Internal order with revenues: settling to FI and PSG

Hi,
I have this scenario:
- internal order with revenues has to settle to FI when not TECO - this is working
- when order status becomes TECO - it has to reverse the previous posting - it' s working
and settle to PSG, acording to settlment rule - this is the part where I need help, because it's not working.
Can anybody help me?
Thanks,
Lavinia

Hi,
Sorry for the delay and thank for you answer, but I have the PA transfer structure configured, also the settlement profile alows PSG and  the transfer structuer is alocate to the settlemnet profile. The thing is that when I don't have a RA key, the settlement to PSG is working fine.
Anyway, the customer changed his mind and doesn't need  RA for this type of orders and for the moment I don't need a solution
Best regards,
Lavinia

  • Order with revenues settlement

    Hi all,
I created an order with revenues and I post on that order cost and revenues.
And I want to settle this order to a cost center, but I want to settle both, cost and revenues. Can I do that? Can I settle revenues and cost toghether?
    Thanks a lot!

Depends on how you have defined your revenue cost elements.
If you define them as type 1, you will not have any problems settling them to CC. However, if you have defined them as type 11, you cannot settle to CC as CC accept only statistical revenue postings - you would still need a real cost object to post the revenues to.

  • Internal Order Settlement for Orders with Revenues

    Hi
How do you set up the system to allocate costs only to a cost centre and not the revenue for internal orders with revenues. Any help is greatly appreciated.

In the allocation structure you have give source cost elements .. there give only Cost Elements/group of cost elements which are relating to expenses.. .. then only expenses will be settled .

  • Create internal order with reference - Do not copy distribution rule group

    Hi,
I'm creating an internal order with reference to another order through tcode KO01. When i will display the new internal order, i already have distribuion rule group that was copied from the reference order. To delete the incorrect distribution rule group i execute tcode KO02, however this information do not appear in tcode KO02.
What should be done to delete this settlement rule? I do not want to copy the settlement rules from the old internal order.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi.
'What should be done in order to do not copy this information when i create the internal order with reference?'
in tcode kot2_opa do not maintain Settlement profile for Order category 3
Also go to KOM2 and delete Settlement rule for order, from which you copying.

    i.e

Created Internal Order and assigned budget amount to IO with Tcode KO01 and KO22

Created Purchase Order with Account assignemnt catg as 'A' i.e asstes.  In Purchase Order it displays Internal Order No. and Asset code which i have given in PR in Account assignemnt tab on Item level

Now i am checking budget detail in Tcode : S_ALR_87013019  -> List: Budget/Actual/Commitments ,  Here it gives message , "No line item were selected " in Commitment line items.
Actually  my requirement is , i want budgeting thru internal order and want to use Account assignment category as 'A' (Assets) in PR and PO.
Why it's not showing detail in report S_ALR_87013019  .
What is solution for my requirement. Is it possible with some configuration or by other options.
    Thanx & Regards
    Swati Shah

    Hi Swati,
You can do this in Asset Accounting. By standard MIGO Posting Date is taken as capitalization date for asset. You can configure to make it 'Document Date'.
So, whenever user is posting thru MIGO, he will have better control on deciding capitalization date by inputting appropriate date in Document Date Field in MIGO.
    Check this thread..

  • Internal order with excise problem

    Dear All
W have internal order budgeting for consumables.whenever we make purchase order , the account assignment category is f and we purcahse against the particular internal order.
when G/R is done the consumable material gets cosnumed against the particular interla order. ie goods receipt and the issue against the internal order with same movement type.
    here is  the problem
Whenevere G/R is made the part 1 register(country india version) gets updated .
But because of goods issue against internal order , the part 1 register shows both the receipt and the issue . so whenever the excise invoice is made through  j1iex thesystem shows that part 1 entry is not vailable.
In the part 1 register printout  shows the receipt and the removal of goods.
as per the excise regulations the part 1 entry sholud be there for the particular material. please suggest how to avoid the removal entry in part 1 register. only receipt has to be updated in the part 1 not the removal ie goods issue.
please suggest how to overcome this issue.
    With Regards

    What is G/R?

  • Internal order with a budget

I have a real internal order with a budget.
In case I create the settlement of the internal order by period end- how this will impact from the budget point of view
(I am steeling the cost with the original account to a cost center).
I mean to say-  will the system refer the settlement as a deduction in cost - so i will have more available budget- this is  a scenario I am not interested in.
How can i solved this conflict (in case this conflict is in place).

