    HI,
if we receive material from subcontractor what process we can do...
can you explain your issue exactly what problem you have at your end .
I think you want to take subcontracting material inside which is not in sap system now,it may finished material or it may component. If you don't want to show this material as at vendor now
then you can try movement type 501  or through physical inventory  t-code MI10

  • Movement types corrsponds to Inbound ,Outbound and Internal transaction

    Hi,
Can anyone tell me the list of movement types corresponding  to the Inbound,Outbound  and for Internal Transaction.
for example:  movement type 101 corresponds to Inbound transaction.
    Thanks

    Dear Bala,
    This may help you.....
Below you will find a short description of the standard movement types. The cancellation movement type is the movement type + 1 (cancellation for 101 = 102).
101 Goods receipt for purchase order or order
If the purchase order or order has not been assigned to an account, a stock type (unrestricted-use stock, stock in quality inspection, blocked stock) can be entered during goods receipt.
If the purchase order or order has been assigned to an account, the goods receipt is not posted to the warehouse, but to consumption.
In the case of non-valuated materials, the goods receipt is posted to the warehouse, although the purchase order has not been assigned to an account.
    Possible special stock indicators:
o     K Goods receipt for purchase order to consignment stock
o     O Goods receipt for purchase order to stock of material provided to vendor
o     E GR for purchase order or order to
    o     sales order stock
o     Q GR for purchase order or order to
    o     project stock.
Goods receipt for subcontract order : at goods receipt, the consumption of the components is posted at the same time (see movement type 543)
    Goods receipt for
stock transport order : at goods receipt the transported quantity is posted in the receiving plant from stock in transit into unrestricted-use stock (or stock in quality inspection, blocked stock).
103 Goods receipt for purchase order into GR blocked stock
The GR blocked stock is not valuated.
You cannot receive goods into GR blocked stock for stock transport orders.
105 Release from GR blocked stock for purchase order
Movement type 105 has the same effects as 101.
    121 Subsequent adjustment for subcontracting
This movement type cannot be entered manually.
With a subsequent adjustment for a subcontract order it is possible to correct the consumption of components. In this case, the material produced by the supplier is credited with the excess consumption / under-consumption. For this reason, if there is a subsequent adjustment, an item is generated for the produced material using movement movement type 121.
Movement type 121 does not have a reversal movement type.
122 Return delivery to supplier or to production
Using movement type 122, you can distinguish real return deliveries for a purchase order or order from cancellations (102).
In the standard version, you must enter a reason for the return delivery if you are using movement type 122. In this way, evaluations of return deliveries are possible.
The effects of movement type 122 correspond to a cancellation of movement type 101.
    123 Reversal of return delivery
If you returned a goods receipt using movement type 122, you can reverse the return delivery using movement type 123.
Movement type 123 has the same effects as movement type 101.
124 Return delivery to vendor from GR blocked stock
Using movement type 124, you can return a goods receipt to GR blocked stock (103).
Movement type 124 has the same effects as movement type 104.
125 Return delivery from GR blocked stock - reversal
If you returned a goods receipt to GR blocked stock using movement type 124, you can reverse the return delivery using movement type 125.
Movement type 125 has the same effects as movement type 103.

You can configure Customizing so that a structured material (for example, (z.B. set, prepack or display) is automatically split into its components at goods receipt. The system posts the split using movement type 319. In this process, the BOM header material is posted and each of the component stocks are increased. You can also use this function if you use the Warehouse Management System (WM).
    Example:
A box of the structured material S contains 3 pieces of the component K1 and 4 pieces of the component K2. The following material document items result after the material is split at goods receipt:

