Interco Consignment Fillup & Issue auto transfer stock.

Hi Gurus,
i have some question pertaining Interco IV for ConsgnIssue (KE), for example :
Material number D-13230 assign to Sales Org A1
and also have 2 plant = plant A1 & plant B1.
1. issue S.O Fillup (KB) SOLD-TO cUSTOMER# A1234 (customer sales org A1)
W/ MATERIAL D-13230 from Delivery plant B1. Continue with D.O and GI.
2. iSSUE S.O Issue (KE) sold-to customer# A1234 (customer sales org A1)
W/ MATERIAL D-13230 from Delivery plant B1. continue with D.O and GI.
issue F2 to customer A1234 and issue IV to .
My question :
is it possible during GI for KB in step no.1 , material will fillup
customer consgmt Hub in plant A1 instead of plant B1 ?
so i can D.O and GI for step no.2 using delivery plant A1 (issue GI from plant A1).
Thanks.

  • Whether it is possible to make auto goods issue below safety stock level

    Hi SAP Gurus,
I am implementing MRP for generating stock transfer Planned orders from a Main Mother Plant to different Plants. We have defined a Safety stock level for materials at main Plant level.
There is a auto program available for generating auto goods issue against Purchase orders.
System picks up Qty as long as unrestricted stock exists for the material during auto goods issue.
System dont pick up any Qty below safety stock level (manual goods issue works below safety stock level).
We are defining safety stock to meet sudden requirements and have time for new procurement.
But it should allow us to do auto goods issue below safety stock level.
Whether this is possible and what need to be done ?
    Thanks and Regards,
    R.Velmurugan.

    Hi Velmurugan,
I don't think auto GR is a problem from safety stock. Auto Gr can be done by two ways.
    1. Control key and assigning the control key in operation(Preferably in last operation)
    2. In production scheduling profile you can do it. You have to assign the production scheduling profile in material master work scheduling view.

  • Consignment FillUp and Consignment Issue Referencing?

    Hi Guys,
I'm currently involved in the development of a POC to automated consignment processes. My question is,
Is it possible to do a reference for every consignment fillup to consignment issue orders. What field should I use?
This is for their tracking purposes.

    Dear sarvanand
Normally for consignment issue order, you need to refer F8 proforma invoice for which in VOV8, for order type KE, assign M for the field [Refence Mandatory]
Also if you want to reproduce a particular data from fillup order to issue order, then you can take the field ZUONR at header level tab Accounting which you can see both in fillup order and issue order.
The copy control for this field is in VTFL.  There select the combination of your delivery type and proforma type and click on blue lens on top left.  Now you can see the field Assignment Number.  Press F4 there and maintain the required one so that the same will populate from fillup to issue order.

  • Copy Control : Consignment fillup to consignment issue

    Hi all
My client requirement is to create consignment issue with reference to consignment fillup. But when i checked the standards , i did not see any such copy control. Please advice as to how i should make the settings
    Thanks in advance
    Regards
    Hari

    Hi Harish,
Once check the Cosignment Document types using VOV8.Here we can find the Tab:Reference Mandatory for KB (Consignment Fill up) as well as KE .(Consignment issue ).Both having the document category as C means it works the properties of a normal sales order.
As per your client Requirement try this procee:
1.Create one Quotation having different document type. And maintain the copy controls for the both( like quotation to Sales Order.)
2.Mean while we can create the Consignment issue with reference to Consignment Fill-up.
For further clarifications you can check the SAP help itself.

  • Pre-Allocated Stock - Auto Transfer Order

I am looking at implementing a stock allocation process, but it looks to be conflicting with the auto transfer order process that we are using in receiving.
The allocation process is working fine, but as soon as I want to use an auto transfer order creation process, I get a failure message and the TO does not create.
Is there a way to create the TO based on the allocation in the background without any message errors?
    Thank-you

can it be that you try to achieve something with this functionality for which this fuction is not designed?
Preallocated stock is an exception to normal business, and the user tells this exception to SAP by maintained the table.
So SAP knows about an exception and can act accordingly and e.g. pick the material directly from receiving area, and does not wait until all stock is putaway.

  • Schedule Lines not confirmed for Consignment Fillup

    Hi
I created Consignment Fillup, Schedule lines are not confirmed, even though stock is available in MMBE.
Material per batch stock is available
Help me out in this issue
    Regrds

Check what schedule line category is flowing.  I believe it should have been E1 and in VOV6, for this schedule line category, the box "Availability" is checked.  Next go to material master and check whether the availability check is either 01 or 02 is maintained.

  • In consignment fillup - its necessary excise invoice?

