Interactive calculating in a Adobe Form

Hello,
I would like to calculate the amount of some fields. But these values don´t exist in Back-End and the user should type them after creating the Form in some Fields if it. Now I´m trying to create a Script with JavaScript which calculates the sum of these values, before printing or saving this form.
I tried to use the Change-Event, but this wasn´t successful. Has anybody some ideas, how i can solve this issue? Operations like zelle2s.rawValue = xfa.event.fullText don´t work proberly.

thanks for your answers. I use the calculate script with this code:
this.rawValue = Number(zelle21.rawValue) + Number(zelle22.rawValue);
But this doesn´t work properly. The special feature of the calculation is that the numbers are entered by the user. So after generating the form the user enters the values, then this values should be summed. So I do not know whether the event is correct
But in the exit event, I'll already have a total charge for another field, by example:
zelle56.rawValue = parseFloat(zelle26.rawValue) + parseFloat(zelle36.rawValue);
I thought this event could still charge you an additional sum. But this can only seem to enter one script.
Have you any ideas that might help?

Interactive table control in Adobe forms

Dear gurus,
I am trying to create an interactive table control with header. The table control will have 10 rows, and I want the users to be able to enter values into the table.
I created a new node with cardinality 0...n; and added attributes under it. The I dragged that onto my design view and made duplicate entries of the rows to get 10 rows under the header.
Now the issues I am having are
1) The table is not visible in preview Pdf; I tried to save and activate the form, but still appears to be invisible
2) For some strange reason the table control in adobe forms is not as flexible as the one in webdynpro, where it is easier to bind the fields and send / recieve data from the interface.

when your cardinality is 0..n you won't see it in preview mode.. you need to launch it from your dynpro & you will see it.
Also, if you know you're going to have 10 rows all the time, why not make the cardinality 1...n?
Nevertheless, I personallly wouldn't create the table in this method.
I would create the table in Web dynpro, add a column called "SeqNo" or whatever and pre-populate that field with 1 - 10. When you drag/drop your table from your Data View, just rt-click that column and hide it so your users won't see that field.
You'll have 10 rows displayed to the user each time and you won't worry about having to bind anything since it'll be done automagically.

Problems!: calculated fields in Adobe Forms using the ISR/PCR framework.

I have made an Adobe form in the ISR framework. Everybody who is familiar with these forms in the framework knows that the adobe form is embedded in a standard webdynpro which consist of a roadmap with three steps.
Step 1: Fill out the form
Step 2: Check and fill the form
Step 3: Submit the form. After submit the form can be send to a manager or can be directly processed in SAP HR.
Problem 1:
When I test the adobe form and fill in a number in a field and click on next everything goes fine. But when I click on previous step the value which I filled in before is gone and put to 0,00.
Problem 2:
Also another problem is that calculated fields, do not show directly when clicking on next step. When you click on next step and then previous step, then you see the value of the calculated field.
Problem 3:
Also another problem is with the calendar function. When I fill in a date by hand and click on next the BADI behind the form sees 00-00-0000. When I use the calendar function everything goes well.
Who can help me with these 3 problems.

Interesting - I have a similar issue. We want to use the Request for Transfer scenario in ERP 2005, but it has not been developed in Adobe forms by SAP yet (it isn't available in 2004 either)! So, we have decided to use the old JSP PCRs instead.
Your issue is probably because you're using the same 2005 iviews to create your PCRs. The 2005 PCR iviews are written in WebDynpro, and appear to assume that each one will be an Adobe form! If you assign the old PCR iviews to your manager (give them the old MSS role under Migrated Content->EP5.0... in the pcd if you have it installed), you will be able to create a PCR with the JSP forms (regardless of the "Entry in Web" setting in QISRSCENARIO).
The next issue is the approval. In 2005, transaction SWFVISU has task TS50000075 configured as Java Webdynpro. You'll need to change that to iView, and specify ID = com.sap.pct.hcm.isrdispatcher.default. I'm following the UWL item type guide for this at:

Having said this, my approval is not working! The item type has clearly changed, because the workitem name is no longer a hyperlink (rather annoying), but when I hit the "Launch Task Page" button (default name I think) I get the error:
"Unable to perform action because the system returned an invalid URL"
I can't see this "invalid url" anywhere in the logs, so I can't see where it is getting it from, or what path, etc I'm meant to put! In your old system, what did you have as the "Server for ISR call" under "Additional Data for Scenario" in QISRSCENARIO? Also, what did you have in the "URL" box that appears under the Additional Data for Scenario button when you change the Entry Type to JSP?

Adobe Form -Interactive -Subform dissappear after Click

I have a Interactive form with a Native submit button with single MAIN view .
I am poupulating the form intially in WDOINIT method & I am trying to do some calculations on the form using submit click.
Here is what i am doing onclick.After I click submit button item form dissappears completely .
When I debug i see all the entries in the table lt_material but it doesn't shows up in the form.
I don't have anycode in other Methods.What could be the reason? I can use scripts too but I need to use this functionality for other requirement.

I am using Onsubmit event which is the only avaialble option on form properties.
I just named event as CLICK but I changed it now to submit but it is still doing the same .
Itemform is dissappearing on click.
Control type for native button is regular. code inside this button is .

How to use SAP Business Workflow along with Interactive Adobe Form

Hi Experts,
I am working on SAP Business Workflow since last couple of years.
Now i have got a new Project where client wants to use SAP Business Workflow along with Interactive Adobe Form.
I am new to Interactive Adobe Form and Portal thing and i really dont know from where to start.
We have one central system and 2 local systems. when we do create a Material document using adobe form workflow should trigger and notification should go to group of users who can approve or reject it, once they approve it document gets created in central system and replicated to 2 local system through ALE.
In the Local system they do extend the document to different plants, again workflow triggers and notification will go to Managers inbox for the approval.
Once the final approval done data should go and store in SAP.
Now here i have couple of Questions.
1. In SAP R3 Business workflow when i execute the workitem from the inbox i do get the application screen ( i.e. MM01 MRP View ) , what is going to happen if the same case i have with Adobe form?? is it possible or do we have to design a adobe form and we will have to map the fields with backend application??
2. Do i have to maintained 3 separate Org Structure for 3 different system or using UWL i can manage the show
3. Untill final submit is not done, where the application data is going to be, is there any kind of buffer that we will have to keep it or its there with XML file??
Please help me out.

Welcome to ADOBE Forms related Workflow Development. Well, here are my answers.
1) You can go for either go for ISR based development or WD development with Adobe form. In both the cases you can achieve your requirement. Yes, you will have to design the Adobe form and bind the fields to backend.
2) Am not clear or your System landscape to advice you in these regards.
3) Until final Submit/Approval is done, the data can be stored in WORKFLOW CONTAINERS or XML FORM(If you go for ISR based Development).

Multiple images into a subform in a dynamic non-interactive adobe form

I want to convert a set of images into a PDF (one page for each image) with Webdynpro. I'm trying with a non-interactive adobe form.
I followed the tutorial "Dynamic Non-Interactive PDF Form".
I've got a multiple Context node: 'Images' with a string attribute 'url' for each image.
In the form, I've created subform1, and subform2 within. I put an image field into subform2, setting its url to: $record.Images[*].url
and its script to: this.value.image.href = xfa.resolveNode(this.value.image.href).value;
It doesn't work.
If I add a field into subform2 binding it to url attribute, I can see some lines with the correct path for each image, but the image isn't displayed.
It works with a single dynamic image in the page. What am I doing wrong?

No. It's form scripting. In any case I'm working with Webdynpro Java.
I tried this code in table 'initialize' event.

Cell4 is a static image.
In 04SP9, it show always the same image in the image field (first column), and alternating image in cell4 (second column).
In 04sSP6, it shows always the same image in all the rows in both columns.
Any idea? I didn't find any OSS related.

