INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI rfc returning error 403

Dear Experts,
I have installed SAP Netweaver 7.4 PI server on windows and MS sql 2012.
i have below issues which i could not get proper solution
1)RFC INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI returning error as 403: forbidden . This RFC is pointing to /dir/CacheRefresh
2)while creating demo scenarios in Advance adapter engine the file location is showing "/", i tried putting some different directory but getting error as "directory does not exist" so can you tell me which is a default directory for same and in which parameter we can change it.
3)In advance adapter engine some of components are not working and showing in red. what to do in that case
4) I am using Java 6 for opening ESB but it is taking long time and second time it is not opening without restart.
Warm Regards,
Sumit

    It's http://mimarchlinux.googlecode.com/file … .8.tar.bz2, just as the PKGBUILD says.
    Edit:
    If something is broken, you should ask on the AUR page for the maintainer to fix the PKGBUILD https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/openbox-menu/, but the PKGBUILD worked for me.

    openbox-menu is from the AUR and not from the repos, so changing mirrors won't do anything here. You might want to read on what AUR is and deal with the issues with the signatures first.

  • XI MessageServlet return Error 403

    Hi all,
    after patching our XI installation to SP13 I can't access the MessageServlet anymore. Each call to the MessageServlet URL return HTTP error code 403.
    I've used the component monitoring and the adapter engine and the SOAP adapter seem to be running fine. Furthermore I executed RSXMB_ACTIVATE_ICF_SERVICES. All services a running but I still cant get excess to the message servlet.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks,
    Christian
    ps.: I also checked the user roles of user XIISUSER and XIAFUSER and both seem to be fine.

    Hi,
    >>>I checked if the service is running and it is
    Have you checked this in TCODE SICF or SMICM.
    If you have not checked it in Trensaction CODE SICF then
    check as below.
    Check in TCode SICF .Engine service is active or not.
    Defaulthost->sap->XI->Engine.
    Double click the engine and check whether it displays staus as active or not.
    Activate ur service if it is not active
    Thanx.
    Rekha.

    You can try pacman -Syy --debug which will show the actual url it tries to access. When posting console output, please use the code tags.
    I tried to upgrade the system.
    I don't use a proxy. My isp uses authentication from the browser, when the browser is authenticated with the username and password, the whole system will be connected to the internet as long as the authentication page is open.

  • Power BI analysis services connector - the remote server returned an error (403)

    Hi all, does any one have any suggestions what to try to identify the configuration problem I have?
    I have, a SSAS 2012 tabular instance with SP2, there is a database on the instance with a read role with everyone assigned permissions.
    When configuring the Power BI analysis services connector, at the point where you enter Friendly Name, Description and Friendly error message, when you click next I receive the error "The remote server returned an error (403)."
    I've tested connecting to the database from Excel on a desktop and connect fine.
    I don't use a "onmicrosoft" account so don't have that problem to deal with.
    We use Power BI Pro with our Office 365. As far as I can tell that part is working ok as I pass that stage of the configuration with a message saying connected to Power BI.
    The connector is installed on the same server as tabular services, its a Win2012 Standard server. The tabular instance is running a domain account that is the admin account for the instance (this is a dev environment) that account is what I've used in the
    connector configuration. It's also a local admin account. There is no gateway installed on the server.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks, Brian
    Brian Searle

    Brian-
    One other common issue I've seen is the UPN not quite matching. Log onto the SSAS server as the user who's logged into Power BI. Then open a command prompt and run:
    whoami /upn
    Hopefully the UPN it says will match your EffectiveUserName test and will match exactly how you're signing into the Power BI site.
    If that doesn't work, your best bet is to go to
    http://support.powerbi.com/ and click Contact Support and describe this situation and someone from the Power BI support team should get in touch with you to troubleshoot.

  • Error 403 returned from WebSphere running Policy Agent

    Hi,
    I'm getting an error 403 (forbidden) in my browser when I try to access a URL that I have protected using a Policy that I have setup in SAM.
    My configuration is as follows:
    Sun Access Manager 6 2005Q1 on Solaris

    I've switched on Global Security in WAS and successfully logged back into the WebSphere Console using amldapuser. This confirms that the Agent Realm is working correctly.
    In SAM I set up a Policy with a Rule that specified the URL I want to protect. I added a Subject to this Rule of type LDAP User. The user I chose was amadmin (for the moment).
    I also configued an Agent with agentRootURL=http://<WAS fully qualified domain name>:9080/
    When I try to access the URL of the servlet in the WAR, I am redirected to the SAM's login page
    http://<SAM fully qualified domain name>/amserver/UI/Login?goto=http%3A%2F%2F<WAS fully qualified domain name>%3A9080%2FRoamingApp%2FRoaming
    However, when I enter the amadmin/ <password> error 403 is returned to the browser.
    I've checked the logs on SAM

