Internal Server Error after upgrading to Server 4

HI, I've updated my Mac Mini server to Yosemite and downloaded Server 4. I'm now getting an error:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
I'm running SSL, so it could be related to a certificate problem but the IP and name hasn't changed.
Any thoughts or suggestion appreciated.
Thanks
David

I was able to revert to Mavericks via Time Machine (OS X Mavericks: Revert to a previous OS X version) so I'll leave it for awhile. I notice someone else having an issue with SSL and the OS/Server. I shouldn't have jumped in so quickly ;-). Hard to test with a certificate. My desktop machine started up server without a problem but it must have used a local certificate. Thanks for the interest.

  • What can I do if I get an internal power error after upgrading to Windows 10?

QuestionWhat can I do if I get an internal power error after upgrading to Windows 10?
AnswerSome laptops with AMD graphics that upgraded to Windows 10 are showing blue screens with error messages regarding Internal_Power_Error. If you receive this error, try the procedure in this article.
First, you'll need to quickly set the boot options to Safe Mode:
    1. Hold the Windows key and press 'R' to open the run box.
    2. Type MSCONFIG, then press ENTER.
    3. Select the BOOT tab.
    4. Under BOOT OPTIONS, check Safe boot, then select Minimal.
    5. Click Apply, then OK.
    6. Click Restart. (If prompted, click Restart anyway.)
From Safe Mode disable the AMD Display Driver:
    1. Hold the Windows key and press the 'X' key to open a menu in the lower-left.
    2. Click Device Manager.
    3. Expand Display adapters to show the two display adapters.
    4. Double click AMD Radeon R9 M200X Series.
    5. Select the Driver tab.
    6. Click Disable, then click Yes to confirm.
    7. Click Close.
    8. Hold the Windows key and press the 'R' key to open the run box.
    9. Type MSCONFIG, then press ENTER.
    10. Select the BOOT tab.
    11. Uncheck Safe boot.
    12. Click Apply, then OK.
    13. Click Restart. (If prompted, click Restart anyway.)
From Windows 10 started with the AMD Display Driver disabled:
    1. Hold the Windows key and press the 'X' key to open a menu in the lower-left.
    2. Click Device Manager.
    3. Expand Display adapters to show the two display adapters.
    4. Double click AMD Radeon R9 M200X Series.
    5. Select the Driver tab.
    6. Click Update Driver.
    7. Click Search automatically for updated driver software.
    8. An AMD driver should be found and installed.
The driver that originally caused this problem is AMD display driver version 15.200.1046.2 dated 7/15/2015.
The driver installed through this process might have an older date, such as 15.200.1055.0 dated 7/6/2015. That's okay.

I'm having the same problem.  I got error message 21.  I went to apple store.  they are saying i have a hardware error.  Really, my phone was working before the update.  Asked me for $150 to get another one when I am due to get a new one and wanted to pass this one on to my child.
    Help please,
I will be glad to go back to the older software update

  • Time machine fails backing up with a "backup disk not found" error after upgrade to Lion 10.7.2

Time machine fails backing up with a "backup disk not found" error after upgrade to Lion 10.7.2. I've erased and reformatted the drive; reconnected Time Machine(it saw it) and began a new backup. The backup starts again but fails before completing with backup drive not found error. I used the 10.7.2 combo update. Any help on how to fix this problem would be appreciated.

    Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!
After waiting since October for a fix, I have now upgraded the firmware on the Time Capsule and installed the new Airport Utility, released yesterday, and the situation is even worse.
Up until now, the Airport Utility had an option to disconnect all drives manually and the Time Capsule would then work until the next reboot – a temporary (?) work-around.
Now that option does not exist in the new-look Airport Utility. And the Airport Utility installation can’t be rolled back and the old utility won’t restore.
The sparesbundle is still not accessible. Anyone worked out a work-around in the new environment yet?
I have another Time Machine backup working fine to a trusty old Lacie Drive so erased the one on my Time Capsule to see if that works. I have renamed the Capsule and the Time Capsule Drive.  But to build another full backup will take at least two days and I shall be away from tomorrow and am reluctant to leave the Capsule and computer up and running for a week. And I’ll bet the sparsbundle will still be nowhere to be found.
How can Apple screw up so badly when they are to become the richest company in the entire world and – soon – will have more cash in the bank than the entire United States? Can’t they afford someone who really can sort this out? Especially when a Firewire connected hard drive – my trusty and simple LaCie – works fine.
    Words, almost, fail me.

