Internal Order - System Status LKD

Hi All,
For an internal order which has system status LKD active, can I mark it for deletion?
When tried to do so, I get an error message like
" E BS 013 System status LKD is active (ORD XXX)
KO 424 Order XXX / Mark for deletion "
What can be done?

Hi,
if your order is marked for deletion then you can't put it for locked status and it goes other way around i.e. if your order is lkd ,it can't be marked for deletion.

Hi Gurus,
We have a process order in which system status for operations & phases is LKD REL due to which user is not able to confirm the process order. The status of process order is REL PRC APNG APRS BASC BCRQ GMPS MACM RESA SETC. One of the user from planning has set the status to LKD due to some artwork changes. Now another user set the status to unlock. Locked status from order status was reset but at operation & phases level the status is still LKD REL & hence order confirmation is not allowed.
I try to again set the status to lock but i am getting message system status LKD is active (ACT 40547870 0010) which is similar to one which we get during order confirmation.Pls. suggest.

Hello Amit
If the status LKD is not set for the order header, this is possibly an inconsistency.
Please open an OSS incident to SAP for further analysis.

My client wants to process a Purch order from a Preq. But when he wants to save his PO, he got this error message : SYSTEM STATUS LKD IS ACTIVE (ORD 9XXXXXXX).

It also depends how your orders are being generated. If you are generating the orders from a sales order line item and a user deletes the line item or rejects it, the service order will automatically be locked from further processing. The action log will display the end users name as the one who locked the order, but the transaction code will be VA02.

System status LKD is active while doing ME21N

Hi,
First of all ,please make sure if the status lkd is already exist for
the orders in koko4.If that's the case it is necessary to revoke the
status LKD on these orders e.g. with transaction KO02.

Reg Update Order System Status

Hi,
My requirement is, while doing TECO (technical complete) of maintenance order I want to check for open reservation/requisition in maintenance order. and if we found any any open reservation/requisition then order status TECO will not update. maintenance order will remain in present status. any other update done in this order before TECO will save.
Please suggest how I can acheive this.
I tried to use uesr exit IWO0009 and BADI WORKORDER_UPDATE but not abe to update order system status in this point.
Please suggest me any EXIT or BADI or Solution for this requirement.

"System status AALK is active" and "System status LKD is active" errors

Hi,
We are on SRM 4.0. When creating a shopping cart from a specific catalog the user is receiving two error messages.
"System status AALK is active" and "System status LKD is active"
How do I resolve these errors?

It's more like a CA-JVA-JVA-PP or PS-ST-INT-BAPI issue, recommend to report a message under one of the component.

Sales order system status

Hi All,
we want to change the sales order system satus, then we found we can only do it in item level.since in one sales order we may have many items, if we change the system status by manually one item by one item, it cost time, I wonder in SAP 6.0 if we can do batch change sales order system status? If have, please tell me how to do it?

Thank you for the reply.The problem here is there are 100 line items in a sales order and user wants to change the item status (in the status tab in item level data) from A3-A4 ( example here is A0-SO created,A1-SO changed,A2-SO released,A3-PO created,A4-Delivery created,A5-SO closed) for all line items.In this Sales order 10 line items have not got the Goods receipt.But all other items have got.So he dont want to go to each and every line item to check and update the status of the GR,since it is time consuming process.So he is looking for the possibility in the header level like when he update the status in Heder level,it has to change the status in item level or if any item is not relevent for status change from A3-A4 (means the item present status is not in A3) it should throw a message.

PP-PI - System status LKD for a process order - how to set/unset it

Hi gurus,
I need some help.
I have to lock / unlock process orders inside a program (not manually).
I would like to do this without using Batch Inputs, which are not reliable.
I know the function STATUS_CHANGE_INTERN can modify the order status; but I don't know if the result I get is the same I get doing manually: "Process order" --> "Functions" --> "Restrict processing" --> "Lock"/"Unlock".
Can anybody help me?

Production order system status after being settled

Hello,
I am currently in ECC 605 project. I remembered once production order is variance calculated and settled,new system status, VCAL , is set at production order. And sometimes the production order won't be set with status VCAL even though it's variance calcualted. Does anyone have any experience at ECC release 605? Is it normal that settled order doesn't possess VCAL status?
And another weird behavior is that production order can be settled without variance calculated. At earlier release, system will
pop up error message if I try to settle a production order which isn't variance calculated. Can anyone confirm if at release 605 it's normal system behavior that system won't block order settlement of production order which variance calculation isn't done yet?

1. You cannot reset it back . For future cases ensure to grey out the option using Transaction Variants SHD0 for IW31/IW32 Tcodes

Hi,
You could use IW38 to select and generate a list of orders. Then from the output screen highlite a group of orders and choose the complete function.
Also BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN method TECHNICALCOMPLETE could be used with later releases.

We are trying to interface expense reports against Internal orders wherein the IO is in REL GMPS status but is rejecting the ERs.

You define user status management as below.(IMG Menu path : Internal order>Order master Data>Status Management)
-. If you select Status number “10”, SAP don’t allow FI posting.
-. If you select Status number “20”, SAP allow FI posting.
After you assing above user status to order type, you create internal order and you can control FI posting as below.