  • Locked out of additional internal drives... Help please

Any help would be more then welcomed as I did something stupid and need a bit of help to fix it please.
Had an issue today on my Mac Pro (2.8, Quad 5.1). All was running fine until I went to update a piece of 3rd party software (Fetch). After the download I went to drag new version into my apps folder and was told I didn't have permission to instal the app.
Now to be clear, I've had a bit of an issue with this before as I'm running 2 mac pros in different locations and drag and copy files and folders from here to there on a regular basis via FTP and external drives. I also have all 4 slots filled on both systems with various drives set up for a particular function along with a number of externals. I've set permissions on both systems and all drives to "read and write" for both my accounts to have full access and each time "apply to enclosed items" was selected.
But for some reason, from time to time, I have to authorise the file transfer. Haven't figured out the reason but it's not a huge deal so have left it.
Today was the first time I have had access denied for my home folder when working from same system. Not thinking and while on the phone to someone (this is where I did the stupid part), I opened the info on my boot (startup) drive and decided to add both of my user accounts and change permissions for each in addition to the system, admin and everyone that was already there. This was done while working from it directly and then set options to "apply to enclosed items". Yea, smart I know.
About 20 minutes passed and then it told me that it didn't like any of my system extensions. I was forced to do a restart and got the spinning wheel for about 30 minutes. Had to do a force quit and open in single user. Applejack wouldn't help at all, nothing. Had to then open cd drive through terminal just to get systems disk inside.
Restarted from systems disk and tried a simple disk utility repair. System restarted fine but I noticed that I was then locked out of all of my additional internal drives, iDisk included (padlock shown on all drive icons excluding my Boot/Startup drive). Tried opening info on the various drives with apple i option and "permissions denied" popped up each time.
I then took the step to restore from time machine. Set my restore selection to about 2 hours before I became an idiot. After it was finished I restarted the system hoping that would clear up my mistake but same thing, still locked out of all of my drives aside from boot/startup drive.
All user accounts that I have added to the boot drive are still showing, I have yet to try and remove them... Figured I would ask for help before I messed it up any further. Spoke to apple care and they have advised me to do what I have done so far.
Aside from an erase and instal, what steps should I take from this point? Will removing the added accounts clear up the issue?
Also, any idea as to why I was refused permissions to begin with...?
Thanks in advance and sorry for the book, just wanted to be as clear as possible.

Force iPad into Recovery Mode. Follow step 1 to step 3 very closely.

  • Follow up - DNS (internal domain has same name as external website)

    Hi,
I am following up with on previous blog entry about resolving an domain internal name to an external website found here:
    https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver/en-US/4d97325b-ff3a-4f46-ba6e-dc3f4ff978e1/dns-internal-domain-has-same-name-as-external-website
    On October 30, 2014
HayashiTech provided a response suggesting the use of netsh interface portproxy on the DC's to resolve this issue. There has been no feedback to this suggestion and I am very curious what opinions are out there for this suggestion as it appears to be the
    best option provided yet.
Thank you in advance as well for all the great guidance I have found provided by Ace and his followers.

Interesting question. I've not seen that solution before, but having done a test on my lab setup it certainly seems to work as expected. Eg, using :
    netsh interface portproxy add v4tov4 listenport=80 listenaddress=dc1.abc.com connectport=80 connectaddress=www.abc.com
on my DC where I've setup a working external domain name with the www record pointing to the website, and the non-www record pointing to the DC, requests to the non-www address are successfully being redirected to the www address (after confirming it didn't
happen prior to adding the portproxy).
So on the face of it that does look like a workable solution. I haven't used it myself in anger obviously, but the two downsides I can think of immediately to this solution are :
    1) This operates as a proxy, so unlike the IIS method that Ace mentioned where it would tell the client to go to the www address instead (so the client connects direct), this method keeps your DC acting as a middle man, eg all communications to that address
go through your DC rather than direct from the client to the website. Depending on what they're doing on the website this may or may not be an issue for you.
    2) Since the client is continuing to connect to the DC throughout, if you ever did need the have something on the DC responding to port 80 then you could have issues. That said, according to
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc731068(v=ws.10).aspx the portproxy listenaddress can be a FQDN rather than IP, so that could mitigate any issues there.

  • Open Items in GR/IR Account Internal Order wise

    Hi,
Is it possible to view Open Items in GR/IR Account Internal Order wise?. We are assigning Internal Order in Goods Receipt and want to view Open items for the particular Order.
    Regards,
    Amanullah

    Thanks for your response.
I already review the accounting and is pretty fine.
The system creates document type WE and RE for the Goods Receipt and Invoice Receipt.
Unfortunately in transaction FBLN the system shows as a Open Item, and honestly I don't know the reason.
I really appreciate any help for this issue.
    Regards.

  • Training and Event Management - internal instructor

    Hi people,
I am working on R/3 4.7 Ext 110 HR module. While creating a training event in Training and Event Management, I need to include the name of the internal instructor (not external). Where exactly do I do this? I do not find this option in PV10. Kindly help.
    Thank you.

    Hello Phoebe,
For this, first you need to maintain the Relationship A 022 (Requires) for the Business Event using the Tcode OOET with the Resource Type (Instructor).
Then use the Tcode PV10 and select data screen for the Business Event. Then make the necessary entries on the screen and then select Resource Selection on the left top of the screen. After this the new screen will pop-up of all the resource type with which u maintained the relation. Select instructor from there and click on the select resource in the left side. Again a new window will appear and select Temporarily Add Resource from there.
Hope this will help you, try and let me know.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Esha

  • Regarding Exporting and Importing internal table

    Hello Experts,
    I have two programs:
    1) Main program: It create batch jobs through open_job,submit and close job.Giving sub program as SUBMIT.
I am using Export IT to memory id 'MID' to export internal table data to sap memory in the subprogram.
The data will be processed in the subprogram and exporting data to sap memory.I need this data in the main program(And using import to get the data, but it is not working).
Importing IT1 from memory id 'MID' to import the table data in the main program after completing the job(SUBMIT SUBPROGRAM AND RETURN).
Importing is not getting data to internal table.
Can you please suggest something to solve this issue.
    Thank you.

  • How to move an iTunes library from the internal hard drive to another bootable disk.

I got two Mac OS X installations on my i Mac system. One on the internal hard drive (320 Gb), that has been there since the iMac was bought 3 years ago, upgraded to Lion on 2 August. (call that INT) . I have a USB external drive, and recently bought a firewire Lacie external drive (2Tb), so to boot from there when I can, with hard drive space getting tight this year. I successfully installed another copy of Lion on LACIE.
Then I went to work to transfer my iTunes library, which the media files were optioned to store on the USB drive. Intending to transfer both the music and video files, and the megadata ( playlists, ratings, playcounts ) I found the media files and the iTunes library file and the .xml document in my iTunes folder from INT. I made a new folder in the USB drive, and copied the contents from the old iTunes folder to that new folder. I re-started in LACIE, and found my empty iTunes folder. I copied over to the new iTunes folder, then opened iTunes. My eyes saw the music library to the same number of items, with the playlists etc showing.
However, I tried to sync an iPod Nano, and a window came up saying 100 songs could not be copied to the iPod because they could not be found. After ejecting the iPod I tried to play a song from iTunes, and the screen filled with exclamation points. A small window came up, asking for a password to open "sparsebundle" and my name. I entered my password for the administrator's log-in and it said try again with the password. Without knowing what password to put in, I clicked Cancel, and got another small window asking to locate the file. Then clicked Cancel again, not knowing where to search. All the media folders were showing after quitting iTunes and opening Finder .
I re-booted into INT, and opened iTunes. The library was still there. I synced my iPod again, ejected it, played 3 songs on the iPod, synced again, ejected it again, and opened the playlist "Recently Played". It showed up okay with no problems. So my iTunes library in INT is alright.
Has anyone got any idea how to make the transfer into LACIE and get it running alright, or what went wrong with what I did ?
In the meantime I will empty my LACIE iTunes library folder's contents to the trash, and securily empty the trash .

Solved the issue without using the trash . I tried to consolidate the library in LACIE, then clicked on any exclamation-mark song and tried to locate the file. Repeating those steps 3 or 4 times cleared it up. That was confirmed when I synced the entire library on a iPod Classic, and showed up no problems after syncing the Nano.
What went wrong was perhaps to fail to consolidate the library at first .

  • Snowleopard broke my intern Superdrive on MacBook Pro (Original)

    Hello,
As by Thomas A Reed sugested (in my first thread, maybe someone can delete the one), i start a new thread, to keep it oversight and clear. Right now, i'm convinced, my case belongs to the 10.6 thread. The main threads about this problems seems to be in the Hardware MacBook Section:
    http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1918925&start=405&tstart=0
But, because they are mixed up with other superdrive problems there. The problem itself seems to need more diversification as you'll see here.
    INVENTORY:
    • WHATS THE PROBLEM
    • CONFIGURATION
    • WHAT I'VE CHECKED
    • WHY AM I SURE THE PROBLEM IS CAUSED BY SNOWLEOPARD?
    • WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW (What to do, how to react)
    WHATS THE PROBLEM:
Last sunday (the 10/4/2009), i installed 10.6 (and right after that the imediately followed software actualisation to 10.6.1). It's the first new system i installed after 10.4.11. (i was and am still happy with 10.4.11, because it is stable). Apple does not say, SL would not work to use it on a system, where another system (like my 10.4.11) is installed. Instead, they say in their manual: "If you'll install it over (what i didn't) an 10.4.10 to 10.5.x, you'll have to read the Firmwareupdate Article" that i read. It was belonging ONLY to MacBook Air's !! and thats why this specific Firmware-Update did not wanted to proceed!!. last week i've found an Apple Store in my country, where i thought i may buy and try the SL. U never know, when u'll need it one day, so i wanted to become some experience with it. So I choosed the third partition, because it was free.
Right after the installation and the software-actualisation, my superdrive began to eject all DVD's and CD's (comercials, as own burned ones) right after inserting and clicking twice. In other words, it does not accept any optical media anymore. I never had any problem with this superdrive under 10.4. But after the SL-Installation, also 10.4.11 does "NOT ACCEPT" any CD's and DVD's anymore!
    CONFIGURATION:
It's a Mac Book Pro 17" Intel (Original), 2.16 Ghz Dual Core Duo, 2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM, 10.4.11 on the first partition & 10.6.1 on a third partition, Localisation: Swiss/German.
I did My intern SAMSUNG HD format as a GUID (as the OS X Installer said it has to be, if I would like to use OS X on a INTEL-Mac) and the partitions were HFS+ journaled.
    1. Partition (OS X.4.11): 49,68 GB / 11.11 GB FREE
    2. Partiton (Data): 149.68 GB / 7.69 GB FREE
    3. Partition (OS X.6.1): 32.97 GB / 27.46 GB FREE
The third partition was free. I used it as a spare place, for temporarly backups or cases, i need more space. Thats why i choosed it to try out 10.6.
In the System Profiler the drive is still availabe. So it's present. It says under: "Hardware/Medium brennen":
    MATSHITA DVD-R UJ-846:
    Firmware-Version: FQ3T
    Verbindungstyp: ATAPI
Brennen möglich: Ja (Laufwerk von Apple geliefert)

    Schreibstrategien: CD-TAO, CD-SAO, DVD-DAO

    and under ATA:

    Protokoll: ATAPI
    Einheiten-Nummer: 0
    Socket-Typ: Intern
    Low-Power-Polling: Ja
    Ausschalten: Ja
    WHAT I'VE CHECKED:
    • i repaired the rights both on 10.4.11 and 10.6.1
    • i started fsck (both, in 10.4.11 and 10.6.1)
    • i resetted the PR-RAM
    • i resetted the OF
    • i resetted the System-Management (5-button, as apple suggested)
    • i checked the RAM. Result: "BANK 0/DIMM0 1 GB DDR2 SDRAM 667 MHz OK
    BANK 1/DIMM1 1 GB DDR2 SDRAM 667 MHz OK"
    • i created new users (in both, 10.4.11 and 10.6.1), it still did not work.
    • i checked for a hanging Firmwareupdate in the Account/Startup on both systems. (there was nothing)
    • i tried an old CD-Cleaning set, but it did not help too.
    • i do wether use Bootcamp, nor VM-Ware (as some minors with that problem did)
    • i searched for other related Firmwareupdates, but they all only would work on a 10.5.x!
WHY AM I SURE THE PROBLEM IS CAUSED BY SNOWLEOPARD?
    • First you can say its a bad coincidence. But I've seen a lot of coincidences in between. More likely i would have won a Jackpot in Lotto, than that something like that would not happen exactly right after (seconds/minutes) a major Software Update that includes a hidden Firmware-Update or new Hardware-Limits-Specifications for a specific hardware! (as we had it in the past several times). Do U agree?
    • This drive worked allways well and was heavely used (reading, burning, watching DVD's, listening to Audio-CD's, everything). There was absolutely no other harm to this Drive and i handled it carefully and it's the same old as the MacBook Pro Intel itself (in other words: new enough, but old enough, that the guarantee ran out). Last I could install SL from the Retail-DVD from the new Apple Shop.
    • The drive is still listed in System Profiler, it tries to read, but does not seem to "know" the inserted discs anymore (makes twice a try to read)
    • There are hints (from Apple itself on their support-webpages), that 10.6 tried to update a superdrive firmware what caused some problems for others. In my case the FW-Update seems to have proceed successfully, but now the drive don't recognices any CD's and DVD's.
    • last but not least under Google you'll find a lot of articles related to that (or a similar problem) right now. Type in "Superdrive Snow Leopard Problem" and you'll see what I mean. And I've found out, that apple is investigating the SUPERDRIVE-Problem with the Snow Leopard at least since the 14.September 2009 now, after the 10.6 came out.
WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW (What to do, how to react):
    1. Waiting for a new FU-Update that corrects the error with the Superdrive?
    2. bring my MacBook Pro to a certified Repair place and demand for a new Superdrive for free?
    3. bring my MacBook Pro to the AppleStore where I bought 10.6 on sunday and demand a new Superdrive for free (but it's a long way to there)?
    4. send my MacBook Pro to Apple Ireland or somewhere in Europe is no option, i need it exactly heavily this week
    5. try to install an older Superdrive (from an old, damaged PowerBook G4) on my own?
Until then i "temporarly solved" the problem by buying an extern USB-DVD/CD burner. But I don't want to carry that thing everywhere with my Laptop.
    Cheers,

I do repairs on a weekly basis, but I do not do warranty work for Apple. I do have an opinion about your drive failure.
As far as I can tell, all of your logic is self-serving and wrong. If a drive quits working after you install Snow Leopard, and won't work with Tiger or Leopard, the drive has failed. Snow Leopard does not change the firmware on the drive, or motherboards. The fact that the drive shows up under Profiler does not mean that the laser optics in the drive itself are still aligned properly or that the motor is spinning the disk at the right speeds. You can try to use a cleaning disk. I've had some luck on occasion.
Booting from a known good disk will prove the issue. Booting happens before an OS has time to run software drivers, and the drive is under control of the motherboard's firmware.
    4 Options:
1 - Warranty Replacement - you will need to ship or deliver the laptop for repairs.
    2 - Pay for Replacement
3 - Replace the drive yourself, with the proper drive.
4 - Use a cheap external drive until you can take the machine off-line long enough to get the repairs done.
I've seen these drives fail by accidental abuse (machine was dropped and bent the aluminum frame around the slot and warped the drive), over-use (a client decided to make hundreds of copies of disks for friends at a school - too much heat), dirt build-up (cleaning disk can work here), and other unknown failures (some drives quit working and a replacement fixes the problem). Replacement drives are available for around $150 US, and there are YouTube videos that demonstrate how to change the drive.
I had a MBP have an optical drive fail after upgrading from Tiger to Leopard. I used an external drive for a year or so. Fortunately, I purchased the 3 year warranty, and after I got a new iMac I was able to take the Laptop in for repairs by a certified Apple repair station (less than a week turnaround). The new drive boots a Tiger DVD, Leopard DVD, and of course, Snow Leopard.
Hardware like this, that quits working with earlier versions of an OS that the machine is designed to run, are never fixed by a System Update because it's a physical problem with the drive.

