Hi,
Check whether your Integration scenario is activated properly or not....?once you activate it...you should be able to see the your integration scenario in the ID.
Tools--->Transfer Integration scenario from Integration repository.Go for help button....and wait for a while...u can able to see all the objects of IR and filter according to ur namespace where u have developed ur integration scenario.
Cheers,
Prasanthi.

Transfer Integration Scenario from Integration Repository
Hello,
I am in the process of setting up a 2004s PI system. I have gone thru the PI template installer in the NWA, applied note 939592 due to a central SLD and I am not stepping through the readiness check from note 817920. I am using version 3 of the check. I am running into an error at step 2.7. This is the step to test the connectivity between the Integration Directory and the Integration Repository. When I press the F4-Help for the Field name, the search results returns "No objects found!". I checked all the connections in the exchange profile and they all seem to be set properly. I then went to menu Tools -> Configuration Wizard. I received a popup stating "Cannot connect to Repository". The details are the following:
#22 11:32:10 [AWT-EventQueue-0] ERROR com.sap.aii.utilxi.swing.toolkit.ExceptionDialog: Throwable

I did see another message in the forum (Re: Integration scenarios from Integration Rep) that was very similar but the solution provided in there did not work for me.
Does anyone have any advice?
Thanks.
Regards,
ScottYes, I checked everything under the "Connections" section to make sure port, host name, user and passwords were correct. From what I can see, it is all correct. I also checked under the IntegrationBuilder and IntegrationServer sections to make sure the port, host, user and passwords are correct. From what I could see, it was all correct.
Thanks.

Deleting scenario from Integration Repository.
Dear All,
I was having one scenario in the Dev server which was having all the objects in it like namespace, DT, MT, MI, MM & IM. After testing now I want to delete the complete scenario from Repository. I have deleted all the objects like DT, MT, MI, MM & IM. But when I am deleting the namespace its giving me an error that delete the objects first. I am checking the objects and none of them is existing as I have already deleted them. I have even activated the scenario after deletion of the objects.
When I am deleting the namespace then its giving me an error that 2 objects are already exisitng and they will be deleted irrevocably.
Please guide me on how to delete the complete scenario fro IR.
Regards,
jainHi nishu,
First activate the two default data types(exchane ,log) thats created during any namespace creation and then try to delete the namespace...it should be deleted now...!!!
If u still face the problem!!!
click on the namespace and chek "where-used"..then u can see ...which objects are still associated with it....after deleting activate the changelist..then...delete the namespace!!!

Invoking ODI Scenario from a BPEL process - Resolved
I new to Oracle products.
I am exploring Oracle Data Integrator tool.
I would like to call ODI scenario from a BPEL process.
I created a scenario in ODI, I have SOA suite10.1.3.3 installed in my machine.
In some portal I have read that, we need to deploy apache axis to Oracle App server and then deploy the ODI public web service to axis. This public web service facilitates us to call scenario from partner link.
Following are my questions:
1) I guess Oracle App server acts as webservice container too. Why should I use apache axis here?
2)If axis must be used, please let me know how to deploy it to OAS.
If axis is not required, please guide me how to deploy public web service to OAS.
Thanks!!Hi:
I have similar problem, when invoke ODI Scenario from a BPEL Process, the error in ODI Designer is:

Transport scenario from development to production
Hello,
I have scenario from R\3 to BW
When I try to export the scenario to the xi production environment I have a problem-
In the design part is work Ok
In directory part I have a problem.
The .tpz file crate with BW dev system and I cannot succeed importing the .tpz file to xi production environment.
I received the follwing message:
Business system BWD100 is not assigned a business system in group XI_PRD
Any advice?
Regards
EladBut, if you want to use another Business system Name in production.
in that case, create the new Business system and the realted integration server for this would be the production integration server and then go to the Dev / QA Business system that has to be replaced with this Business System , chosee Transports and assign the new Business System as the Target Business System.
Now when importing the TPZ file the business system name will point to the production business system as needed.

Creating Configration Scenario: Transfering Intergration Scenario from IR
Hi ALL
I was in the process of Creating Configruation Scenario by using the Option of transfer Integration Process from IR.
However, I hit a roadblock at the following step:
1. Assign Service: The application component in my intergation scenario needs to be assigned to a business service and I am unable to assign it to bussines service(without a party); as it only lists and allows Business Systems to be selected.
Please, advive how I can assign a business service to my application component of Integration Scenario.
Thank you,
RituHi Ritu,
We can assign Business Systems only, because they reside in SLD.
Business Service is scenario specific. You need to recreate it new environment e.g. dev, quality, prodn. After business service creation, you create communication channel under it.
So if you want you use the Business Service then create the configuration scenario without using Integration Scenario.
You can use a Business Service if you have Party Communication. Define party and add Business service to it and you can use it while transferring integration scenario from IR.Help Links..