    Hi experts,
In consignment fillup- is it necessary excise invoice? if its necessary without billing how it's possible?
    regards,

    Hi,
During consignment fill-up the property of stock is belonged to you, so you can not do excise invoice at that time! You should do during consignment issue processing.

  • Transfer Stock to subcontractor with reference of Sales order

    Hi,
    Scenario:
    MTO strategy
We have one operation is subcontracting. When we take MRP run all PurReq. & PLOrd are reference to sales order. But  when we want to transfer material to subcontractor through TCode MB1B Mvt type 541 that time system issue the following message.
    Deficit of SL Unrestricted-use 3,150 KG : 119 1002 RM
Then we have to transfer stock reserved against sale order to unrestricted.
    Requirement:
Can we transfer stock to subcontractor with reference to sales order.
Pl tell me how I resolved this issue.
    Thanks & Regards
    Dhamane

    Hello....
You can not transfer material from Sales order Stock by movement type 541 as both stocks are Special stocks &  has not recommend to transfer between two special stocks.
For this Solution ,  Transfer posting to transfer the provided components to a new storage location (for example, 9999) by using movement type 311. This enables you to obtain an overview of those stocks that are physically located at the subcontractor. This information is particularly important when you carry out a physical inventory of the sales order stocks.

  • Vendor Consignment Price Issue for short term Price Contracts with Vendors

Hi Gurus, We are using Consignment Process successfully but very recently we faced a problem on some of our vendors who change the price every quarter.e.g. when the Buyer cuts the Consignment PO for 1000 pieces and receive it in K stock for 10$ the price is valid for 3 months in the Info record  when we start moving from K stock to Company stock after 3 months the price is changing in info record and consumption happening after 3 Months  is causing issues as you all know there is NO PO history tracking for Consignment PO's except 101k movement.we could manually do the jugglery by NOT changing the Info record untill the full 1000 qty of the PO is received but the problem is if there are multiple PO's and if the consumption is pulling stock from 2 different PO's then we have issues
E.g. PO1 1000 Qty Info rec  validity May 1st to july 31st 10$ per piece
PO2  500   Qty Info Rec Validity Aug 1st to Oct 31st 12$ per piece
First consumption 411k for 800 Pcs on june 25th happens with 10 $
Second consumption 411k for 600 Pcs happen on Sep10th will happen with 12$ but the vendor wants 200 out of 600 with 10$ and 400 with 12$ how do we handle this situation without manually changing the info record please advise
As Consumption and settlement happens in MRKO which is totally unlinked with the PO. Is there a way we can handle the situation. There could be multiple consignment PO's which bring stock in Consignment

    Hi DP,
As SAP doesn't Support Delivery cost settlement with the consignment process to seprate G/L ( Similar to accruals ), you need to go for Z development which while posting MRKO will be executed with refernce to PO & Issue Document Posting the freight Value to Appropriate fright G/L .

  • Consignment Fillup in MB51

    Dear friends
There is a requirement from my top management that in consignment fillup process, as and when the delivering plant generates fillup delivery with movement type 631, the standard price of the respective materials from material master should flow in MB51.
For information, as per standard, only when you generate issue delivery with movement type 633, we can see the value (Field name DMBTR)  in MB51 under the tab "Amount in LC".  For 631 deliveries, this column would be in zeros
Since they dont want to go for any zee TCode to meet this requirement, I have been asked to search for any standard TCode where I can see the above value.
To the best of my knowledge, there is no standard TCodes through which we can see the standard price as like MB51 report.  Any other better option to achieve this requirement ??
Needless to say, my last option would go for zee development.
    thanks
    G. Lakshmipathi

    Hi Lakshmipathi,
My understanding is, the Amount in LC will not be there in the case of consignment fillup and pickup, because there will not be any valuation changes within the plant. In the case of consignment fillup the ownership will not be changing and hence it will not give the valuation of the material. I believe, changing the functionality will change the meaning(basic purpose) of consignment process.
When I compared the configuration of the movement types 631,632 with that of 633,634....in the case of 633 and 634 the field VALUE UPDATION is ticked/checked and not checked in the case of 631 and 632. You can check this in OMJJ selecting the movement type and clicking on the Account Grouping on the left side.
Though I am not sure, I believe this could be reason for that and If you check the value updation field for 631 movement type and test, it may give you the desired result.
    Thanks,
    Ravi

