  • 500 minutes world planminutes status not avaiable online

I subscribed 500 minutes world plan last month. Verizon said I will be able to check my minutes online. However, when I go to world plan Manage page there are no minutes. I have called customer service and have spent several hours but they couldn't solve my problem. I have received an email that says that Verizon is working on my problem. Does anybody who has 500 minutes world plan experienced the same problem, if yes, how did you fix the problem?

The difference in your usage is more than likely because the international minutes you used on the start of your next billing cycle (August) were added to end of the previous billing cycle (July). Unfortunately that is the way VZ works, and it is wrong as far as I'm concerned. You should make a complaint about it. The international minutes should coincide with the billing cycle. The way VZ does it causes you to pay more for your minutes because it can cause you to go over the 500 minutes that are part of the plan.
Speaking to a representative will not help. I've tried and have gotten nowhere. This is an unpublished policy that should be stopped.

  • World Plan 500 usage

I have problem checking my usage on world plan 500.
    I agree with dissatisfied 100 100%
" 's not nice to make it difficult to impossible to find the number of international calling minutes used.  It appears that you are hoping that people won't be able to find it and will go over their max minutes.. It is also completely unacceptable to change the website and not tell customers where the new location is.  It used to be difficult and a waste of time to find. Now it is impossible". .

  • Verizon World Plan 500

How do track how many minutes you have available to use within a cycle when you purchase the plan in the middle of the month? Or, do your 500 minutes run from the date you purchase until thirty days from date?

I have Digital Voice and World Plan 300. I have failed completely to find the usage charts. I went to myverizon2.0, then My Verizon Services and selected Home Phone and Home Phone Overview. Plan Details is in the left hand column. I click it and it opens a screen with 5 tabs - Account Overview, Bill, Payment, Account Profile and My Perks. Also, phone capabilities including World Plan 300, but that is only a description. No sign of an additional Plan Details as you stated in your post.
    Hubrisnxs wrote:
as long as you have fios digital voice you should be able to get there this way  (myverizon2.0) you then have to go to the accounts overview page or the services page (verizon1.0web)
under my home phone, I see plan details. I click it.    it pulls up and I see on the left hand side a 2nd plan details.
I click that, and then I can see my minutes used.shows current useage as of xyz date, last call to lasted x min, total allowance 300 minutes, my cycle ends xyz,
has two tabs, current month and prior month
Any suggestions what I am doing wrong?

  • Can I use my iPad 3g service internationally - is international plan available?

Anticipating some international travel in the near future.  Want to take my ipad, but not sure if I can use the 3g service internationally.  Generally, phones require a special plan for international use.  Is that available for the ipad or can I use it in europe on my existing 3 g plan - would use it for face time, email, and internet?

Generally, yes. It's up to your service-provider and depends where you are going and which model you have.
For example, if you have a Verizon model, it uses a CDMA-based mobile technology that is not widely used outside the US (except for parts of Asia). If you have an AT&T model, there's GSM service pretty much everywhere on the planet.
That said, it's almost certainly cheaper to use a SIM (with the GSM models) from the country you are going to. You can get various prepaid ones.
For example, AT&T charges $15/mo for 2GB of data service at home, but $20/mo for 50MB Internationally -- the international plan is more than 50x as expensive as domestic data service.
A little research on the Internet will turn up some pre-paid data SIMs for your desitination that are compatible with a GSM-model iPad.

  • EXCHANGE 2013 - ECP AND OWA INTERNAL ERROR 500 - NEW INSTALL

Really hoping someone can help me here.
I first installed 2012 OS and 2013 exchange and users were getting 'Unable to open your default folder' when trying to open outlook. After much googling and nothing working I decided to put 2008 R2 on the server with 2013 Exchange. Now i am running into massive
    issues.
Firstly i get Internal Errror 500 after putting in credentials for ECP and OWA. I did notice that it is also defaulting straight to this URL after entering password https://localhost/owa/auth.owa
I check the management shell and that connects without any issues. I also logged on to a computer to see what it did. After autodiscover it is not able to log onto server and then it looks like it is look for the old server information from previous server.
Any help would be appreciated. Can i do another reinstall of OS and how am i meant to remove the previous data that it seems the server has found?

