Integrate Labview into OpenBravo

Our company would like to integrate Labview into OpenBravo [www.openbravo.com] and open source, java-based application. OpenBravo is a complete financial, accounting, budgeting, ERP system that we will use to control most of our facility. Labview will control our algae reactors. Can this be done?

I have no idea what the background of your LabVIEW team is but for this project I would highly recommend that you get some very experienced LabVIEW people involved to help design the architecture. If you don't have someone on the team with this level of experience you may consider getting a contrators assistance for a short time. Since you mentioned that they will "live" with this for a while you want to make sure you have a solid architecture and application that will be easily maintained and enhanced.

click on the contact which you want to integrate, click the edit button scroll down u will find a option called link contacts use it to link it to the duplicate contact

How can I integrate iCal into my website?

Are there simple instructions on how to integrate iCal into my website? I'm looking for a traditional looking iCal calendar, but a table view would be OK, too.

I don't believe this can be done directly from iCal. A work around might be to save it has a .pdf file and put that in the site. Or save and upload it to Google Calendars and then insert it into the site with the supplied code. There is software that will sync iCal with Google, but I'm sorry, I can't remember what it's called.

If you just want the data, then this may be an option (I'm assuming this works in LV 8.5):
Right click the graph, and select Export -> Export Data to Excel
You need to have Excel on your computer to get this option.
Other options:
o Save your data to a file using Comma (or Tab) Delimited values - open file in Excel
o Use Report Generator functions to create an Excel file

Is it possible to integrate AUR into Apper?

Hello!
At the moment I use pacman and AUR as they suppose to be used (at least thats what I try!) to update and manage my software. Now out of curiosity I installed Apper as GUI for software management. There's two things I don't understand:
- Is it possible to integrate AUR into the Apper software sources? Is there a plugin or something?
- I see there's many different software management backends for RPM or tools like Portage ... can these be used in conjunction with the arch default APT? I understand that almost everything can be found within the AUR and that this is the better way but as I can't integrate it into Apper (see my question above) I wonder whether using other sources and formats could be an alternative ...

Arch uses pacman, not APT :-)
Some AUR helpers can mange packages from the official repos too https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/AUR_Helpers , so you can use a single frontend, but I don't know if apper can do that.

I just downloaded this package and I can�t integrate it into my JBuilder 6 personal API. I copied every file the readme says to both lib and bin directories but nothing. I cant import it from javax!! I really need some fast help on this please. Thanks.

Press the 'New' Button
Set the Name and Location to your own preferences i.e. 'CommApi' and "UserHome'
Press the Add Button
Select the commapi jar file.
Then select from the main menu
Project->Project Properties
Select the RequiredLibraries tab
Select the Add button
Select the library as created above. i.e. 'CommApi' from 'UserHome'

My app would be ideal for OMR data entry. OMR is Optical Mark Recognition. Remember marking answers on tests by coloring in bubbles? That's what I'm talking about. ScanTron is the market leader in the field. Anyway, can anyone share advice about how to integrate OMR into an Apex app?

And you might find that HTML and JavaScripts are not best chose to communicate with local devices.

You're correct to an extent but the fundamentals are different.
iPads dont support Flash content - meaning they cannot read SWF files. This is one of the advantages for HTML5. Works seamlessly across all devices.
Swiffy was (is) Google's SWF-HTML5 convertor. Swiffy can only convert SWF files that are AS 2.0 (ActionScript 2.0) driven. AS3.0 which is the current standard doesn't work with Swiffy.
Your best bet is to avoid using SWF as much as possible and migrate to HTML5 standards. Youtube, JW Player and most video players now support HTML5 and are compliant across devices/ browsers.
Adobe has their own 'Adobe Edge Animate' that creates beautiful HTML5 content with ZERO SWF.

the easiest way to do a web publish of the excelcius dashboard in the SAP Netweaver Portal is as follows:
1) Generate your Excelcius Dashboard
2) Export dashboard to SWF file with HTML
3) Upload HTML and the linked SWF in a KM repository
4) Create KM document iview in Portal
5) Link the iview to the HTML you uploaded in step 4
6) Attach the iview into a page and then a role
7) Finally attach the role to a user .
This is only one of the ways of doing it. Let us know , if you need anything else.

Integrate apps into image with DISM

Does DISM have ability to integrate apps into Windows 7 image? In the most cases I have seen DISM used for integrating updates and drivers into os image but very rarely for integrating apps. Only allowed file extension is, if I am right, .msp so .exe and
.msi are out of question. One more thing - do I have to care about switches for silent apps installation (in MDT 2012 if app has silent switches then the rest of the job is more or less easy)? If so how to pass these switches to non .exe or .msi app package.
After reading many books and forums it seems that the most efficient way of deploying images with integrated apps is by having a reference computer with all apps installed, syspreping that computer, capturing image of it with DISM and deploying captured
image to target computers. If I understood well, every partition can be captured including a 100 MB System Reserved partition, not only partition with os which is very good.

Practically this means apps packaged in .exe or .msi are always installed via postosinstallation task - i did that via MDT 2012 for many apps like adobe reader, .net framework, java, silverlight, ms office, symantec endpoint protection, 7zip . . . Speaking
of System Partition, will it be automatically created when deploying captured image to target computer and what about Windows/Office activation - those keys will be "removed" during sysprep of reference computer - I use MAK activation for Windows 7 and KMS
for Office?
We have HP 6000, 6200 and 6300 pro sff models at our disposal - since the first two have 2 GB of RAM I am installing x86 flavour of Windows 7 Pro with SP1 on them. On the latter one I am installing Windows 7 Pro with SP1 x64 (it has 4 Gigs of RAM). Depending
on who I am preparing computer for, there is two variants - one with MS Office and the other with Open Office. So I should have at least 6 images. Luckily HP 6300 pro sff has recovery disks thus giving me ability to do factory reset - that is ok but that image
dates back to 2012 so there are bunch of Windows Updates waiting to be install after factory reset has been done.

Integrate BW into EP

Hi, all experts:
I am new to BW & EP, so please clear my doubt.
I try to create a iview which can access the data from BW
and attempt to show it in the EP. "In my opinion", there are three way to achieve that( but I am not sure whether it is right...).
1. create the URL iView -- the URL just input the wbesite which the web templete execute in the Browser
2. By the BEx Web Application Designer, publish the web template as iView file(*.ivu), and import it into EP --
this way , any limitation of combination of BW & EP???
3. create the BW Report iView
If the three way all the solution to integrate BW into EP, what is the difference between them?? Any advantage and disadvantage of them???
