Internet Banking Payment

I signed up thru my bank to make my payments to Verizon using my internet banking system.  I use it all the time for my other accounts.  The way it works is that you enter the Verizon account number and some other information and the bank transmits that info to Verizon who then authorizes it and starts sending my Verizon statements to my bank account for payment.  Once I get a notice that my statement has arrived, I review it and schedule a payment to be made by Verizon's due date.  It works really slick for all my other accounts so I don't know why it is not working for Verizon.  It keeps showing a status of "pending" in my internet bank.  I don't know if someone at Verizon is just ignoring the request, or if something is not working properly.  I contacted my bank and they said everything looked good and it was up to Verizon to send back the authorization.  Anyone else have any problem with this?

Can be as simple as the account number being off by one number.
I tried paying bills this way once with another company. Even though I am required to enter the account number twice, I did but transposed the same two numbers each time. So the banking system accepted what I entered, but never would receive a bill.

  • Nokia Store - When will Internet Banking be allowe...

I live in a small town in India. Nobody will issue a credit card to me. Even if they do I should not have to get one just to buy apps from Nokia Store.
Neither do they allow me to buy through operator billing except for Reliance GSM which does not sell any connections here.
Why dont they offer either Debit Card purchases or Internet Banking payment as a payment mechanism?

We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
Do you have a credit card, or a different debit card that you could try (some are apparently still accepted in India) ?

  • Safari and Internet Banking

    Hi there,
Ever since 10.3.9 update, i realized that my safari has been having troubling with my internet banking. Logging in is just fine, everything pops up fine. But once i click on the navigation bar on the left, the screen jumps to the e.g bill payments WITHOUT the navigation bars. So I cant navigate anymore from this point onwards. Just the website security times-out. I never had this problem before 10.3.9
Is it something to do with Java 1.4.2 ?
I have delete the whole safari and also tried out the solution from Apple Knowledge Based, and then download the safari and then update the 10.3.9 again. Didnt work.
I can't afford to upgrade to Tiger at the moment, if that solves the problem.
Does Safari has problem wit Microsoft Exchange Servers ?
Because i noticed recently, i have the similiar navigation problem when i log on to my university website , where the navigation bar dissapears when i move on to the next screen.
Hope some one can help. Last few months being away from home, I had to resort to find a windows computer to do my banking and check on my lecturers via the web.
    Thanks.
    regards,
    Siva

    Hello Freelancer:
Unfortunately some web developers do not write code to standards - worse yet, they occasionally use Microsoft (IE) specific extensions. I always inform the web sites in question that there are problems - some fix them, some do not.
What bank do you use? There are many banks that have excellent web sites that work well with Safari. I personally use Bank of America, but I do not know where you are located so I cannot advise further.

  • Internet banking's virtual keyboard isn't responsive,why?

in my laptop, the Internet banking's Virtual Keyboard for Login & Payment methods doesn't work.Solution/Settings please.

Thank you for the response. After careful contemplation of the situation, it almost appears that there is a compatibility issue when accessing this website on Google Chrome. I located a resource with minimal troubleshooting and decent information you can apply: http://www.chromium.org/Home/chromecompatfaq
Also, out of curiosity, I would like you to try performing the exact same task in a different user account. If it doesn't work on another account, just attempt the task on a different computer. This will narrow down the possibilities of error.
Please respond as soon as possible. I will continue to research the issue in the meantime.

  • The message "A problem has occurred trying to process your request. Please try again later. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused." is displyed when I try to log on to my internet banking. Please can you tell me why?

Since upgrading to the latest version of Firefox, I'm now getting the message "A problem has occurred trying to process your request. Please try again later. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused." when I try to log onto my internet banking site. This occurs after going thru the first two steps of the login process. I don't get this problem when I login to all my other bookmarked sites, or when I use Internet Explorer. I'm using Windows XP. Any suggestions? (Note: I've just reloaded version 6 of Firefox, but it's not made any difference.)

I think I have opened the sobig.f virus in my hotmail account and it keeps seding emails to my contacts. How do I stop it, and will it effect any of my other transactions like internet banking/shopping, is it safe To continue using my ipad ?

