratio :
    1. How can I do this integration ? Is the JDBC Driver is enough or do I need some connector (eg. B+S Connector) ?
    2. Add Callback Button allowing call from CRM Client ?
    3. contact form prompt when receiving inbound call ?
    4. Notify how many times this contact form has been used and treated ?
    5. How Can I notify into CRM that there is a missed call ?
    Regards
    Driss

    Hi,
    well, you should absolutely get into touch with the folks administering the CRM system. No, you cannot rely on the database. CRM's may cache a lot of things in the RAM which is not necessary persisted in the database right away. So yes, you need to use an API (not SQL!) to talk to the CRM.
    About question number 2: no, I meant why you would want to solve this? I mean, if it is about the CRM, let the CRM folks do that.
    RE question 5: think again. If the call does not reach the agent, the call does not reach the CRM, or at least you did not say that CRM is called while the call is still processed by the routing script - actually, this is what you want to do: to call a CRM interface while the call is being worked on by the script. Again, this requires to examine what API's the CRM offers.
    Please do not make the same mistake some people did a few times - they think there must be an easy way to integrate call center with a CRM, show me what program I install, where is the configuration and that would be it. No. That's not how it works. You need to first understand the requirements then study the tools and then build the integration. It's not going to happen in a snap.

  • CRM (SFA) with BI

    Hi Guys,
    Any experienced guys with extracting CRM (SFA) data into BI? How different is this from the regular BI (from R/3) extractions? Can anyone mail me any docs?
    Thanks
    null

    Hi,
    You can integrate the new crm system with the existing ECC and BI. Just for the sake of integration no need to upgrade the ECC and BI.
    But if you think in terms of new functionalities that are provided with CRM 7.0 then we need to see.

  • How to integrate RFSG driver with sampling theorem labview code

    hi all,
    I got the labview code of sampling theorem from labview-> find examples. How can I integrate this code with PXI system? How can I integrate the RFSG driver with labview code?

    Hi Nieman,
    LabVIEW 2014 should be compatible with the 9068 and the cRIO 2.1 drivers.  I verified it should work as expected earlier today.  Please make sure you are using the example cRIO PN-IO Device when you are moving the module over to the new target.  If you are already accessing that, please navigate to this folder:
    <Program Files>\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2014\Targets\NI\FPGA\cRIO\other
    Please let me know if you see a CS_cRIO-PNAD folder. This folder provides all the files necessary to discover and use the module in the project.  If we do not have that folder there, we will be unable to locate the module.  If that is indeed the case, then it may be the driver did not install correctly.
    If after finding this folder and it is still not working, please send me screenshots of the error that you are seeing and a MAX Technical Report.  Thanks!

  • Is it possible to integrate LSO 600 with an external system without SAP PI?

    Hi,
    as asked in the title, i am wondering if it is possible to integrate LSO 600 with an external (non-SAP) system without using SAP PI/XI. The external system is a middleware application which can handle RFC functions, IDocs besides the usual web service communications.
    However, i don't know how LSO and SAP PI are integrated so i wonder if their interfaces are such that instead of SAP PI another middleware could be used.

    Web Services are used. If you were to implement the services in your 3rd party middleware and configure SAP to call it, I suppose it is possible. The external course catalog can be used for CourseEnrollment and LearningProgress. See the application help for details. Don't expect to receive support from SAP with such a setup however.

    Hello Joba Diniz,
    I'm afraid you need to contact the writer of the two libraries to consult this issue:

    After my research they are all third party libraries and we have no idea about its content.
