Internal Table data is not overflowing into Next Page - Adobeforms

Hi,
I have an issue if the internal table consits of more than 20 records that data is not overflowing into next page.
Here am using Header only on first page & Table will follows...

I had the same requirement, I did as follows:
LEFT HAND SIDE SELECT "TABLE": check below right hand side properties for this object
1. table tab: select the check box allow page breaks within content.
2. pagination tab: place: Following previous
                            after:continue filling parent
                           overflow: none.
LEFT HAND SIDE SELECT "HEADER": check below right hand side properties for this object
3. row tab: select the check box allow page breaks within content.
4. pagination tab: place: Following previous
                            after:continue filling parent
                           overflow: none.
select the check boxes: Include header row in initial page
                                        include header row in subsequent pages
Binding tab property:
5.select check box: Repeat row for each data item
LEFT HAND SIDE SELECT "ROW": check below right hand side properties for this object
6. Row tab: DON'T select the chek box allow page breaks with in content
4. pagination tab: place: Following previous
                            after:continue filling parent
                           overflow: none.
Binding tab property:
5.select check box: Repeat row for each data item
Then test..it would work for you...ALL THE BEST!!!

I am using deep structure table in adobe form but the content is not flowing to next page.
I have wraped the table in subform, Body Page, subform and table all are flowed and allow page breaks with content is also ticked, still the table row does not flow to next page.

Just drag the table directly on the body page and execute the form. This should take care of the properties required for data to flow on the form.

Smartform internal table data is not comming

i have an internal table data which i have to display on smartform .In debugging i have seen that the internal table is having data and in 'data' tab of table i have given internal table also.
but data is not displayed on smartform.

hi,
In order to display quantity u can either convert the values to character fields or
follow these steps.
Create a global variable in the global data section of sf.
then in the Currency/Quantity section of the same tab
assign a reference field (this reference field will be from ur interface).
Ex: g_quantity type menge (the global data part)
g_quantity itab-(the quantity field which u want to display) .
Finally within your loop just before displaying this quantity field, assign the value to the declared variable.
Loop at itab into wa_itab.
g_quantity = wa_itab--(the quantity field which u want to display).
Endloop.

Text field in table not overflowing onto next page!

Hi,
I have set up a table with a text field in the first row, added buttons to add and delete rows, set to allow page breaks and made the text field to expand to fit and allow multiple lines. The problem I am having is that if I put a lot of text into the text field it will not expand on to the next page so not all of the text is visible. If I just set up a 1 row table the expansion works as I would expect and takes up as many pages as needed. Somewhere along the line the add, remove buttons or their associated javascript or the Repeat Row option seems to be having an effect.
Any ideas?

Basically you can tell the bodypage to overflow to the second masterpage when it runs out of space.
On the bodypage properties that's done within the pagination tab.
Make sure that you enable the "Allow page breaks in contents" tickbox.
By the way, just wondering, how did you save the form as dynamic, since dynamic is only enabled in the SAP world by setting a dynamic/enabled flag.
If you are testing outside of sap in the LiveCycle designer you might want to close the file and then reopen it, after you saved it as dynamic. There's a nifty setting in the LiveCycle designer properties which enables you to create dynamic pages by default. It's in the LiveCycle Designer Options.

The table content is not printed on next page.

I made a form with a internal table which have so many rows.
The Internal table's content is printed on only one page.
Absolutely, the internal table has rows enough to be printed more than two pages.
What I have problem? I looked around SDN related document.
Some SDN peer say "How about usinge subform?".....
If the subform is way to sovle this problem, Let me know on that in detail.

I'm affraid Poojith M V is using an older version of Adobe Designer (not 7.1).
Above comments on Table design are not applicable to the Designer 7.1, where absolutely new mechanism of table design was implemented.
With latest version of Designer using 2-level Subform becomes unneede - Body page with table included directly in it should be enough.

Page not navigating into next page

I have two screens, where in the First screen if you give a Partner number then it should take you to the next screen, and show relevant detaisl ina table control.
But this is not happening,, where are the settings to be checked...

BIP Report PDF layout not extending to next page

Hi,
I am using BI Publisher Report.
I need to show the data in columns. Ex: Plan Name. Each plan name should be shown in separate column. While doing so, when the paper size is completed, data is not printing in next page.
I need to merge the cells above the Plan Name along with the heading on the first column. But merging is not happening.
But the merging is not happening as expected. Merging is happening as below
Is there any thing which I am missing. Could any one help me in this regard.

How to Convert internal table data into text output and send mail in ABAP

Good Morning.
Taking a glance at a code that converts internal table data to an Excel file in ABAP. also checked how to send this excel to mailing list as attachment.
But thought of doing it without excel.
I mean, I have an internal table which contains fields of all types (character,integer,date,time). Since it is only around 4 to 5 rows in it (output),why to convert it to excel. not required!!. Instead I want to send this output to User's mails as Normal mail body with No attachments.
Could anybody please suggest me a way as to how to send internal table data as a mail ( not as an excel or PDF etc).
as of now my findings are, it is quite complex to convert internal table data to email (Text) format. but i believe if there is some way of doing it.

Also as Gautham suggested you can use tcode CG3Z or CG3Y incase you are looking to upload the data directly.

Download internal table data into excel sheet with column heading and data

Hi,
I am having one internal table with column headings and other table with data.
i want to download the data with these tables into an excel sheet.
It should ask the user for file name to save it on their own name. They should give the file name in runtime and it should be downloaded into an excel sheet.
Can anyone tell what is the right function module for downloading these two internal table data with column heading and data.
what we have to do for storing the file name in runtime.

Data is not populate into base table

I am using Oracle EBS R12 and OS is WIN XP. I am working in PO module.The data is not populating into the base table after running the concurrent program.Instead,the interface error table is populated with the error.

I have a requirement that i have to convert the internal table data into xml format and viceversa . for my requirement i came to know that i have to use Transformations concept. i done the converting the data from internal table into xml data by using standard Tranformations. My Question is
1) Can i use same Transformation to convert the xml data into abap internal table. if it is possible then how ???
2) Is it possible using the standard Transformation or I have to go for XSLT approach

Internal Table Data to XML

I have a requirement of writing internal table data to XML. Any idea where i should start.
I have pretty good experience with ABAP and basic knowledge in XML.
There are good blogs which talk about transformations and other stuff but they are not able to give me clear path to my solution.
Could somebody give me a basic example or some reference material where i can move the data in internal table (assume Sales order details of a day) to XML.

Refer the program -
In this implementation we will only focus on the creation of the XML file and the transfer to the user. You can not create a XML document directly. You have to use a so called ixml factory first.
TYPE-POOLS: ixml.
DATA: l_ixml TYPE REF TO if_ixml.
l_ixml = cl_ixml=>create( ).
This iXML factory can create an empty XML document object named l_document.
DATA: l_document TYPE REF TO if_ixml_document.
 l_document = l_ixml->create_document( ).
At this point you can add the nodes (elements, attributes) into the document. First you have to declare the root element node.
DATA: l_element_root TYPE REF TO if_ixml_element.
This node we have to give a name and add it (create_simple_node) to the document object l_document, which will be the parent of this node.
l_element_root = l_document->create_simple_element(
 name = 'flights'
 parent = l_document ).
Next we can add child nodes to there parent node using the same method of the document object.