Syntax to run scenario from comand line
Can some one give me the syntax to run a scenario from the command line using an agent.
According with OracleDI Getting Started (page 61):
Run the Scenario from an OS Command
1. Open an MS-DOS command prompt window or a console in UNIX.
2. In the Oracle Data Integrator installation folder, open the "bin" directory.
3. Enter the following command:
startscen LOAD_SALES_ADMINISTRATION 001 GLOBAL "-v=2"
Note: The parameters for the startscen command are:
- Scenario name
- Scenario version
- Scenario context
- Logging level
These parameters are separated by spaces.
4. When execution is finished, the command prompt should look like this:
C:\oracledi\bin>startscen LOAD_SALES_ADMINISTRATION 001 GLOBAL "-
v=2"
Oracle Data Integrator: Starting scenario
LOAD_SALES_ADMINISTRATION 001 in context GLOBAL ...

Ho w to schedule a scenario from external system
Hi
Is ther any API or function we can schedule the ODI scenario from external system. We have a html page from whcih we are calling ODI scenario using startscen command. We would like schedule the scenario
from HTML page is there any way we can achive this
Thanks in advance...
BajiWhat Zerome said is correct. Odi console is for managing and monitoring an Oracle Data Integrator run-time architecture and for browsing design-time objects.
you can refer for information on this link aswell.

A few months ago (February or so) I renewed my contract with Verizon and got an iPhone 4S as my previous HTC phone up and died. I knew I was going to be moving to Canada for awhile and so I made sure to ask a lot of questions about their Nationwide+Canada plan and what phones would work in Canada before making any plan or phone purchases. From that point on I was fed different information from every rep I talked to in store, online via chat, and via e-mail. The online rep told me that CDMA phones wouldn't work in Canada so I had to get the iPhone 4S rather than the Galaxy Nexus, which was the phone I was originally interested in. Found out later that's not true—CDMA phones do work in Canada (at least in the part I'll be in; there are some more rural areas where they don't work). That rep also told me that my grandfathered-in unlimited data plan would work in Canada and all I had to do was pay an extra $20/month to get voice and texting coverage in Canada. So, I got the iPhone in the store and renewed my contract based on the information the rep gave me.
Came to find out later that you need a separate global data plan to get 3G coverage in Canada, which is $25 for a nearly useless 100MB. This isn't made clear at all on the Verizon website for the Nationwide+Canada plan, and I complained about this plus the misinformation I received from the in-store rep, and all Verizon had to say was, "Sorry, but thanks for being a customer." When the time came to actually go to Canada, I switched to the Nationwide+Canada plan to get voice coverage for the time I was there, which I did in a different Verizon store. The rep in that store told me when I signed up that if I used more than a certain percentage of my minutes in Canada vs. the U.S., Verizon would cancel my plan, which is also not mentioned on the website anywhere that I found. She also said that I couldn't suspend my account for the entire time I'd be in Canada because it's longer than their suspension limits, although she admitted she didn't know how long the limit was off the top of her head and I couldn't find an exact number on the Verizon website.
So, I was fed a bunch of conflicting information from multiple Verizon reps that led me to renewing my contract. Do I have any recourse to get out of it? I'm really disappointed because I've never had trouble with Verizon until now.Apparently I'm not the only person who's been fed conflicting information from various Verizon reps when it comes to coverage in Canada: https://community.verizonwireless.com/message/237079#237079
When I initially e-mailed Verizon about this issue, I told them that if their own employees don't understand what the company offers, then how are the customers supposed to understand?
It just doesn't seem right to have to pay the ETF when I only renewed my contract because I was given incorrect information by more than one rep. If I'd been given the correct information, I wouldn't have gotten a new phone that required a new 2-year contract. -

Are you able to start the Standalone Agent(KANBAN) and test it in the Topology?
Check the value of the ODI_MASTER_URL variable in odiparams file(at the path <ODI_HOME>\oracledi\agent\bin) of the agent.
Specify the full the JDBC URL properly not like localhost(until the DB is on same machine as your ODI). -
How to pass a Variable value into an ODI Scenario from ODI Package
I have created an Interface that uses the variable #ENTITY_ID for retrieving entity data from the DWH; now I have generated a Scenario from the interface and placed the Scenario in an ODI Package; am not sure how to pass the #ENTITY_ID variable to the ODI Scenario?
Any help is greately appreciated.
Best Regards
BeeHi Sutrtha,
Yeah I got the pop up asking to select the variables used, I have selected ENTITY_ID that was used by the interfaces, but on execution of the package the Scenario did not work as the passeed variable #ENTITY_ID is set to 0 instead of the value I am passing.
Am I missing something?