  • Flash 9,0,124,0 security error after upgrade

I get the following error after upgrading my Flash Player
(after my system prompted me to install it while running the Flash
    editor):
Internet Explorer has blocked this site from using an ActiveX
    control in an unsafe manner.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the player from the
browser, about 5 times now and it continues to be a problem for IE.
Works ok in Firefox if I manually download the FF installer. Is
there a standalone installer for Vista/IE7 or am I forced to use
the ActiveX installer which seems to have issues?

Fix: Removed both (!?more than one?!) versions of flash
player in my Programs and Features dialog, then ran
uninstall_flash_player.exe, reset IE7 to factory spec, then
reinstalled Flash from ActiveX. Seems to be working now.

  • TS1277 "iPhoto was unable to connect to Photo Stream" error after upgrading to mountain lion

Has anyone gotten this error after upgrading to mountain lion on a computer that already had a user setup on it?
My iphoto was working with photostream and now it will not connect at all.
I ran fix disk permissions and once it showed up in iphoto, photostream was loading and then it disappeared again.
    help!

FWIW I fixed mine when I realised I'd probably downloaded iPhoto using an AppleID from the App Store but logged into iCloud with a different AppleID. I deleted iPhoto and it's related files (but not the iPhoto Library) using CleanApp, entered the App Store with my usual AppleID and downloaded iPhoto again. Once the App Store, the downloaded iPhoto and iCloud logins were the same iPhoto Stream worked again.

First my publisher's status stay in "patch" status for near 2 days now. Please try again after  'Patch' is complete."(ERREUR02.jpg). How can I change this status?
Then I've got errors in historical DB which is working but not on the publisher only on subscriber. How can I resynchronize this DB?

    Hello Jenny,
You may check by supreuser account first to see if you got the same error.  If not, it probably just related to user authorization.  If yes, it must be a bug.
    Thanks,

I tried moving this jar inside my war module, but problem still occures.
However, if I removed the jar "commons-loging.jar" from "OracleAS_1\webservices\lib", everything works fine!
Any ideas how to solve this problem??

It is an old post, but I want to add and ask something anyway:
I had the same problem and solved it through similar steps (didn't get the same errors and added the log4j to my project also) but don't you have the navigation problem?
Now that I have deployed the application the first page that appears after launching the application is my Home.jspx which is not the same page that comes up when I use embedded OC4J to run the application. The Home.jspx is blank and when I enter a link manually:
    http://farbod:8888/TestApp/faces/pages/Employees.jspx
    instead of http://farbod:8888/TestApp/faces/pages/Home.jspx
    I get this error:
    500 Internal Server Error
Servlet error: An exception occurred. The current application deployment descriptors do not allow for including it in this response. Please consult the application log for details.
I also tried changing the initial address throughout the application:
    <% response.sendRedirect("faces/pages/Home.jspx"); %>
but I still get the above error.
    Thanks,
    Farbod

  • Reporting Error After Upgrading to SCCM 2012 R2

After upgrading from SCCM 2012 SP1 CU2 to SCCM 2012 R2, some users receive an error whenever they open a report.  This occurs in both the SCCM console and the SSRS web site.  What's odd is not all users receive the error.  In fact, for two
users with the exact same permissions, running the console on the same computer, 1 gets the error and the other doesn't.  Anybody else see this or have any ideas to troubleshoot or fix it?  I'm thinking this may relate to the fix for permissions
    in reporting included in R2.
The error message from the console is:Microsoft.Reporting.WinForms.ReportServerException
The DefaultValue expression for the report parameter ‘UserSIDs’ contains an error: The user name or password is incorrect.

