Intercompany STO's delivery quantity schedule line quantity

Folks,
I have the following issue:
STO / PO for 01.01.2010 for 2 PCE's
1 schedule line for 1 PCE for 01.01.2010 -> delivered and receipted;
1 schedule line for 1 PCE for 01.02.2010 -> cannot yet be delivered.
Total of schedule lines = 2, so schedule line quantity equals PO quantity.
Stock comes in and VL10g runs in background and generates 2 deliveries for 1 PCE each, whereas there was an open quantity for only 1 PCE!
So in fact total delivery quantity is 3 whereas the PO quantity is 2.
Anyone seen this?
MZ

Hi
Hi can you check the following
1. In  delivery item category  t code  OVLP availability check should be on
2. use the t code to generate the delivery for the purchase order  t code VL10d  (In this system will show the open quantity how much is going to deliver)
Delivery is happening more than STO quantity

  • Schedule line quantity

    Hi All,
A sales order is created with 0 confirmed schedule line quantity.
At the time of creating delivery if stock is available system creates delivery else doesn't create delivery.
Now for some materials system is not creating delivery eventhough stock is available. Availability check configurations at SO and DO are same.
If i go to va02 and redo avaliability check system is allowing me to create delivery.
Please let me know any clues on this....did any of you faced this problem....
    Thanks
    Venkat

    Dear Venkat,
    Welcome to the Forum!!!
Normally, if the stock is not available on the requested Delivery Date (While creating the Sales Order) then the schedule line level data shows that there are Zero Confirmed Quantity as a first line item. Then, once the material is available then the system shows the confirmed quantity on the particular date when material can be delivery considering all the possible loading, transporation planning times etc.... as a second line item....
So, system will allow you to create delivery only on the date on which the quantities are confirmed.....
For some materials where you are not able to create delivery that could be because of some other reason like Item not relevant for Delivery etc....
In Va02, if you run the availabilty check system is allowing the delivery creation because may be some new quantities could have comne to stock...

    Hi,
You need the One Order Function Module - CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN to update the Schedule line value. So, you need to have a look at all the fields that are necessary to fill using the Tables and Structures. If you have the header guid, then you can probably pass the guid to CRM_ORDER_READ to read the values and then fill in the entries necessary to make the changes.
You can also debug the order code to get a feel of the necessary changes.
    Hope this helps.
    Thanks,

I have specific requirement for a report where we need to determine the delivery qty against the schedule line qty for a sales order. In sales order in schedule line tab system shows the delivery qty. The field is VBEPD-VSMNG. VBEPD is a structure and I could not find the table in which this is actually stored. Does anybody know how to get the delivery qty for schedule line?

  • Inbound Delivery for Schedule Lines of future date

We have a requirement where in we want to disallow inbound creation for scheduling agreements for schedule lines of the future. For example if we have the following schedule line for a scheduling agreement
           Month        Quantity
    M    01.2010     100
    M    02.2010     200
    M    03.2010     150
Currently the system is allowing inbound delivery creation of quantity = 450 (100 + 200 + 150) in the month of February, 2010.
But I want that the system should allow inbound delivery creation in February, 2010 for quantity 300 only (100 + 200). Please let me know how we can do so in the system.
    Regards,
    Pratima.

    Hi Rami ,
Maintain different schedule lines in PO - Item Details - Delviery Schedule tab.
This would allow only those qty that is due on that date when creating inbound delivery.

  • Schedule Lines and BI

    Hi,
Can anyone please make me understand how does schedule lines works in BI.
    Regards

    Hi,
Schedule Line Item Data provides information about the header data of a purchasing document, such as vendor, purchasing organization, order currency, the item data such as material, purchase order quantity, order unit, net price, and the purchasing document delivery schedule lines, such as schedule line number, delivery date, schedule line quantity, value of schedule line quantity.
Item Line denotes the products or materials description for a Sales Order or Invoice such as Qty, Price and other details will be stored in the ITM.
Schedule line contains the above product or materials delivery details. Lets say the customer has asked for 1000 X product and he may ask or the company send that 1000 in 3 or 4 schedules and these information will be stored in the SCL.Not all the deliveries needs SCL.it is the division of an item in a sales document according to date and quantity.
For example, if the total quantity of an item can only be delivered in four partial deliveries, the system creates four schedule lines and determines the appropriate quantities and delivery dates for each schedule line.

