Intel Galileo and Bluetooth(Master)

Hello Everyone,
How would you go about bluetooth usage on the Galileo? I bought an Intel 6235 and I also bought and arudino bluetooth shield. For the bluetooth shield It seems though if you want to use it as a master it does not work. Whenever I read from Serial or
Serial1 no data is returned but I should so something like "+OK" according to the HC05 documentation. I have the same code on arduino and it works fine but for the galileo it does not seem to work. Also is it possible to use the
windows bluetooth api with an ardunio bluetooth shield or it can only work with the Intel 6235.

The Bluetooth stack is not available in the Windows Developer Program for IoT Galileo image, so the traditional bluetooth APIs won't function.
Which Arduino shield are you using? There are many implementations of Bluetooth shields - some may not be compatible with the Galileo Hardware.

Intel Galileo & Atmel SAMA5XDE Xplained

I would like using this two boards with Java 8 SE Embedded: an Intel Galileo and an Atmel SAMA5D3 Xplained http://store.atmel.com/PartDetail.aspx?q=p:10500374#tc:description.
I have two questions:
- I saw on the webcast Internet of Things, Java and Raspberry Pi Java 8 Embedded can run on the Intel Galileo. Is it possible to explain how to setup/install on the Intel Galileo?
- Can I run Java 8 SE Embedded on the Atmel SAMA5D3 Xplained board (this board can also run Linux)?

I have tested Galileo with JDK1.8 and is easy to do it using the Linux image available on this site: http://ccc.ntu.edu.tw/index.php/news/40
About this board (SAMA5D3) I think that there's no issue to run Java since it is Cortex A5. But I will wait a double check from some engineer to confirm.
It is actually a VERY nice board and I will buy one next month and also try by myself.

Z87I - Windows 8 and Intel Centrino 2230 Bluetooth problem

This is my first message on the forum, and unfortunately it is about the problem i face (please forgive me if choose a wrong place to start this topic).
I have just bought and installed the new Z87I (itx) board in my HTPC, and it seams that i cannot activate a Bluetooth on the integrated Intel Centrino 2230 card.
I have installed Windows 8 Pro, as my OS of choice, and all the drivers from the disks i have received with the board.
WiFi is working great, but I don't know how to access the Bluetooth settings so that I can connect my Bluetooth keyboard and phone.
I have searched all over the internet for a possible solution, installed the new drivers from Intel website (15.8.0.0 and 3.0.1304) but I cannot find anything related with Bluetooth in windows settings (control panel, intel proset/wireless tools or in device manager). There are settings for WiFi, but nothing for Bluetooth.
While I was looking in Device Manager, in Network adapters, I saw that Intel Centrino 2230 is recognised, and working proprly (even the Bluetooth AMP is set as Enable).
Has anybody had similar issues with this card and Bluetooth settings??

Intel AC7260 wifi + bluetooth in win 7 64bit

Hi, I bought the Intel AC7260 dual + Bluetooth v4. Downloaded the latest Intel drivers and installed them.
My problem is that it does not show the Intel driver in the device manager. It just shows Generic Bluetooth Adapter
and Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator. How do I get the Intel driver(2014) to work instead of the generic Driver (2006) which is so far out of date?

As I known, Device Manager provides you with a graphical view of the hardware that is installed on your computer.
It may not be the driver name.
Please find if there is unknow device showing up after you plug the Intel AC7260 dual + Bluetooth v4 and check hardware changes in Device manager, and then, right click to open the properties, under Driver tab, choose update
drivers and then manually locate the driver file on your local computer to see what's going on.

Mac Pro USB ports and bluetooth not working

I have a Mac Pro (early 2008) Quad-Core Intel Xeon, 2.8 GHz, 4GB ram, Airport card, Magic Mouse. Suddenly the keyboard and wired/bluetooth Mouse are unavailable, so it is not possible to control the computer. The only way I can use it is by using Screen Sharing from my MacBook Pro - which is obviously pretty useless except for diagnostics! All the USB ports (front and back, as well as those on the Cinema Display - when connected) are dead. System profiler shows no problem with them, but also shows nothing connected. Bluetooth in menu bar shows as "Bluetooth: not available", and in system profiler shows as "No information found".
I've tried all the usual remedies. Powering off overnight with power cord disconnected, all peripherals disconnected, then booting up again. Holding in the power button for ten seconds when the power cord is disconnected. Obviously I can't reset the pRAM (because the keyboard is not recognised, even before the OS loads). The first couple of times I tried this process, it did bring back the USB ports, even the bluetooth became temporarily available, but soon disappeared again. USB ports died next time I rebooted.
However, in the last couple of days, the process produces no results. No matter how long I leave it disconnected, USB ports are not working and bluetooth is just not there...
I've checked for other threads on this topic, but most other people seem to have issues with either front or back USB ports, or even just one or more individual ports. My problems have only been with all ports or none.
Does anyone have any suggestions to get my MacPro up and running again properly?

Just waking this thread up again in case anyone has had any other ideas.
Since last posting, usb became functional again, (came back on a couple of hours after a restart) and as long as I kept the machine alive, usb would stay alive. Bluetooth came back on briefly, but for most of the time was unavailable. System profiler shows no problems and Console does not report any usb related errors as far as I can see.
After a recent restart, usb disappeared again, and despite numerous restarts and being left on for a couple of days (and subsequently left off for several days) it has not come back. When usb is not working, examining the system profiler (through screen sharing from my macbook) usb shows no errors, but also shows no connected devices. I can charge my ipod nano with any of the usb ports (front or back), so power does not seem to be the issue.
I can't reset pRAM (because the keyboard is not available at boot), but have reset SMC numerous times. Have tried other keyboards, and mice. No joy.
I seem to have run out of ideas. Any suggestions?

Intel Galileo board - is it possible to run LabView code

Hello,
can anybody tell me, if it is possible to run Labview code on Intel Galileo board (http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/do-it-yourself/galileo-maker-quark-board.html) ?
This board is Arduino "compatible", but runs x86 architecture and Linux. So it is possible tu run LabView Linux runtime on this board (and LabView code)? If answer is yes, can anybody provide howto?
I'm not interested in LINX (https://www.labviewhacker.com/doku.php?id=libraries:linx:linx) which just access the Arduino board. It is just "comunication API" allowing to access arduino board but not to develop a code arduino can run.
It would be great if there will be possibility to develop all code in for Arduino board in LabView (even with some limitations).

HP Pavilion dv7-3173nr and Bluetooth

I want to know if there is a replacement part for the Wireless card (Atheros) that came in my laptop. I want to install a combo card Wifi/BT. I have tried to different card and each time when I try to boot up it is interupted and shows a message telling me that an unsupported Wireless card is installed. Is there a card I can use with this system that is supported by the BIOS?

Your model series came out before the dawn of the combo wireless/BT cards.
Because of the BIOS whitelist you will not be able to install a different wireless card that also has bluetooth.
Your model still had the optional HP internal bluetooth module with cable.
The problem is I can't find a service manual for the notebooks with AMD processors.
There is only a dv7-3xxx service manual for the models with Intel processors and it lists the bluetooth adapter and cable in chapter 3 on page 3-3.

Has anyone else downloaded iOS 7 on a 4S and found the WiFi and Bluetooth don't work anymore?

I'm used to Apple products that "just work", but I'm not seeing it with the installation of iOS 7 on my phone (4S). I installed it earlier today, and the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth worked for about an hour, then just quit working altogether. The WiFi button is grayed out in Settings, and Bluetooth dosen't even display a button (all I get is a throbber that continuously spins). Trying to activate them through the "swipe-up" command center doesn't do the trick, and resetting the network settings also accomplishes nothing. Several reboots later, and I still don't have WiFi and Bluetooth.
Has anyone else experienced this, and is there a solution? I may just decide to eschew iOS 7 and restore my pph

After multiple attempts to restore and reboot, I finally decided to take a trip to my local AT & T store. They contacted Apple, and I explained the situation. I ended up moving to the iPhone 5, as my 4S was in the renew period. The 4S is still under warranty, so all I have to do is bring it to an Apple Store, where they will either fix or replace the phone. Looks like one of my kids will be getting a 4S :-)

You can transfer the Customer/Vendor master data by activating change pointers or by using RBDSEDEB/RBDSECRE programs manually by giving the customer or vendor number. But for both the methods you need to configure the partner profile settings.

TS1559 still no solution for greyed out wifi and bluetooth - what to do? been messing around with it for weeks and now discover I'm just outside of warranty period? WHAT?

I am in such a predicament - phone not been quite right since the 6.1 update and I was tolerating the inconvenience of switching off and on etc etc for the past couple of months and now the wifi and bluetooth are totally greyed out all the time - did every restore possible including back to factory settings - still no luck - please don't tell me that trying all the solutions over the past 2 months that temporarily worked for a few days at a time will now mean I have timed myself out of the 1 year warranty? arghhhhh (I can't believe that such an issue will create the response 'oh well, your problem - best just buy another one' ???)
I can't just drop everything and drive to the apple store and wait for hours every time there's a 'glitch' otherwise I may as well move nextdoor to the mall. They tell you to try and solve it yourself first - which I did - and now it's not responding to anything I try, will I be told - 'too late, out of warranty'???
I see theres an update for the iphone 5 that fixes wifi bugs - what about us 4s owners? even my 3 year old 3gs is still working on wifi (haven't dared to update it!) so don't start telling me to expect that the iphone will only last 13 months - NOT AT $600 a piece

well, you know how it is - glitches that usually resolve with a hard reset etc
then a restore. then a factory restore....then ..... nothing fixes so I try the next step with apple online - fill out my serial number and find it is a couple of weeks out of date - and then with the holidays who has time to get to the apple store? this is my second 4s handset as it is - first one the glass cracked from L to R without any impact/damage etc - they changed it out automatically because it's a 'known fault' apparently - so technically, this handset is only 6 months old - but warranty is from original purchase date -
never imagined it would turn out to be a warranty issue with the phone - and hey maybe when I get a chance to go to the apple store they'll be sympathetic, but I won't be able to get there till at least Jan 4th as it is. On the other hand, another iOS update might resolve the issue - but how long till that release? at the moment I'm having to use my old 3gs for wifi and 4s for phone!!!

Replication of Customer and Material master from R/3 to CRM

Recently in our quality server basis administrator has made a client copy from production server after that customer master and material master are not flowing from R/3 to CRM, even sales orders were not getting copied from CRM to R/3 , i went through C71 BB config document and fixed the sales orders updation from CRM to R/3 but not able to resolve the problem of customer master and material master from ECC to CRM.
I went to B09 BB document and all settings are fine.
Using R3AS I have loaded following objects DNL_CUST_PROD0, PROD1, PROD3, SPROD , DNL_PLANT. and Material.
I went to R3AM1 and checked the status as running or wait for each object.
There are no filters in R3AC1 .
Queue name withR3AD_MATERIA0000000001 has status SYSFAIL in SMQ2 .
What can i do to resolve this problem.

After the client copy , have you run txn:BDLS in order to change the LOGSYS in all relevant tables?
You can run this txn in test mode as well to see the affected tables.
Are you getting any dump on these load ?Check it in txn:ST22.
