Internal NT error when attempting to use the Oracle Management Server

Our platform is:
HP NetServer LC 2000
1 GB Ram.
CPU: x86 Family 6 Model 8 Stepping 8
Windows NT 4.0
Oracle 8.1.6
Currently the database is working fine except the problems with
the Oracle Management Server which will allow us to do a backup.
The Management Server NT Service is giving an error
called: "Error 2140 . An Internal NT Error Occurred" There is a
Listener service running but I don't know if the settings are
correct??

I too am an Ashford University student, and I have received the same error. However, I have found a couple workarounds that allow me to do pretty much everything except view my degree progress (for that I use Chrome on my iMac).
****CAUTION: THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF DATA****
First, back up your iPad in iTunes (if you do not know how to do this, then do not proceed until you do). Second, quit Safari (double-tap the home button so that the multi-task bar appears at the bottom of the screen, then swipe until you see Safari, then press and hold the Safari icon until the 'X' appears, finally press the 'X' to quit the App) Third, make sure Safari is configured as follows:
Settings > Safari >
Java Script "ENABLED"
Block Popups "OFF"
Accept Cookies "ALWAYS"
Reset Safari:
Settings > Safari >
Clear History
Clear Cookies
Clear Cache
Restart your iPad by holding the Home and Sleep buttons until the Apple Logo appears (immediately let go of both buttons or else you will put your iPad into recovery mode). Accessing the Ashford Student portal should now work.

Sounds like something is not hooked up right, or setup right. Can you do a Compact and Repair and try again?

I attempted to convert the entire document and same result. I specifically purchased the export to Word feature. Please assist. I initially had to export the Word Perfect document into PDF and attempting to go from PDF to MS Word.

I'm sorry to hear your conversion process has stalled. It sounds as though the problem isn't specific to one file, as you've been unable to convert anything since the first four chapters converted successfully.
So, let's try this:
If you're converting via the ExportPDF website, please log out, clear the browser cache, and then log back in. If you're using Reader, please choose Help > Check for Updates to make sure that you have the most current version installed.

Blue screen when attempting to use the dedicated video card

I keep getting a blue screen when attempting to use the dedicated video card.
I managed to install the AMD driver for it but without the other components like the Catalyst Control Center as it blue screened on startup when attempting to load the Catalyst Control Center.
The OS loads fine. Any applications that don't use the dedicated video card runs fine. All other drivers install fine as well.
Applications like games and Photoshop that switch to the dedicated video card on startup automatically crashes, the OS freezes then a blue screen appears.
What could be causing the problem? This problem just recently appeared. Two weeks ago.

Hi All - After the upgrade, I am getting SP-Crawl Error for certain links. I check the Crawl component has proper permission.
Google is showing some article like

I uninstalled and reinstalled but, it's still happening.
How can I fix this so I can start to buy music again?

I have the same error, but I think we will get no solution for this problem.
You've get no answer here and the Apple support also doesn't send an answer how to solve the problem.
BTW I have also Windows 7 and the newest version of iTunes 64-bit.

I did make sure that the crawl account has full read access to the web application. I am able to access the page and site just fine from a browser. I am not sure what is causing the problem.

I changed my apple id password and the apple id is still fine, but itunes has it disabled. I verified that the computer is authorized for this apple id. What to do now?

Problem starting the Oracle Management Server service

I have configured the Oracle Management Server (since I need to use the Jobs functionality) in an Oracle 9i home installed in my desktop. Then I have tried to put the service to work; it always starts and stops at once; the message also states that some services are automatically shutted down when they are not in use...
Also, I noticed that I cannot use the typical option when creating the repository for OMS because it does not accept the domain my computer is in (dgsaude.min-saude.pt) since it seems to be an invalid domain name...
I am a little under pressure here...Please help

Thank you very much; I will take a look at documentation; anyway, just a question I am in doubt about..the tasks I need to automate have to do with deleting the contents of some local tables, then run some SqlPlus queries to fill those tables again (I run them locally by using a database link to another database); final tables will be connected to an www site and refreshed. As I have understood, I can do this using DBMS_JOBS (for which, I think, I would need to learn some PL/SQL...) or configure the OMS to do it (which, as you said, can be a bit of a pickle in the start...). Given the situation, which one of these tools would you advise me to use?

'VTK-1000: Unable to connect to the Oracle Management Server

Hello, I installed ORA 8.1.7 on Win2k, everything went smooth apart from I can't run OEM now, brings the following error:
'VTK-1000: Unable to connect to the Oracle Management Server. Please verify that you have entered the correct host name and the status of the Oracle Management Server'
I recall it was ok for NT, there was OracleOra817ManagementServer Service and now there is no any for Win2k..
If you know any way I can make it up and running please help

the current scenario with my oem with login as management server has started with the user:sysman
password:oem_temp
still OracleOra90Agent has not started.
inside oem server management,the discovery wizard is not cofiguring the nodes.

We develop a server-side application which receives incoming https connections using self-signed certificate. It was all ok while we were using Windows 7 or Windows 2008 as OS, but when our clients started installing Windows 8 as server OS they encountered
big problem: application got unavailable in few hours after start.
In event logs we have following:
A fatal error occurred when attempting to access the SSL server credential private key. The error code returned from the cryptographic module is 0x8009030d. The internal error state is 10001.
After restart, application recreates certificate and all works normal few hours till next fatal error.
This
article did not help us. And I repeat that this error appears only on Windows 8 (we tested on Windows 8.1). Windows 2012 Server we did not test yet.
How we can solve this problem?

Since this article released in 2008,I suspect the code mentioned in this article doesn't supprot Windows 8.
And since the certificate was written by C#,I suggest you submit a new case on MSDN Forum as they will be more professional on your issue:

Program error when trying to use the clone stamp tool - PSE 8

When trying to use the CLONE STAMP TOOL, getting the following: "Could not use the clone stamp tool because of a program error".
Runnng PSE 8 on Windows XP/SP3. I purchased the key to have a full version, versus the 'trial version'. I also have Photo Essentials 3 installed and have used it without any problems.
Any suggestions?

I figured it out - it was ID 10 T error...ugh.
Was following along in a book and blindly did what it said....was forgetting to hit the 'alt' key when first defining the area to clone....
However, it was kind of a confusing error message - something like "clone area not defined" would be more of a help.

Getting file... does not exit error msg when attempting to use the setXSLT method

I am attempting to use a PL/SQL procedure to generate HTML by using the DBMS_XMLQuery.setXSLT and DBMS_XMLQuery.getXML methods. When running the procedure, the following line
DBMS_XMLQuery.SETXSLT(xsuQry, 'hmwebserver/Series47/Modules/Results_View/hmRVTemplateStyle.xsl');
throws an ORA-29532 error with the message '... File... .xsl does not exit'. What does this actually mean, and more importantly, what can I do to correct the issue?

Previous suggestions were to update the Security Manager if there was one. There were also these add ons:
