As far as I know, you can't develop BSSV on E9.1 Demo version. You need complete install.

Installing Demantra 7.2 with EBS R12

In addition to the notes referenced by Hussein above, Note 470574.1 indicates following the 11.5.10.2/Demantra 7.1.1 documentation. A good note for that is below:

Just download the R12/Demantra 7.2 patches from 470574.1. Also make sure the Windows machine has the exact same version of the Oracle client as the R12 database. If the R12 database is still 10.2.0.2, then you have to have 10.2.0.2 client. Also ensure you install the utilities portion in order for the import executable to be there. The OAS 10.1.3 10.1.4 SSO steps are optional as the workflow components only work correctly on the Windows Tomcat Application Server.

Integration of Oracle BI Publisher with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterp

Hi,
I have started the tutorial " Integration of Oracle BI Publisher with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterp" today but got stuck at the very first step.
The tutorial shows that I can see "SH" and "CountryManagers" in the shared folder but I only see the Paint Demo rpd.
I previously completed the "Creating a Repository Using the Oracle Business Intelligence Administration Tool " tutorial.
Do I need to learn anything prior to this tutorial .
I already have the default rpd as SH in NQSConfig.ini
Please suggest.

I have tried restarting OC4J and Oracle BI Server.
Is there someplace where we need to put the rpd so that it appears in the shared folders.
Even if the Paint Demo rpd is seen, when I try to view the reports I get the following errors:

Integrating SAP ECC 6.0 with Microsoft Windows 2003 Active Directory

Hi Gurus,
We are planning to integrate our SAP ECC 6.0 with Microsoft Windows 2003 Active directory.
I have several questions on this:
1. Can i authenticate all the users from SAP
2. It is used only for user authentication or can it be also used for password authentication
ie user can login using his windows password?
3. While integration in SAP does a separate table or a field is created in database.
4.If a employee leaves a company than in SAP is it possible to lock & deactivate the user automatically.

You should be able to accomodate your needs with respect to integration of your AD accounts with SAP ECC ABAP. This can be done via LDAP connector configuration. The below has info on how to perfrom the configuration at a high level. You will have to integrate, and map certain user data. You may also want to do some LDAP Connector research:

I may be missing something, but BI Publisher Enterprise is installed at the same time as when you install BIEE on the server. You wouldn't install BI Publisher Desktop on that server. You can use BI Publisher Desktop locally to create templates for use in BI Publisher Enterprise.
I'm much more familiar with XML (BI) Publisher as part of Oracle Apps moreso than BIEE, so I could be wrong in my assessment.

If you have a need now and that need will remain serviceable long enough to justifying the investment, then go with Lion Server and do the Magic Triangle. This is nothing more than Binding OS X Server to your AD domain and kerberizing services. Then bind your workstations to AD first, then OD. Make sure you download Server Admin Tools for Lion. This gives access to Workgroup Manager. That is were you will manage your OS X Settings.
If you are managing more than 50 Macs that need a lot of continued management, then look at JAMF.

I wouldn't try installing Oracle VM itself on an EC2 instance, as EC2 is essentially Xen itself. Rather, you should just be able to transport existing Oracle VM images to the EC2 cloud. I think this is what you mean, but your opening paragraph is slightly ambiguous. :)
From a VPN perspective, I'd use OpenVPN as it has clients for all major operating systems (Windows, MacOS X, Linux) that are fairly easy to package and install. Packages for OpenVPN exist in EPEL so it's easy to install on OEL5. You could also consider using a firewall instead of a VPN and only allowing connectivity from specific IP addresses/ranges. This has the benefit of not requiring client software, but it does require a fixed IP address/range on the client-side.

Integrating True DBGrid 6.0 with Forte using OLEAutomation

I'm attempting to manipulate an Appex TrueDBGrid object using Forte TOOL
code. So far I've made it through the following steps:
Used olegen to create a PEX file for the TrueDBGrid60 ocx file (tdbg6.ocx).
Imported this pex file into my workspace.
Created a display project with TrueDBGrid60, Framework, DisplayProject and
OLE as supplier plans
Added a window class
On Window, added an OLE Field with mapped type ITrueDBGridCtrl.
I attempted to interpret the following VB code for adding a column:
' Create a new Column 0
Dim C As TrueDBGrid60.Column
Set C = TDBGrid1.Columns.Add(0)
' Initialize the new Column 0
With C
.Visible = True ' Make it visible
.DataField = "LAST" ' Set the column's database field

I can get this code to work in VBA, but I have difficulty when converting in
to Forte Tool code.
I added the following code to the Window class init method:

Using XMLP with JDE EnterpriseOne

I am looking for information in order to use XMLP with JDE. I have used XMLP with EBS, but am newer to JDE E1. I have reviewed the document - Oracle XML Publisher for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. However, It references a document called Oracle XML Publisher Core Components Guide and I can't find this document.
Also, if anyone has completed XMLP Check Printing in JDE - I would welcome your input.
Any information is greatly appreciated!

BizTalk 2013 Integration with JDE EnterpriseOne 9.1

Hi Guys,
I want to connect to JDE EnterpriseOne 9.1 using the out of box Enterprise JDE adapter provided by BizTalk.
I have done standalone installation of JDE EO on my machine.
I have gone through the tutorial and found that I would need Connector.jar, Kernel.jar and JDEDynAccess.jar.
However, I have found Connector.jar and JDEDynAccess.jar but somehow I don't see Kernel.jar in the installation folders of JDE EO.
Where should I get the specified file?

We have the same problem trying to integrate OSB with and asmx service that uses NTLM.
We have created the artifacts of asmx service using wsimport and we created a little java project using these artifacts. We also added a class with a static method in this project in order to be used by OSB java callout mechanism. When this project if used standalone (through eclipse) works fine and as the environment is windows server, it sends automatically to the client the credentials of user that is logged on windows domain. On the other hand when we deploy this java project in OSB as jar for callout we receive : Response: '401: Unauthorized' exactly at the point that the produced artifact class invokes the constructor of javax.xml.ws.Service in order to create an instance of the service.
Any ideas of how to solve this or any alternative working solution ?