    Perhaps I dont have the Policy in SAM configured correctly..... if anyone has come across this kind of problem before, I would greatly appreciate any help they can give me.
    Thanks,
    Justin

    Thanks for getting back to me Jerry.
    I had a look at the role-to-principal mappings you suggested. To do this I added a security constraint to my web.xml file.
    Then I reconfigured WebSphere so that the Active User Registry = LDAP instead of Custom. This allowed me to assign the LDAP group (in SAM) to the role (in web.xml). WAR file installed fine with these new bindings and I restarted WAS.
    Unfortunately, I'm still getting Error 403 in the browser!
    Any ideas as to what I might be doing wrong? Any help you can give me would be much appreciated.
    This is the amFilter log file from the Policy Agent...

  • Error 403--Forbidden - From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.

    Hi, I have a problem with WebLogic Server: 10.3.5.0.
    I need to set that anyone who sees my enterprise application can view the website but not how. I always displays an error.
    The error is:
    Error 403--Forbidden
    From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
    10.4.4 403 Forbidden
    The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it. Authorization will not help and the request SHOULD NOT be repeated. If the request method was not HEAD and the server wishes to make public why the request has not been fulfilled, it SHOULD describe the reason for the refusal in the entity. This status code is commonly used when the server does not wish to reveal exactly why the request has been refused, or when no other response is applicable.
    Can you help me?

    When I'm working with web servers, and I've not worked with weblogic for quite a while, it has always been rights that have been the gotcha for the 403 error. You need to make sure that if you want everyone to be able to brouse the given folder, you need public read and execute rights on the contents.

  • Return The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden error for some file types

    hi
    am using below code to get the byte array
    byte[] myDataBuffer = client.DownloadData((new Uri(sourceUrl)));
    for source of type .txt/.jpg no problem with accessing.but the file type with .master/.wsp/.cs
    it is returning "The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden error for some file types" Error.how can i get rid of this.please help me
    Thanks in Advance

    Hi,
    It seems there is something wrong with your code, from your code the account and key are the same, because their appsetting name are the same.
    string account = ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["StorageAccountName"];
    //string account = CloudConfigurationManager.GetSetting("StorageAccountName");
    //string key = CloudConfigurationManager.GetSetting("StorageAccountAccessKey");
    string key = ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["StorageAccountName"];
    string connectionString = String.Format("DefaultEndpointsProtocol=https;AccountName={0};AccountKey={1}", account, key);
    return CloudStorageAccount.Parse(connectionString);
    If you use CloudConfigurationManager.GetSetting, please consider set azure project as the startup project, if not, this value will be null, this resulted in solution being started as a web project that didn't run inside the Azure emulator. Since CloudConfigurationManager.GetSetting
    tries to get setting by contacting Azure (or Azure emulator in this case), and it is not running, it returns null.

  • The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden on container.CreateIfNotExistsAsync() method

    I have a web project and I converted it to "MS Azure Cloud Service Project"
    I make the Azure project default and run CreateAndConfigureAsync() to create the container. It works fine and creates the images container in Azure storage.
    Then I make my web project default and change CloudConfigurationManager.GetSetting to ConfigurationManager.AppSettings in StorageUtils class and run the web app project. Then I get "The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden" error whencontainer.CreateIfNotExistsAsync()
    line get executed.
    What is the reason for this?
    async public void CreateAndConfigureAsync()
                try
                    CloudStorageAccount storageAccount = StorageUtils.StorageAccount;
                    // Create a blob client and retrieve reference to images container

                    CloudBlobContainer container = blobClient.GetContainerReference("images");
                    // Create the "images" container if it doesn't already exist.
                    if (await container.CreateIfNotExistsAsync())
                        // Enable public access on the newly created "images" container
                        await container.SetPermissionsAsync(

  • BizTalk to Web Service - Error - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.

