Integration of Real Estate management with payroll

Hello,
I am handling classic real estate management can someone tell that is there is integration of hr-payroll with classic real estate management.
The scenario is that the company is having large number of quartes which he gave there employee on rent but this rent is deducted from their salary.
So can anybody knows that how to handle this scenario.

Difference between Classic RE and RE-FX (Real Estate Management)?

Hi all,
I am in a product developement team for developing a industrial Solution for HomeBuilding, for that we require Real estate(RE) Management Component....
So i want to know some of the basics of the RE....
Can someone explain me,
1) The difference between Classic RE and RE-FX.
2) Now which we have to use for Homebuilding.
3) what are the prerequisites for using RE or RE-FX.
4) From which version they are available. can we still use classic RE.
5) What is the difference in using RE Management as individual application and as a part of Homebuilding....

Hope your answers will be as simpler and eloborate so as to my understading as a fresher in this field....

So you want to know some of the basics of the RE....
Real Estate Management module is more robust in managing Real Estate properties for activities and processes like leasing, property maintenance like manging repairs etc (when attached to Plant Maintenance module). You can also use it for Lease in's. (caution: please associate 'renting' wherever lease is mentioned, not to get confused with lease of machinery or financia lease etc.)
The main master data in RE are like Business Entity,Property, Buildings, Rental Units and Leaseout. These are called RE-Objects and they are also Controlling objects. For example let's take Spenzer Plaza in Chennai and you are the owner. The whole Spencer Plaza will be a Business Entity. The land in there will be created as a Property and the building structure as Building. The several floors or the individual rentable portions will be created as Rental Units. When 'Planet M' approaches you to rent one of the floors, you create a Lease out with reference to one of the Rental Unit.
The system automatically creates a schecule of periodic rentals called cash flow and it has the capabilities to debit the customer Planet M account with the rent due. etc.
You can also maintain information to land through Land Register.

These are not used for Homebuilding.

You need to have FI and CO before you can use REM.

4.5B onwards RE was introduced as a Inudstry specific module under FI. It became as a part of FI from 4.6B December 1999. The RE-FX cameinto effect from Enterprise version.
You can continue to use RE Classic even in later releases. But once you activate the RE-FX you can no longer user Classic. There is a switch to start using RE-FX.
1) The difference between Classic RE and RE-FX.
There were some restriction in classic RE that you must have an RE Objects before you can create a contract. In RE-FX these have been removed. For more information on RE-FX you can read the release notes available on SAP's help portal.

Configuration of Flexible Real Estate Management IN SAP BW. 0REFX_C11,....

Can someone please help me in configuring Flexible Real Estate Management in SAP BW.
I have loaded BUSINESS CONTENT and there are no datasources avaialble to me for for cubes 0REFX_C11, 0REFX_C12 and 0REFX_C14, as well as DSO'S 0REFXDS03, 0REFXDS02.
For DSO = 0REFXDS03, my understanding is that this DSO is used for deleted items, so i have the Transformations but im unable to create the DTP on the InfoObjects.

the general contract (menu Real estate general contract) has some functionalities for this scenario, but is to be used only for already existing RE Classic implementations. For a new implementation please use RE-FX.

Hi i am working on integration of sun identity manager 6.0 with SP1 and sun access manager7.0.IDM was deployed on Sun application server 8.1.SAm is installed on SunOneWebserver i am working on windows 2003 server.I downloaded the agent for the application server and installed.
when i am configuring resource in IDM i am getting following error.

Is there an instant movie theme suitable for Real Estate videos with Premiere Plus?

Most of the themes are very flashy/snappy/loud. Before I pay $50. I would like to know that there is a theme suitable for a short real estate video of a neighborhood and walkthrough of a home. Thanks!

Welcome to the forum.
I hesitated to reply, as I have only used Themes once, and then totally reconstructed the Effects. I also do not have PrE 10, so you probably have more Themes, but I am not sure that any is really suitable for your described Project. I was hoping that Steve, Neale, John T., or others, who might have more familiarity with Themes, would show up, but they have not - yet.
Looking through the Themes that I have, and even putting on my creative hat, to image how one might work as a base, and then be heavily modified for your Project, I am coming up almost at a total loss. The closest that I could come would be the Travel Theme, where the Locations (in the Theme) are changed to the houses in a neighborhood. Yes, that IS a stretch, but the best that I can come up with.
I agree with you that the Themes, in their stock form, are flashy, loud and most suited for a short treatment, that would be shown to young children, sort of like many things at a Disney themepark - bright lights that flash, loud SFX and music, bright colors, etc..Hardly suitable for a commercial, professional Video.
Now, when you write:

Are you contemplating buying a "Theme Pack," (have not seen such) or similar, or do you mean, before you buy PrE?
If the former, can you point to the source of that Theme Pack, and I will look over the details. If you mean the latter, PrE is in no way restricted to those Themes. I have used PrE for many years, and have used but one Theme (heavily modified), in all that time. I have created many commercial, business Videos, so the program has all the power that you need - just not with their Themes.
If you are contemplating the purchase of PrE, can you outline the material that you will be working with, a few of your ideas on the aesthetics, that you would like to incorporate, any technical thoughts, and give us an idea of how you will want to deliver the Video. We can help you make that decision, as to whether PrE is the right tool.
While I have not seen any of the newer versions, AVID/Pinnacle's Studio program (probably up to ~ 15 now) has, or had, similar with their Instant Movie. However, back to about Studio 10, those were in the same vein, as PrE's Themes (nearly useless, and often rather odd, though usually funny, and maybe not in the way intended?). Back through about 10, I cannot imagine one of those being useful for your purpose, but might have missed one, and Pinnacle might have finally added some that ARE useful.

Travel management with payroll area 99

Has anyone manged to get travel management working with an employee in payroll are "99"?
We get the error message "No entry in table T549Q for argument 00 at time 11.10.2007" Message no. 56002 .
The only way I have got around this error is to create payroll areas... and would prefer not to as payroll is out of scope for this project.

Even though you do not run payroll, you need to assign the employee to a payroll area in Infotype 0001.This payroll area should not be relevant for payroll. Generally payroll area 99 is available in Standard SAP which is used to put employees for whom no payroll is run. In standard SAP Payroll area 99 do have payroll periods generated but if these are different to your payroll period and if you need to make the travel expense payment using SAP Travel & expenses then you would have to generate the payroll period for 99. If the travel expenses are not paid thru SAP then you should be OK using the SAP generated payroll periods.

Resolved. Screen number and time contraint was missing in V_554S_N.

Integration between Time Management and Payroll

I configured Time Management and Payroll....
Before It created a problem in time management in absence quotas...
for testing payroll I deactivated schema DAYPR that is time data processing....
Generated absence quotas correctly
Now I activated DAYPR still in display log i dont see any integration with time management....
I changed the time management status to 7 and 9
still its not integrating with Time Management
what is that I want to do to integrate time management with payroll