I just wanted to share my last upgrade experience with you, in case, someone is running into the same problem:
    I've just upgraded to SCCM 2012 R2 CU4 (from CU3).
Guess what? It broke the Reporting, error message as above!
So I've put the computeraccount of my SCCM/SSRS server (SSRS service is running under local system account) into the WAA group, reboot - but it didn't help. Tried also the Pre-Win2000-Compat-group. Didn't help. A colleague was not experiencing the problem.
Hmmm. So what is different between our accounts?
The difference found: My account's userPrincipalName was set to the same as the sAMAccountName, but missing a domain. The account was obviously created by a bad script.
Solution 1: Delete the userPrincipalName attribute, or
Solution 2: Make the userPrincipalName complete by adding a valid domain, i.e. [email protected]: In the Active Directory Users and Computers mmc, User Properties, Account tab, select a domain for the "User logon name".
The problem seems to be only for user accounts, that are in a different domain than the SCCM server's account, i.e. server in example.com, user account in sub.example.com. Always multi-domain problems...

    Timothy:
This exception usually means that the target for application-config.xml is not correct. We usually see this happening in a
clustered configuration because the target for application-config needs to be to both the adminserver and the cluster. It is not
possible to target the application-config.xml using the console and you will have to edit the config.xml to have the correct
targetting. For a cluster, the relevant lines in config.xml would be something like:
    <ApplicationConfiguration Name="portal"
    Targets="AdminServer,MyCluster" URI="META-INF/application-config.xml"/>
    Hope that helps,
    Ted

  • Internal 500 error after installing RS Add-in on multiple WFE Sharepoint environment

I'm trying to install SSRS SQL Server 2012 SP1 with
SharePoint integrated mode on a SharePoint 2013farm with 4 WFE and a dedicated
app server. I have cloned our production system and have been able to make
everything run twice but after multiple installs. I have tried to note down the
errors and after checking them off my (mostly permissions, one content DB was
read-only), I am able to run the installers (Reporting Services - SharePoint on
the app server and Reporting Services Add-in on the web frontends) without
    errors.
Unfortunately, although there are no errors on the logs and even
if I can access Central Administration on the app server and configure the
Reporting Services service, the RS Add-in messes up the web.config file of our
web application and I get an internal 500 error on the client browser. When
logging IIS, the error is 500.19 which looks to be an invalid web.config file.
So to test this, I try replacing the web.config file before the install (with no
references to Reporting Services) and the site loads. Uninstalling the RS Add-in
also fixes the site but even after trying to reinstall it (either with the SQL
Server 2012 SP1 installer media or the rsSharepoint.msi file), the site won't
    work again.
Any ideas on how to fix this? Thank you in advance.

    Hi,
Use “Get-SPServiceApplicationPool | Select Id,Name” to find the GUID of the SQL Server Reporting Services Service Application pool.
Then, check service application settings in IIS. Click on GUID created for RS and check the physical path C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\WebServices\Reporting. Make sure that you are able to find the path in your
    file system.
If not, the Shared Feature(Reporting Service- SharePoint) may not install properly. Try reinstalling shared feature (reporting service – SharePoint) and reporting services add in.
Also, check RS Logs in the Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\WebServices\LogFiles and ULS Logs in the Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\15\LOGS.
    Thanks.

