Integration of BI with portal

Hi ,
We had intgrated Bi and Portal, also we were able to publish query from Bi to portal.
But from last few days we are getting error. I checked using support des Tool. It gives RED for following, what could be the reason..
1. Web Template Validation failed due Java to ABAP communication problem (return code:ERSBOLAP018)
Check Connector Connection of System Object in Portal System Landscape
2. all ABAP->Java for function RSWR_RFC_SERVICE_TEST failed for destination 'BID_BBLEPDEV_EPD'
Check the data of the destination in transaction SM59. Check that the target host is running and has registered a program id in the gateway.
3, ll ABAP->Java for function RSRD_MAP_TO_PORTAL_USERS failed for destination 'BID_BBLEPDEV_EPD'
Check the data of the destination in transaction SM59. Check that the target host is running and has registered a program id in the gateway.
4. User/Password combination of JCo RFC Provider is not valid
5. Validity (Sat Jul 19 15:12:09 GMT05:30 2008/Wed Jul 19 15:12:09 GMT05:30 2028) of J2EE certificate SAPLogonTicketKeypair-cert is different to validity (Sat Jul 19 09:42:09 GMT05:30 2008/Wed Jul 19 09:42:09 GMT05:30 2028)of imported J2EE certificate in ABAP system.
Export J2EE certificate again and import J2EE certificate to ABAP system (in STRUSTSSO2)
also while publishing from Bex I get some Java system error: call FM RSRD_X_PRODUCE_PROXY

  • Integrating weblogic server with portal

    Hi  Friends,
    Can any one tell me the procedure how to Integrate application server like weblogic with portal.
    Thanks

    Hi Venigalla,
    FPN is the solution!
    Setting up a federated portal network is comparable to connecting your portal to a u201Cnormalu201D backend system. The steps of configuring a FPN in a nutshell are:
    -->Setting proxy settings
    -->Creating trust / single sign-on between portals in the federation
    -->Creating a producer system on the consumer portal
    Depending on your overall portal landscape the complexity of configuration steps might vary.
    Kindly go through the guides (PDF documents) in the links below:

  • !!! Integration UWC Webmail with Portal Server

    Hello There...
    How can I integrate UWC Webmail with Portal Server. I"m using SJS Portal Server 6 2005Q1. I've configured a CHANNEL extending a IFRAME provider in order to open the webmail in the same window. But when I click on the "UWC Webmail" tab the Portal Server gets the user credentials and starts loading the webmail and stops without any error. If I open another window or tab it works proving the authentication process works fine.
    Thanks in advance...
    Jeff!

    Hi Jeff,
    Have you tried using the UWC channels that the portal ships out of the box?
    Portal Server 6 2005Q1 ships with a channel - UWCMail. Add this channel to your desktop, and provide the Messaging server details and user credentials in the channel edit screen. This channel will display a list of emails and also provide links to open the UWC webmail.
    Look at the "To Configure New Communications Express Channels" section of this guide - http://docs.sun.com/source/819-2201/index.html. The communications products (Messaging, Calendar, UWC) will have to configured as explained in this guide for the single signon to work.
    Butwhen I click on the "UWC Webmail" tab the Portal Server gets the user credentials and starts loading the webmail and stops without any error.I'm not clear what you mean by this, so can't comment. A little more detail will help.

  • Integrating  ABAP workflow with UWL

    Hi Experts,
    I am trying to integrated ABAP tasks with Portal UWL. I have done all the configuration steps as mentioned on sap help sites.
    I am getting all item types from ECC. If I need to fetch only a specific task ID , for example TS90200025 from ECC to UWL, can we do that ?
    My goal is to give only a specific type of task to the end user. Currently he is getting all type of tasks.
    Thanks,
    Yomesh.

    Hi,
    You need to modify the standard UWL configuration file to do this. There's a blog that explains how to modify this file :[Universal Worklist - when you only need a single tab|http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/weblogs;jsessionid=(J2EE3417500)ID0282335850DB11533758682118626478End?blog=/pub/wlg/4581].
    You can create a new ItemType or use the one corresponding to the task and then create a new view or modify the DefaultView and change the "supportedItemTypes" attribute.
    Here's an example. Define a new ItemType :
    <ItemType name="uwl.task.webflow.TS90200025" connector="WebFlowConnector" defaultView="DefaultView" defaultAction ...
      <ItemTypeCriteria externalType="TS90200025" connector="WebFlowConnector"/>
    </ItemType>
    Change DefaultView :
    <View name="DefaultView" selectionMode="SINGLESELECT" width="98%" supportedItemTypes="uwl.task.webflow.TS90200025" ...
      <DisplayAttributes>
    </View>

  • Project systems integration with portal (EP)

    Dear all,
    I have to integrate the projects systems module with Portal.(EP)
    In portal transactional I views can be used to create projects which can be store in the R/3.
    Now the issue is to create projects with out using Transactional I views. This should be a simple entry through portal, where in the user keys in the key fields and there by the project is created and scheduled.
    For this I have tried with using business packages given by SAP to integrate with portal.
    Now the issue is I can display the projects that are created in R/3 through portal and display the necessary fileds required for viewing (I views). Now the main problem is to create the project using these business packages so that the same get updated in the R/3.
    But business packages do not have the option of creating the project. I am using the business packages for projects 50.3.1
    Has any body come across this type of issue which has to be integrated with portal and subsequent creation of projects through portal
    If any body has done this in any other way please kindly share on this.
    Experts please throw some pointers on this.
    Regards.
    Vara Prasad

    Hi Aman,
    You may try creating transaction iViews of the desired PS Transaction.

  • How to use PPM 5 (standalone or integrated with portal)

    Hi,
    I would like to know which advantages and disadvantages are presented by using PPM 5.0 standalone or integrated with portal? all functionality are the same in both cases? which is the best option?
    Thanks a lot,
    CAMILO URIBE

    Hi,
    from a functionality point of view, standalone and portal usage of SAP Portfolio and Project Management 5.0 are the same (except functionality which is in general only available within a portal, e.g. KM documents, collaboration rooms, etc.).
    From a TCO perspective, for the standalone usage you'll only need the ABAP stack (except for ADS), i.e. if you don't anyway already have a portal in use in your company, this could lead to a lower TCO.
    Kind regards,
       Florian

  • Integration of ABAP workflow with portal

    Hello Experts,
    Need urgent help on UWL configuration.
    We have integrated our ABAP workflow with portal through UWL.
    We have a Ad Hoc link in the ABAP workflow which takes us to some transaction. For some reason we are not able to view that link when we see this workflow through portal.
    1. Is is possible to show any Ad hoc links from ABAP workflow into portals?
    2. If yes, what is the process for the same? We did not get any relevant documents.
    Any inputs/sugessions are most welcome.
    Ashutosh

    Hi Ashutosh,
    Can you please send me the documents how did you resolve this issue?