  • I'm running Final Cut Express 2. How can I move entire project and application from one internal hard drive to another? Ran out of space on one drive. Thanks.

I'm running Final Cut Express 2. My video project is 95% done and I've run out of space on my 500g internal hard drive. How can I (1) move the complete FCE program and video to my unused 250g internal hard drive and operate it from there and (2) how do I then purge all the FCE info from the 500g drive without losing anything from the 250 drive?
Also, is it possible to change the aspect ratio from 4:3 to 16:9 when the project is finished? If so, how? I now know this all should have been done before I started. Thanks for the help.

    1. You can't move the application. It must remain on the system drive. Move your capture scratch folder to the external FireWire drive and use the reconnect function in the project.
    2. What's the media 16:9 or 4:3?

  • How do i transfer data from one internal tabe to another.

    Hi All,
How do i transfer data from one internal tabe to another.
Can i do it ebven if he tables are different in structure.
    Please Advice.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Saket Tiwari,
I hope the earlier post by kashyap is good enough an answer. anywas in addition to it let me give a detailed
explanation of how you can populate an internal table.
    1) Append data line by line.
Syntax :  APPEND [<wa> TO / INITIAL LINE TO] <itab>.
this appends new line to internal table <itab>.
    2) Using COLLECT statement.
COLLECT is another form of statement used for populating the internal tables.  Generally COLLECT is used while inserting lines into an internal table with unique standard key. The syntax for COLLECT statement is as shown
         Syntax : COLLECT [<wa> INTO] <itab>.
    3) Using INSERT statement
Syntax  INSERT [<wa> INTO / INITIAL LINE INTO] <itab> [index <idx>].
INSERT statement adds a line/work area to the internal table. You can specify the position at which the new line is to be added by using the INDEX clause with the INSERT statement.
    Now coming to your request..
To append part or all of an internal table
         Syntax
APPEND LINES OF <itab1> [FROM <n1>] [TO <n2>] TO <itab2>.
    *     Note:
Without the FROM and TO options, this statement appends the entire table <itab1> to <itab2>.*
    b) To insert part or all of an internal table into another internal table
         Syntax
INSERT LINES OF <itab1> [FROM <n1>] [TO <n2>]
              INTO <itab2> [INDEX <idx>].
    c) Using Move statement.
To copy entire contents of one table into another in one execution
         Syntax MOVE  <itab1> To <itab2>.
                   OR
              <itab1> = <itab2>.
but u hav to be careful because he contents of itab2 will eb overwritten on the execution of this statement.
These copy the contents of ITAB1 to ITAB2. Incase of internal tables with header line we have to use [] inorder to distinguish from work area. So, to copy contents of internal tables with header line  the syntax becomes,
    ITAB1[] = ITAB2[].
Coming to the letter part of your question, Yes, we can copy values between tables having different structures.
    for this we use
                                MOVE-CORRESPONDING <itab1> TO <itab2>
this executes the statement for their header lines. Searches for the sub-fields which occur both in itab1 and itab2 and then generates, for all relevant field pairs which correspond to the
sub-fields ni , statements of the form MOVE itab1-ni TO itab2-ni. The other fields remain unchanged.
I hope the information provided has been of your help.
    Reward if useful.
    Regards,
    Jose