  • Error after upgrading to 10.1.3.1

    Hello.
I've been developing a UIX web application with jdev 10.1.2, and I just downloaded jdev 10.1.3.1. When I open my application in 10.1.3.1, it prompts me to migrate, I say yes, and it looks like there're no problems. Everything in the Application structure looks just like in 10.1.2: the "model" branch, the "viewcontroller" branch, etc...
But when I deploy to war file and run the application with Standalone OC4J (using jdk 1.5.0_05) I get the following Error:
    500 Internal Server Error
    oracle.jbo.NoDefException: JBO-25002: Definition DataBindings.cpx of type Application Definition not found     at oracle.jbo.mom.DefinitionManager.findDefinitionObject(DefinitionManager.java:381)     at oracle.jbo.mom.DefinitionManager.findDefinitionObject DefinitionManager.java:296)     at oracle.jbo.mom.DefinitionManager.findDefinitionObject(DefinitionManager.java:277)     at oracle.jbo.uicli.mom.JUApplicationDefImpl.findDefObject(JUApplicationDefImpl.java:83)     at oracle.jbo.uicli.mom.JUMetaObjectManager.loadCpx(JUMetaObjectManager.java:559)     at oracle.adf.model.servlet.ADFBindingFilter.initializeBindingContext(ADFBindingFilter.java:348)     at oracle.adf.model.servlet.ADFBindingFilter.doFilter(ADFBindingFilter.java:182)     at com.evermind[Oracle Application Server Containers for J2EE 10g (10.1.2.0.0)].server.http.ServletRequestDispatcher.invoke(ServletRequestDispatcher.java:649)     at com.evermind[Oracle Application Server Containers for J2EE 10g (10.1.2.0.0)].server.http.ServletRequestDispatcher.forwardInternal(ServletRequestDispatcher.java:322)     at com.evermind[Oracle Application Server Containers for J2EE 10g (10.1.2.0.0)].server.http.HttpRequestHandler.processRequest(HttpRequestHandler.java:790)     at com.evermind[Oracle Application Server Containers for J2EE 10g (10.1.2.0.0)].server.http.HttpRequestHandler.run(HttpRequestHandler.java:270)     at com.evermind[Oracle Application Server Containers for J2EE 10g (10.1.2.0.0)].server.http.HttpRequestHandler.run(HttpRequestHandler.java:112)     at com.evermind[Oracle Application Server Containers for J2EE 10g (10.1.2.0.0)].util.ReleasableResourcePooledExecutor$MyWorker.run(ReleasableResourcePooledExecutor.java:186)     at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:595)
I'm new to 10.1.3, so maybe I'm missing some steps in the migration process?
My Databindings.cpx file is in the "Application Sources" branch in the ViewController project. It seems to be exactly as it was in 10.1.2.
Is there any place where I should tell jdeveloper it could find the databindings file?
    Thanx in advance.
    Eric.

    Hi Eric,
You have to be aware of the fact that you won't find ADF/UIX in JDev 10.1.3.
UIX is not supported in JDev 10.1.3. See the document :
"Oracle JDeveloper 10g (10.1.3): Desupported and Deprecated Features"
    http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/jdev/htdocs/10.1.3.0.3/desupport1013g.html
JDeveloper 10.1.3 has no support for UIX, not even runtime support.
I don't believe that UIX was a tested configuration for JDev 10.1.3.
As a result, I don't think that we can recommend UIX customers to upgrade to JDev 10.1.3.
You can read more from the two following documents:
    "From ADF UIX to JSF"
    http://www.oracle.com/technology/oramag/oracle/04-nov/o64jsf.html
"API Changes from ADF UIX "
    http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/jdev/htdocs/partners/addins/exchange/jsf/doc/api-changes.html
This "API Changes from ADF UIX" document has the rough mappings from UIX to ADF Faces.
The "ADF UIX roadmap" document has a section at the end that talks about the migration utility.
This "Oracle UIX 2.2 Migration Tool" can be reached at:
    http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/jdev/howtos/1013/uix/uix_migration_0.html
I believe the doc is available for the UIX migration tool.
    1. Install JDev 10.1.3 production
    2. Install the UIX -> ADF Faces Migration tool from the Help -->Check for updates
    3. Browse %jdev_home%/jdev/doc/extension/uixmig/uixmigguidedoc.html
I hope this will guide you further.
