Interested in the song in the orig iPhone Commercial???
I remember reading a couple of threads a little while back where some people were curious to know what that song in the first iPhone commercial was. A few of us were even interested in using it as a ring tone.
Well, I found the answer (not sure if anyone else out there already found it). The song is called *"Perfect Timing (This Morning)"* by Orba Square. And yes, it is available as a ring tone. Just downloaded it myself.

Songs can be removed from your iPhone by tapping 'Songs,' then swiping the song, then tapping Delete.
Remove a song from iPhone. Tap Songs, swipe the song, then tap Delete. The song is deleted from iPhone, but not from your iTunes library on your Mac or PC, or from iCloud.

i purchased two songs on my iphone and it did sync with itunes. Then i put the two new songs in a music folder and it won't sync the songs to the folder on my iphone. same phone same computer never had this problem before.
In iTunes, try signing out of your Apple ID & then back in: click on iTunes Store on the left sidebar of iTunes, click on your Apple ID on the top right, sign out, sign back in. Then try to sync your purchased music to your phone again.

I recently purchased songs from my iphone. All good... But I then went to put them on my ipod touch. They seemed to have downloaded but the songs wont play and the song title/the text, appears in a grey colour and there is a downlaod symbol in front of the song title. what do i do next?? They play on my iphone and from the itunes library but not from my ipod touch.
If the songs are still on your ipod, make sure autosync is disabled in iTunes on your computer, connect and right click on it in the device list, then choose "transfer purchases" to copy all bought media and apps from your ipod to your computer.
If the songs are not on your computer and got deleted from your ipod as well, you can't get them back, unless you have a backup of your iTunes library as part of your computer backup. -
I synced (updated) my iphone to itunes and some songs were deleted from my iphone playlist on my phone. On the computer, a circle is next to the song and the title faded out. What the heck is that all about and how do I get my songs back onto my phone playlist? Never happened before. My software is up to date?

How do I Transfer songs from my iTunes library, without losing all the songs already on my iPhone?
I have an apple iPhone 3G, and got some songs from youtube to mp3 into my iTunes library. I don't want to lose all the songs already on my playlist even though I want to sync the songs to my iPhone. Also, it won't let me drag the songs to the little iPhone icon.
Basically, tell me step-by-step what I have to do.

I have a music library on an iMac and I got a new iPhone and a new MacBook Pro and I want some of the songs from the iMac library to be on my phone and my MacBook Pro and I have a new Apple ID on my phone and my Mac book pro, is this possible if so how do I do it?
Providing specifics on all the ways to do this will take more time than I am willing to spend here these days. You can do some of this with Home Sharing. You can transfer the entire library from one computer to another, If you do that you can delete what you don't want from the transferred library.
Quick answer if you use iTunes' default preferences settings: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its subfolders and files) intact to the other drive. Open iTunes and immediately hold down the option (alt) key (shift on Windows) so you get a prompt to select a library, then guide it to the 'iTunes Library.itl' file in the moved iTunes folder. If you put the copied iTunes folder in the default location of Macintosh HD > Users > *User Name* > Music then you don't even need to start with the option key held down, iTunes will automatically look for it there. (Make sure there isn't anything already in the iTunes folder there that you want to keep since you will be replacing it with the one you are moving.)
You do not want to use a new AppleID. Change the AppleID on the new phone to the old ID. Purchases made with one AppleID cannot be transferred to a different one and it will be a royal pain to manage two Apple IDs.
Change iTunes Store account on an iOS device - Log out of your current account with Settings.app > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) > tap on your AppleID. Log in with a different account. Note, turning on automatic downloads or re-download past purchases may tie the device to that account for 90 days - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627 https://discussions.apple.com/message/18484935 - "In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. I have a Iphone 4, upgraded to ios 5 with itunes 10.5 Since doing upgarde to both Itunes and Iphone I am not able to add individual songs from my itunes library to my Iphone. I get a grey listing of the song and the sync symbo but it is not moving. Nothing appears on my phone screen. So not able to add music to my phone and its driving me nuts.....

Nope, it either needs to be plugged in or turned on with the power button.
A replacement iPhone 4 is $149, but at least the whole phone is replaced. -

I purchased an album from iTunes using my desktop computer. All of the songs from the album are on my computer and play perfectly. When I try to sync the songs to my iPhone or iPad, I get an error message that says 3 of the songs can not be downloaded to these devices. Any ideas?

HELP! I subscribed to imatch on my mac so that I could access the songs anywhere with my iphone. However since I live in a rural community I would like to make playlists that always stay on my phone in case I don't have service. Not sure how.
I have the same issue. While I am sure your solution would work, my playlist has over 6,000 songs and hiting every song to download it is not very practical. Is there another way?

My album is not litsed alphabetically but it is when synced from PC to iphone. How do I keep the songs list in my iphone as it is in my album?

To reiterate, some reasons you may not be getting Albums group as you want:
Songs are not properly tagged in itunes prior to synching (you should also make sure Album Artist is tagged, BTW)
You are using the wrong view in the Music app -

ThxIf you are trying to sync contacts direct with Outlook on your computer via the iTunes sync process, this is selected under the Info tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes. You need Outlook 2003, 2007, or 2010.