    Hi
If you are settling to a Budget controlled object i.e. the receiver also has a budget on it - In that case, settlement would release the budget from sender IO
    Else, it does not

  • Internal Order Down Payment settle to Asset

    Hi,
I have a requirement related to Down Payment shows in Order. User want that if there is any down payment against purchase order & purchase order contain real order, they want that FBL1N/FAGLL03 report show Order Number in reports. So that down payment can be traced against Internal Order.
Now I have tested the whole scenario. everything is ok till down payment. I can seen Order number in FBL1N report and also in FAGLL03 report.
    Now the problem is here,
Real Internal Order is created which will be settle to AUC asset.
Purchase order is made with Assignment category 'F' . Real Internal Order is mention with GL.
Now Down Payment is made against Purchase Order with mention Purchase Order. I can see in FBL1N report.
Now when i am going to settle Internal Order to asset, there are errors which are rectified by configuring. But when i see AUC asset, down payment is also settle on asset.
If Purchase Order is raised with amount 1500000.
Down Payment is made with  amount 50000
when i settle Internal Order 1500000 & 50000 also settle on Asset.
I dont want to settle 50000 on asset and when i see KOB1 report, i only see 1500000 amount.
Or is there any report in which i can extract Order with down payment data. I can develop Z report but i want to do it in standard.
    Waiting for reply....
    Regards
    AJ

    For Down payment data,
you need to use FBL1N transaction.
probably, down payment will not reflect in internal order. Expense GL with Internal order will reflect in the internal order actual values.

  • Internal Order - AUC - Asset Settlement

    Hi All,
Please can anyone help me with the below issue on settlement (AUC):
Only 95% of the cost is settling to Asset from internal order.  But I need 100% settlement.  What settings needs to be changed.. Pls advice..
Will be helpful if solution is adviced asap.
    Thanks,
    Vinay

    Dear Vinay,
    Please check your settlement rule----
be sure that it must be 100%. (KO02)
If it is 100% then check in maintain allocation structure
    (img-controlling-IO-actual posting-settlement-maintain allocation structure)
now select allocation structure (which is assign to your settlement profile) and double click on assignment and then source--- in this see whether all cost relating to IO  is maintain or not. and then Double click os settlement cost element....here you see that by cost element field should be blanck.
come to the settlement profile (img-controlling-IO-actual posting-settlement-settlement profile)----
here you check that settlement should be full and also check the indicators....
Assign points if it helps you..........

  • Internal orders with no profit centers or profit center wrong

    Hi There,
Business recently made a decision to change profit center 8009 to 8014.
Now when the status of internal orders are changed, something is triggered that changes the profit center back to 8009 or makes it blank, meaning there is no assigned profit center.
Any help would be highly appreciated as to what can be done to fix this problem.
    Regards,

It appears that you have ticked the indicator "Revenue postings allowedu201C in the order type to control whether revenues can be posted to an order.
Please discuss with business/ functional team and if they agree, then you can remove the tick, that would solve the problem.
Otherwise, you have to correct PCA assignment entry at posting level.

  • KO8G - Internal Order will not settle

While trying to settle out internal orders in KO8G for closing, this Error appeared:
    NA FF716
Error in assigning the tax group
I searched that error message and found:
"The symptom occurs if in the Customizing for Tax Jurisdiction, the country is not maintained for the determination of the FI tax procedure and if the payer has a Tax Jurisdiction Number."
It is regarding the 1st internal order - it is set up correctly on books but will not settle out. Needs to be fixed before October closing.
What should be done? Any ideas?

This is the entire message I received from the end user:
(I am not a finance person, so much of this is un familiar to me)
Today when I went to settle out internal orders in KO8G for closing, I got hit with this error message.  It is related to the very first internal order set up in SAP for a DK capital purchase.  It was all set up correctly on DK's books, but it would not settle out.
What I did to allow the KO8G transaction to work for closing was to do an accrual entry on DK's books pulling the figure out of 510095-204062 and booking to an open CIP account 160170.  This will reverse itself back in October so hopefully you can provide us with what is needing to be done so we can settle it come time for October closing.

  • Internal Order with 241 movement

    Hello Expert,
We have FG stock which will be used for captive used, hence need to be capitalised. We can issue FG to Assets by 241 movement, but we track the Capex budget by internal order. 241 movement does not reflect on Internal order budget.
Secondly. if we issue FG to Internal order, we are not able to settle the IO because order is Statistical.
    Please guide.
We want to issue FG to assets with Internal order budget impact (Statistical order)
    Regards,
    Pranav Dave

    Hi Pranav
Create a Statistical IO and assign in the asset master - Field "Investment Order" in the ORIGIN TAB
The Object Class of IO must be INVESTMENT...
Aassign Budget in IO using KO22
Do the config in T code ACSET to post to IO automatically whenever the Posting happens in the Asset (Field EAUFN must be selected in ACSET for APC postings)
The Asset APC account must be made as Cost Element (Category 90)