    Hi Everyone,
    I am connecting to an external web service from my biztalk application through a dynamic send port.
    When my biztalk application is trying to send the request message to the web service through the send port, I am getting the following error :
    The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
    The external web service team have provided a certificate and a private key to install in my server.
    I have installed the certificate by double click the .pfx file using the private key and have added the certificate in the host ProcessHostx64.
    Still i am getting the same error.
    Can someone help on this issue ?
    Many Thanks,
    Anand
    S B A

    The Private Key should be installed under the user running the BizTalk Server Host. Please confirm that you have done this?
    If so, try to make this work in a small .NET test Application before porting it to BizTalk, so that you can confirm that you do have sufficient credentials to call the Service.

  • Error 403--Forbidden while trying to access servlet

              Hi All,
              I am very new to Weblogic server. I have downloaded the 6.1 version of Weblogic

              a servlet. I have deployed it on weblogic server using auto deployment feature.
              But when I try to access the html form, it gives me the following error.
              Please can anybody suggest a solution to this problem?

    The demo license limits access from browsers to three unique IP addresses.
              When accessed by a fourth IP address, WLS returns '403'. You should see a
              message in the log file about the demo license.

    Help me resolve this
    Regards,
    Mahesh.

    Hi,
    Please follow this steps:
    Creating RFC Destinations in the ABAP and Java Environment
    You need to create the following RFC destinations in transaction SM59 (ABAP) and the Visual Administrator (Java):
    u2022 AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER
    u2022 AI_DIRECTORY_JCOSERVER
    u2022 LCRSAPRFC
    u2022 SAPSLDAPI
    Depending on your client settings, it may be necessary to be logged on your SAP Exchange Infrastructure host as SAP system user with the authorization to maintain customizing tables and to release transport orders. Note, that user "SAP*" or "DDIC" does not have these authorizations.
    Maintaining the RFC Connections (Transaction SM59)
    1. Log on to your SAP Exchange Infrastructure central instance host.
    2. Call transaction SM59.
    3. Choose Create.
    4. Enter at least the following:
    RFC destination: AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER
    Connection type: T
    Description: <your description>
    5. Choose ENTER
    6. Choose the tab Technical settings and do the following:
    a. Select Registered Server Program
    b. In the Program ID field, enter: AI_RUNTIME_<SID> where <SID> is the SAP system ID of your Integration Server host. Use uppercase letters only.
    c. Enter Gateway host and Gateway service of your Integration Server host. To find out the required parameters:
    a. On the Integration Server host, call transaction SMGW
    b. Choose Goto u2192 Parameters u2192 Display (see entries for gateway hostname and gateway service)
    7. Choose tab Special Options and select the flag Unicode in the box Character Width in Target System.
    8. Save your settings.
    9. Repeat the steps 3 u2013 8 for the remaining destinations:
    Destination
    Values
    AI_DIRECTORY_JCOSERVER
    Program ID: AI_DIRECTORY_<SID>, where <SID> is the SAP system ID of your SAP XI host
    LCRSAPRFC
    Program ID: LCRSAPRFC_<SID>, where <SID> is the SAP system ID of your SAP XI host.
    SAPSLDAPI
    Program ID: SAPSLDAPI_<SID>, where <SID> is the SAP system ID of your SAP XI host.
    10. Leave the transaction SM59 open for later tests.
    J2EE Configuration for the Destinations (Visual Administrator)
    1. On your SAP Exchange Infrastructure central instance host, start the J2EE Engine administration tool.
    2. Choose Cluster u2192 Server u2192 Services u2192 JCo RFC Provider
    3. In the section RFC destination, enter exactly the same program ID and gateway options for AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER that you used in the step Maintaining the RFC connection above. Additionally, set the number of processes to 10.
    4. In the section Repository, do the following:
    a. Enter the parameter for the SAP XI host: Application Server, System Number, Client and Language.
    b. For User and Password maintain the login parameters for the user SAPJSF.
    c. Select the flag Unicode.
    6. Choose Set.
    7. Repeat the steps 3 u2013 6 for the remaining destinations:
    Destination
    Values
    AI_DIRECTORY_JCOSERVER
    u2022 Corresponding values from SM59
    u2022 Number of processes: 10
    LCRSAPRFC
    u2022 Corresponding values from SM59
    u2022 Number of processes: 3
    SAPSLDAPI
    u2022 Corresponding values from SM59
    u2022 Number of processes: 3
    Testing the RFC Destination
    After you have maintained all RFC destinations in both the ABAP and Java environment, you can check all the connections above as follows:
    1. Call transaction SM59 again.
    2. Open your RFC destination.
    3. Choose Test Connection. No error should be displayed.
    This will solve your problem.
    Thanks
    Laxmi Bhushan