How to extract data from an interactive adobe form and update SAP database

Error while Uploading Interactive Adobe Form

Hi,
I have been given a template Interactive Adobe form by Adobe which i have to upload in SAP. I created a test interface and form then i am trying to import the template into the layout. I get following error -
" Can not Load: "http://dldtc00.wdf.sap.corp:5800/sap/bc/soap/wsdl11?services=test&sap-client120&sap-user=ag&sap-password=d01&. Check that path is correct and that the file is a valid WSDL file."
Could you please tell me why am i getting this error and how to fix it?

I too got the same error:
WebDynpro Exception: The ADS call has failed. You can find information about the cause in the error.
I refered the link provided by you for testing the ADS configuration and it displayed a 2 page report.
Is that mean that there is a problem in my form?

Digital Signatures in Adobe Forms (Non-Interactive)

Hi everyone,
I need to sign a receipt that will be sent by e-mail. The form is non-interactive, it´s only a simple receipt. This form may be printed or sent by e-mail; in case of being sent it must be signed before sending it. The receiver should be able to open it using Adobe Reader.
I´ve read other posts/help about singatures in Adobe Forms, but none of them of non-interactive forms; I need to know if it is possible to do this if the form is not interactive, and how it can be done.

Adobe Form not getting interactive in Web Dynpro

Hello Experts,
I am facing a strange sort of behaviour, which has drawn my plenty of time, while making use of Interactive Adobe Form in Web Dynpro component.
In my scenario, I have one existing Adobe Form with interface of type "ABAP Dictionary-based interface". While using this form in Interactive Form element in Web Dynpro and making it enabled, it is not giving me the expected output, that is - Interactive Form in browser window. Instead, it is showing me read only Adobe Form. Has it to do with type of interface?

Hello Harsh,
In webdynro adobe integration we use webdynpro native controls and the form must be in the
ZCI layout. In SFP >layout you have to insert the webdynpro script .After going to the layout
go to utilites and insert webdynpro script.Then you can find a variable containerfoundation_js.
If you have changed the layout from standard layout to ZCI layout in form builder (SFP), the update the layout using program FP_ZCI_UPDATE.

Value Help in Interactive Adobe Form in Web Dynpro

I have to provide a value help for certain Fields in Interactive Adobe Form using Web Dynpro ABAP. I have managed to get the Value Help Popup for the fields using Java Script in Adobe, but the problem is that whenever I select the Value from the Value Help, the selected value in not getting populated in the field....
Please let me know the solution in case any one of you come across such kind of requirement.

Login details when Webservice is called from Interactive Adobe form

Hello Experts,
Can you please suggest me the procedure to overcome the below issue.
I am calling the Webservice from my interactive adobe form.
When ever i click on the Submit button on my form, it is triggering the webservice but asking for the login details for authentication in the popup.
In the real time scenario i will not be having any user id and passwords. So, I don't want this popup.
What do i need to follow to get this done.

Interactive Adobe form is not interactive in ABAP WD

Hello,
I've created an Adobe form with interactive UI elements (text input fields). When simulating these in the Adobe designer, they are all working fine. However, when executing the form embedded in an ABAP WD, the input fields are not active.
When I check the 'enable' check box of the form, a runtime error occurs.
Any assistance on that is highly appreciated.

seems as if your system is on a low support package...
If you go on to SP10 which should be there shortly, then you can also use ZCI in addition to ACF...

OnAction is going timeout - Interactive Adobe form in webdynpro

I have developed an application with interactive adobe form whenever i click the onaction 'Submit' button it keeps on running and i kept a break point in WDDOBEFOREACTION but no use. the control is not at all coming inside.
If make the form in invisible mode then every thing works fine it happens because of the form only.

what does it do onActionSubmit ?
Have you seen in St22 any meaning full dump if any in this case?