    Hi,
According to your description, I understand that cannot login internal ECP\OWA with error 500, also autodiscover failed.
If I misunderstand your concern, please do not hesitate to let me know.
I notice that autodiscover “looks like it is look for the old server information from previous server”, have you installed multiple version Exchange in your environment?
Please run below command to double check the virtual directory configuration:
    Get-OutlookAnywhere | FL Identity,*Host*,*Auth*
    Get-OwaVirtualDirectory | FL Identity,*url*,*auth*
    Get-EcpVirtualDirectory | FL Identity,*url*,*auth*
    Get-WebServicesVirtualDirectory | FL Identity,*url*,*auth*
    Get-ClientAccessServer | FL Identity,*URI*,*auth*
Then, open IIS and check on the Application Pools to view whether MSExchangeOWAAppPool and MSExchangeECPAppPool is running on .NET Framework v4.0, and recycle virtual directory for test.
Additional, here’s a thread about “Removing Old Exchange and installing a new one”, for your reference:

  • POST: Internal  Error 500

    Hi all,
I have implemented a post in my app. The Post is working, but i get also an internal error 500 while doing the post. When I use the SAP transaction /iwfnd/error_log the error infos says that there is no GET_Entity-Method implemented. Thats right, i didn't implement it, cause i dont need it.
Any idea to solve this problem?

    Hi Kevin,
Please check your post method in Data Provider Class. The post method returns the entity created by that http call.
Now to return this entity it calls get_entity method for same entity type.
You can remove 500 internal error by commenting that code or implementing get_entity method.
    Regards,
    KK

    Dear Raghu,
Thank u for your reply. Accepted that this being a leap year system is picking up 366 days. But February month is already considered in last fiscal year. So my fiscal year is April 2008 - March 2009 which has only 365 days.
So want interest to be calculated on only 365 days.
Kindly let me know the solution.
    Thanks & regards,

  • Internal server 500 Error

We are using OC4J 9.0.4 version. I deployed an application and the problem is we get "Internal server 500" error intermittently. The application runs fine usually but it does not run on few occasions. Any ideas?

    Hi,
    There could be many reasons.
    Check
the permission levels of Containers are set properly.
Try creating the containers manually and run the app, so you can distinguish what goes wrong
Check the URL, storage key, SHA if using it

When trying to login in OIM 11g after providing credentials, it gives internal error 500.

please note: 500 error is the most difficult HTTP error to troubleshoot , because it is very generic. It could be because of many things.
So, if you could provide us the OIM diagnostic logs when you receive it, it will help as to be helpful.

Have you figured out what to do to take care of this problem? I'm having the exact same issue. I was able to use the IM software that was on the 680 initially. Then all of a sudden, it didn't work anymore.

  • Internal error: 500 Operation failed.

Hi, I keep getting this error when I go to re-publish my site: Internal error: 500 Operation failed.
Any idea what this means or how I can fix it?
I should add that it seems to be stalling on my Contact page which has a fillable form built-in. This form has been in my site awhile though and I've never had in problems publishing before.
    Thanks,
    Neil

Generally it should be no problem if someone is filling in a form at the same time as essentially the page and form is downloaded to the users local cache and only interacts with the server when the submit button is pressed.
Are you hosting on Business Catalyst? They were doing some maintanance over the last few days.
Glad it's working for you now though. Good luck!

Can you send to the states, but not to numbers originating in Jamaica?  First, I want to let you know how to get in touch with our Global Support Team while outside the US. Just click here for the information: http://vz.to/18oaptS   Second, I'd like to provide you with the dialing pattern for messaging to US numbers, and Jamaica nunbers. For the US, dial 1, then the area code, then the 7-digit number. for Jamaica numbers, dial area code 876, then the 7-digit number.