  • PO Schedule Line GR

In my PO Item 10, I have 2 Schedule Line created with different QTY and Delivery Date.
When I do GR via MIGO, there is Schedule Line field for me to enter. GR for PO is at PO Item level only, correct?
If that is the case, then what's the point for having Schedule Line in PO Item?
How can I know that this GR is for which schedule line in PO Item?
    Confused...

    Hi
    Purchasing Data (Schedule Line Level):
    ·        the header data of a purchasing document, such as vendor, purchasing organization, order currency, and so on
    ·        the item data such as material, purchase order quantity, order unit, net price, and so on
    ·        the purchasing document delivery schedule lines, such as schedule line number, delivery date, schedule line quantity, value of schedule line quantity, and so on
The DataSource also provides information about the documents that are posted with regard to the purchase order, such as goods receipts and invoices. In addition, the DataSource provides information about how these documents are assigned to the schedule lines.
    Schedule Line with Goods Receipt
It is used to extract the schedule line quantities allocated with goods receipt quantities consistently to a BW system.
It provides information about the quantity of goods movements that were distributed to the schedule lines.
And plesae go through these links..

  • Schedule Lines  and Delivery Pending Quantity Issue

I have created Sales Order (Number 1032) with following scenario and posted one goods issuance against first delivery with less quantity.
    Sales Order Item
    Item     Item Desc     Order Quantity
10     High Speed Diesel (HSD)     5000
    Schedule Lines
    Line: 10
    Delivery Date: 07.07.2011
    Order Quantity: 1000
    Rounded Qty: 1000
    Confirmed Qty:1000
    Delivered Qty: 9500
    Line: 20
    Delivery Date: 07.07.2011
    Order Quantity: 1000
    Rounded Qty: 1000
    Confirmed Qty:1000
    Delivered Qty: 0
    Line: 30
    Delivery Date: 07.07.2011
    Order Quantity: 2000
    Rounded Qty: 2000
    Confirmed Qty:2000
    Delivered Qty: 0
Now when i goto VL01N and execute delivery on 08.07.2011 with reference to Sales Order system sum-up the previous quantity + 2nd schedule line quantity means (1500). But our requirement is that it should only propose the order qty of current  scheduling lines date instead of previous + current date quantities..

can any one answer my this question....

  • Schedule line, delivered quantity disappeared

We have a sales order with four line items. All are the same material, except the quantities and prices are different. On several of these positions we have had (partial) deliveries. When we check the schedule lines we can clearly see which quantity already has been delivered for that particular line.
Except for item line 20. We have already delivered and invoiced 15.000 pieces, but this is not displayed in the linking schedule line. The total line item quantitiy is 52.500 pieces and this is the quantity we see in the schedule line (already confirmed).
I have check SAP note 717627 and the following is stated there:
A partial delivery is already created for a request item.
If you now set a delivery block at schedule line level, the sent quantity (VSMNG) is no longer assigned to the delivery-blocked schedule line.
The sent quantity may no longer be able to be assigned to a schedule line, because there is no longer a schedule line open at the time of delivery.
This system behavior is standard and intentional.
In R/3 there is no fixed assignment between the delivery and the order schedule line. The assignment is determined dynamically and depends on the delivery-relevance of the schedule line.
If the delivery block is then removed again, a new assignment of the quantities delivered is performed for order schedule lines.
    And:
    This is intentional, standard behavior.
Could this relate to the problems I am facing?

I have not presented my problem to them. It is ofcourse possible that this SAP note is not applicable for my problem, but I noticed the first paragraphs as relevant.
The problem now seems solved by the way. An order desk/planning empoyees has changed the order quantity and the confirmed quantity to 15.000 pieces. So this line is now fully delivered. Th edelivered quantity is now stated in the schedule line.

  • Change schedule line delivery date

    Hello,
We are doing STO intercompany scenario, with ATP control, routing delivery in schedule lines.
If for example in Supplying Plant the delivery date is 2 month in the future, and we have dates and quantities confirmed in the STO, if this Plant creates the Outbound delivery and PGI tomorrow, how can the buying Plant will notice this situation?
Once PGI schedule lines in STO will not be ATP anymore and the delivery dates will be not be updated.
At schedule line level I can see the quantity was delivery but the delivery date it is not updated to the new one.

    Hi Sukriti,
Thanks for the Response, yes i have used the Bapi Transaction Commit Also .
The point is I am able to Update the Statistical Delivery Date in the Same EKET table using BAPI_PO_Change .I have Checked all the Ways to update the EKET-EINDT(Delivery Date)but no Unable to do it.
