Internal Order - Detick revenue posting

Hi
We have created an Internal Order type (KOT2) couple of months ago allowing revenue posting. Now I want to detick the allowed revenue posting of that perticular Internal Order type and transport it to the production server.
My question is if I detick the revenue posting and transport it to the production server, will it transport the rumber range interval assign to that perticular order type to the production server as well?
Thanks
Trishan

Hi,
Number range interval is never transported, if not included manually in the change request. So, you can proceed with your transport.

  • Internal order with revenues: settling to FI and PSG

    Hi,
    I have this scenario:
    - internal order with revenues has to settle to FI when not TECO - this is working
    - when order status becomes TECO - it has to reverse the previous posting - it' s working
and settle to PSG, acording to settlment rule - this is the part where I need help, because it's not working.
    Can anybody help me?
    Thanks,
    Lavinia

    Hi,
Sorry for the delay and thank for you answer, but I have the PA transfer structure configured, also the settlement profile alows PSG and  the transfer structuer is alocate to the settlemnet profile. The thing is that when I don't have a RA key, the settlement to PSG is working fine.
Anyway, the customer changed his mind and doesn't need  RA for this type of orders and for the moment I don't need a solution

  • Internal order to be  Posted to Perticular GL only

    Hello
Internal Order allowed to post  Specified GL only.  I dont want to create validation.
    pl suggest.

    Dear Somasundhar,
We can address the point with the below 3 options:
    1. We can have the Automatic Account Assignement using Transaction OKB9. Here we can maintain the respective Cost Element and map it to an Internal Order. > However, in this case, the Internal Order is derived by default and the default value can be overwritten by User at the time of entry.
    2. To make the comination mandatory you can have validation (The functionaltiy designed for such purpose).
    3. We can also meet the requirment through Development.
    Thanks & Kind Regards

  • Bill accounting assignment - statistical revenue posting on internal order

    Hello,
I'm wondering if it is possible that revenues from a billing document can be posted as statistic revenues on internal orders while the 'real' revenues are posted into COPA.
We would like to see the revenues directly in COPA as we we write more than one bill to different customers for development projects which we are controlling at the moment with internal orders. When we settle the internal orders the revenues are always going to one revenue object with one customer (depending on the settlement rule in the internal order) which is wrong. Nevertheless we need to see the revenues in the internal order in order to control the p/l of it.
    Thanks a lot in advance.

  • Internal Order Settlement for Orders with Revenues

    Hi
How do you set up the system to allocate costs only to a cost centre and not the revenue for internal orders with revenues. Any help is greatly appreciated.

In the allocation structure you have give source cost elements .. there give only Cost Elements/group of cost elements which are relating to expenses.. .. then only expenses will be settled .

  • Internal order restriction for a particular GL posting

    Hi SAP Experts,
I have created an internal order(statistical). I want to restrict the internal order postings for a particular GL accounts.
For example: Internal order 10001 can post only with GL 500003 and 500004 for Budget and Forecast (KPF6).
    How is it possible.
    Thanks,
    Simar

    Hi
I do not think that KA02 assignment alone would be a good option. You need to create a validation rule in GGB0 and assign the same in OB28 for your company codes. Also, you can look at the option of Substitution to populate the Internal Order field, when you use these GLs.

Haven't tried this under AUC but have in other transactions.
Go into Tcode OAYA.  Select the Transaction type to be used for the posting.  Enter the depreciation areas and click the box "Display for selection."  This will allow you to select the depr. area and view/edit the costs that will be posted.  If this works then great....If not tell us the exact error message you are receiving.

  • Wrong internal order budet been carry forward, reverse KOCO

    Hi SAP Expert,
Our customer is select variatn SAP&01 in KOCO for budget carry forward process on end of 2009. Order type Z001, Z002 & Z003 is been carry forward.
Now user find out that order type Z001 & Z003 should not be carry forward from 2009 to 2010.
Is there any posting or tcode to revese back internal order document been posted in 2010 for order type Z001 & Z003?
The wrong document been carry forward is posted with activity "CfSdr" .
Please advice is there any possible to reverse carry forward run or do manual posting adjustment to offset amount been carry forward from 2009 to 2010.
    Thanks.
    regards,
    ng chong chuan

