Intel Macbook Pro browser crashes 10 times a day

Question

The symptom:
Daily crashing of my browser. It seems most common when a website uses flash. It is more common in Firefox (but not exclusive, I use Chrome and Safari as well, and it happens there too.)
Worse, it frequently kernal panics and tanks the whole system.
This seldom (maybe never) happens when not using a web browser, but I can't be sure.

Update your Flash to 10.3.181.34 here

The autocheck for Flash won't work if your deleting your Flash ISO's using Chrome, Safari or a Firefox ISO deletion method/private browsing mode as that's where it records the time since the last update.
Stupid of Adobe, but they are working hard to try to keep ISO's but everyone knows they are a severe privacy issue.