  • Issue with opening stock balance in 2LIS_03_BX in BW

    HI GURUS,
for some of the material we are not getting correct inventory stock available in BW report.
where we have customised KF for inventory stock-non cumulative (based on difference of stock receipt and issued).
The stock qty is  not considering the opening stock balance and hence this is coming as -ve in BW report.
and but i checked the data in cube stock issued = stock received so ideally the stock should be zero .Also i have seen that i am not able to see stock intilized data in cube .
also i ran the report for posting date on which stock intilization was done in BW and stock for material is coming as zero
so hence all material where we have problem are those which has opening stock balance in  BX data source.
we have also checked in R3 in t code MB51/52 and the stock available is zero but BW report shows -ve stock.
Note that this problem is not for all stocks and also marker update settings are correct. We have also checked settings in RSDV .they are maintained relative to time..
Please share your thoughts on this issue..
    thanks
    nilesh

Have you compressed requests other than BX load and BF init load? If not run the infocube with 0RECORDTP = 1. This will give you the inital stock setup by the BX load. By default, when you run the non-*** infocube you will get records with RECORDTP '0' only. Whenever compression is done, the reference points get changes and records get written with RECORDTP '1'. If subsequent BF delta loads are also compressed i guess it would be difficult to differentiate. We have an OSS note on the importance of RECORDTP. Please check in service market place.
One important point to note is that the BF init shoud have been done for the same selections as the BX load as the load (BF init) brings in movements for the stock already setup by BX. If there are differences in the selections for the 2 loads initially or setups were done on different days for these datasources, you could endup with issues.

  • How can we transfer stock from one vendor to another vendor?

    Dear Gurus,
How can we transfer stock from one vendor to another vendor?
pls tell the steps to follow..
    Thanks..

This is the Normal Third Party Sub Contracting
    Follow these steps
If components to be provided to a vendor are supplied not by your company but by a third-party, you can order the components from the third-party and specify the subcontractor in the purchase order as the delivery address. At goods receipt the components are posted directly to the stock of the material provided to vendor.
Entering a Purchase Order for Components
To order components for a subcontract order from a vendor and have them delivered direct to the subcontractor, enter a standard purchase order with a different delivery address:
From the Purchasing menu, choose Purchase order ® Create ® Vendor known.
Maintain the data on the initial screen. Make sure you enter the vendor of the components and the plant concerned.
    Enter the items.
Then choose Item ® More functions ® Delivery address.
A dialog box appears in which you enter the delivery address.
In the field Vendor enter the number of the subcontractor and select the SC vendor box.
Selecting the box causes the components at goods receipt to be posted directly to the stock of the material provided to vendor when the goods receipt is posted.
    Save the purchase order.
Posting the Goods Receipt of the Components
If the subcontractor lets you know that the components have arrived, you can enter the goods receipt for the purchase order. The components are posted directly to the stock of the material provided to vendor.
    Stock Update
A goods receipt posting has the following results in the system:
the stock of material provided to vendor at plant level is increased. The stock of material provided to vendor is not managed at storage location level, since the stock is no longer stored at your company.
Valuated stock at plant level increases.
    Documents
An accounting document is created for the material document.
After this normal subcontracting order for finished product.

  • Issue Regarding Transfer Rules

    Hi All,
We have an issue regarding Transfer Rules. We are loading Data using 0FI_GL_4 into ZFIGL_A01. It is a periodic load of data.
Last month due to some issue in R/3 we have to replicate the Data Sources and retransport the Transfer Rules from BW Dev to BW Production. Next we loaded data into the InfoCube. Now when we execute the report for the current period I am not getting Master Data Values. All are coming as Not Assigned.
We have tracked down the issue and found that the issue may be incorrect mapping of Tranfer Rules. Is there any way in Prd where we can revert back to old version of Transfer Rules or can find the old mappings in Transfer Rules.
    Regards
    Jay

    Hi Jay,
The only way you can find your old transfer rules mapping is to goto RSA1 -
    > Infosource -> Tools -> Program and compare the versions .

  • Can i transfer stock with transfer order in Inventory management?

Can i transfer stock with transfer order in Inventory management between two storage locations in the same plant?

I hope you are referring a transfer order and the transfer between two storage locations connected to the same warehouse, and just not doing movement at IM level with a transfer order.
But, if you are referring to making a bin-bin transfer within the warehosue and you want to influence the storage location to storage location automatically, yes, you can do this. You should use 'storage location control' configuration under WM-IM interface to drive this. Essentially, you need to maintain the warehouse, destiantion storage type, plant, destination storage location and movement type 311. When you perform the transfer order confirmation to move inventory from a storage type (inventory is under source storage location) to the destination storage type (per the configuration setting) there will be an automatic transfer posting made to move inventory at IM level from source to desintation storage location.