    Hello Chong Chuang,
It is possible to process the carry forward program more than once for
a fiscal year.  Each time, budgets are carried forward that were NOT
    included in previous runs.
To rerun the carry forward program, you do this directly in the KOCO
transaction.  There is no specific reversal option, since the
system only carries forward amounts which were previously NOT
carried forward.  You simply rerun the program for the fiscal year
desired.  You can try this in TEST run to begin with, to
verify what amounts will be carried forward.
I hope this information helps you.
    Kind regards,
    C. Garcia

  • Internal Order - Periodic Reposting

    Hi all,
I have got statistic internal orders (for company-cars) - that have all the same cost-center as a collector.
At the end of the month I would like to transfer costs to other cost centers.
I tried to do that with KSW1 - I entered Internal Order and Cost Element Group as sender and Cost Center as Receiver.
When executing it in KSW5 system tells me that Cycle does not include any senders.
Thanks in advance for any help!
    Greetings
    Berni

    Hi Bernhard,
you said "I tried to do that with KSW1 - I entered Internal Order and Cost Element Group as sender and Cost Center as Receiver."
Your internal orders are statistical (posting with value type 11).
Actual cost (value type 4) can only be reposted from a REAL CO-object (in your case the cost center assigned to each statistical order).
So enter the cost center / cost element as sender and the cycle will find sender values.
    Best regards, Christian

    Hi Kiran
Please do the config setting in IMG in integration with general ledger as Additional Account assignment objects. There you have to activate the Internal Order for Depreciation posting and save.

    Hi Ajay M,
    Error details is :--
Overall budget and/or annual budget cannot be processed
    Message no. AP068
    Diagnosis
You are maintaining budget values for one or more measures (orders or WBS elements). The overall budget and/or the annual budget are not available for input.
There are two possible reasons for this.
A program type for investment programs is entered in the budget profile for the measure. This program type is intended to make a link between the measure and an investment program that has this program type mandatory. If there is no link to this kind of investment program, it is also not possible to create any overall budgets on the measure.
The measure is already assigned to an investment program position, but this program position is set up to distribute budget values directly to the measure. In this case, you cannnot create overall budgets directly. However, it is still possible to distribute budget values using the budget distribution function in the menu for investment programs. If budget distribution of annual values is also set to active in the program definition, then you are also limited to creating the annual budgets for the measures using the budget distribution function in the investment program menu.
    Procedure
See which of the above applies. You can see the investment program position to which a measure is assigned in the master data transaction for the measure

  • Error while posting revenue to internal order

    Hi
I made an internal order for income and tried to post the revenue in that but an error is coming, That is :
    Order 100040 cannot carry revenues
    Message no. KO014
    Diagnosis
You have tried to post an order, which is not allowed to carry revenues, under a revenue element (or the system determined the order automatically).
The field "Revenues" in the order type determines whether revenues can be posted to an order or not.  Orders carrying revenues cannot be settled to a cost center.
    System Response
    Order 100040 cannot carry revenues.
    Procedure
    You can either
    enter a different order.
enter a different cost element (not a revenue element).
After that i changed the tick to the revenue also but it was not solved. please guide.
    Thanks

    hi
i have put a tick on the revenue posting in the control indicator and settlement profile there is Gemeinkosten- 20.
Can u tell me that where i have to select revenue for the posting and which profile shall i select, because this profile is not suitable for the revenues.
    Thanks for the reply.

  • How to post the revenue to internal order

    Hi guyes:
Please can anyone tell me how to post the revenue to internal order when i invoicing using VF01.
i have already tested,i enter the internal order in the TAB 'Account assinment' when VA01.
but i seem to post the sales cost to the internal order but not revenue.
Can anyone tell me how to resolve it?
    Thank you!

    Hi,
You seem to be doing the right thing. Once you have posted the billing document. Can you please go to vf02 and check in the item detail tab if the internal order you have entered in va02 is there.
    Thanks

  • Revenue Posting to Internal Order (through VA01)

Is it possible to post the revenue to an internal order using VA01 (rel. 4.7 level 27).
    Thanks
    Karla

    Hi,
As per your query you can do the same but in case you have not reced the purchase order quantity then you have to go for make reverse entry to correct this.
I will suggest you, do not configure this type of setting othewise you will never know the the difference value of your po and actual payment.
