Internal Server Error while accessing /pls/htmldb

Question

Hi guys,
I've installed the Application express and the oracle HTTP server from the 10G companion CD and I can't access the htmldb.
DB version is 10.1.0.2.0.
this is my how dad.conf and marvel.conf looks like:

I've also added the follwing line to my httpd.conf:
include "C:\oracle\product\10.1.0\http_1\Apache\modplsql\conf\marvel.conf"
in the appache log file I have seen the following errors:

in addition I've seen that there are some invalid packages in my sys schema (including the sys.htp) , I tried to compile them but I couldn't (it gaves me error)
does anybody know how to repair those sys packages?

well, I've figured that out.
I removed all the previous installation
and installed everything from fresh according to the following documentation
and it works fine:

for the installation of the ILM I used the
Oracle ILM Assistant Installation guide.