This isn't due to malware. There is no known malware capable of infecting an iPad that has not been jailbroken (ie, hacked to allow apps from outside the App Store).
As lizdance40 says, your Hotmail account has been hacked remotely. Change the password immediately. Hotmail accounts are popular targets, but as long as you choose a good password, and make sure that password is not the same as a password you use with any other account, you should be safe.
I disagree with lizdance40's statement that you have to abandon the account and create a new e-mail address. If a hacker is able to get back in even after changing the password, the problem is not with the account itself. There's another vulnerability of some kind somewhere. Perhaps the account allows hackers to leave a "back door" to get back in (such as with GMail's delegation feature), in which case any such feature needs to be reviewed and have settings changed. Perhaps you are checking mail in an insecure manner while on an insecure network (ie, a wireless network that requires no password). Perhaps you are using a password on multiple accounts, and a different account has been compromised. Perhaps a hacker has used knowledge gained by prior access to your account to achieve "social hacking" (ie, convincing a tech to give him access because he has "forgotten the password"). There are many scenarios, but there's no good reason to abandon the account entirely.

  • Lloydstsb Internet banking doesn't work on iPod touch safari

have just set up and tested my iPod touch with my favourite sites, and all was well until I tried my Internet banking. If you try and log into www.lloydstsb.com Internet banking, you are just constantly redirected to the original signin page with no errors. I have turned on the debug option in safari, and do see 2 HTML missing tag errors when I try to log in, but this site works perfectly on safari for Mac and pc. There doesn't appear to be a "report bugs to apple" link in safari either, even with the debug output turned on. Has anyone else had this issue? I presume this issue will be present on the iPhone too.

    Thanks guys
I am pretty sure the issue isn't with my bank. If you just go to www.lloydstsb.com and choose to log into personal banking, then hit the continue button under the login box (without entering any username or password) it will just reload the same login page. In any other. On a mac or a pc it will give you an error that you entered invalid details. I think it's an issue with safari on the touch.
Is the product feedback page really the only way to raise this specific bug with them? I upgraded my tomtom firmware the other day, and it had a bug on my particular hardware. I hit the tomtom site, support area, phone number, then called them in the I'm and they were able to advise me that this was a known issue and could talk me through fixing it. That's what I call customer service, and this was on a 3 year old £70 piece of hardware. I aparently am allowed to raise only 1 support call within 90 days of my purchase, and that's it. I don't want to waste it on this one bug.

  • Where can I get the main password for Firefox? I can not reach in my internet bank because i don't know this password?

    Hi,
i have a problem. I'm reaching my internet bank via Firefox. But suddenly it is asking me to type a ''main password''. This is not a password for internet bank account but it supposed to be a password for Mozilla. I don't remember setting this password and now I'm not able to log in in my bank. Where can i get this password asap?
Thank you very much for your help,
    Janza

Is this the Master Password for the Firefox Password Manager?
The Current Firefox release allows to save a name and password from sites that have a log in form with autocomplete="off".
If you want to disable this new feature then you can toggle the signon.storeWhenAutocompleteOff pref to false on the <b>about:config</b> page with a double-click.
You can open the <b>about:config</b> page via the location bar and you can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
Can you access the saved passwords?

  • Bank Payment with Three currencies at a time

    Good afternoon
Iu2019m looking for someone that would know if SAP Business One could handle three different currencies from a Bank payment perspective, meaning that I have ZAR set as my local and system currency and my bank account is a USD currency but my client is paying me in their currency which could be anything let say EUR.
My system is set up local and system currency being the same, but like this it canu2019t manage three currencies it only looks at the local and BP currency when doing a payment not giving me the option to pay in USD. Itu2019s important because when I pay my client out of my USD bank account into their EUR account the system only keeps track of the exchange rate between my local and bank currency and I need it to keep track of both EUR to USD and USD to ZAR.
Does anyone know how I would be able to do this in SAP B1?
    Thank you all
    Regards
    Ronald

    Hi Ronald
I had a similar issue with Namibia where they can accept Rands or Namibian Dollars as the Namibian Dollar is linked to the Rand through our Reserve Bank at 1:1. It is a bit tricky to handle but here goes. You could consider using an interim account for the incoming payment to offset in EUR. Then use a journal to transfer the EUR to the USD account. With other words under bank transfer in payment means, choose an interim account instead of the bank account. Then do a journal to transfer the EUR into the USD account. Only problem is that any exchange rate gains or losses must be posted manually.
