Internet Download manager not working with latest version of Firefox.
My Firefox keeps crashing regularly as wee. Any suggestions how to fix these two problems.
Can you confirm the version of Firefox you're using? The information in this post suggests you're using Firefox 19. The latest version is 35.0.1.

Add-on developers need to keep up with new versions of Firefox as they are released and update their product. Have you checked with IDM to see if they have an update for you to install? Or ask them when they are going to have an update ready for 5.0.

internet Download Manager cannot integration with firefox4 its Look in the menus it works but it does not actually work
IDM may need to be updated to work with Firefox 4.0. You could contact them and make them aware of the problems you are having with their program.

why does iTunes keep giving me bogus error messages. "Your internet connection is not working, check your connection and try again." My internet is working fine. iTunes is not working and will not allow me to download tunes.

Password Manager not working with any internet browsers
I have Thinkvantage password manager installed (v. 3.20.0311.00) on my Thinkpad X201. I am running Windows 7 professional, 64 bit. Password Manager works for all programs except IE8 or Mozilla Firefox (eg. works for Outlook, works for iTunes, etc.). When browsing, the program simply never pops up. It worked previously, and I still have many saved website login details, but it never logs in for me any more and new sites do not activate the program.
I have made sure that the add-on is enabled and I have checked the box next to "enable 3rd party browser extensions" in the advanced tab of internet options. I have also tried resetting internet explorer settings. As mentioned above, this in not only a problem with IE8; it also occurs with Firefox.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Dr_RapSame problem here. I just recieved mine (Win 7 pro 64 bit, X201 Multitouch) last week and password manager not working at all in ANY web browser. It recorded my .net password just fine, but i can't get it to work in IE8. Who pays this kind of money for something that doesnt work?

Internet download manager and adobe pdf add ons aren't working with FF4, but was fine with 3.6
I updated from ff3.6 to 4.0. After which the ff extensions of IDM 5.19 (internet download manager) and adobe pro pdf maker, were found to be incompatible. Any solutions?
1) When I go to the apple.com website my computer will either be really slow or freeze my whole system down to where I have to reboot my computer again. This does not happen all the time but when it does operate it is molasses slow.

Some of the video has the option. however not all the video can be download using that method. previously when i am using windows i could download directly any video that i want, yet that is not the case for mac. therefore, i am looking any apps that could work similar or even better like internet download manager will be very appreciated.

RealPlayer download feature not working in Firefox (but works in IE)
Realplayer download feature (cursor over a youtube video, "download this video" pops up) has recently quit working for me (I've been using it for months). I've searched knowledge bases and forums extensively and tried all the suggestions., such as rolling back from Flash Player 11.5 to 10.3 (no luck), disabling/enabling RealPlayer Download plugin in Firefox (no luck), etc. The one suggestion I'd like to try but can't is going into RealPlayer preferences and enabling/disabling the "Download and Record" function. I can't because all I have in my preferences is "Recording" and the options have nothing to do with downloading. None of the RealNetworks/RealPlayer support sites are helpful at all...
However, the download feature works just fine in Internet ExplorerRealplayer download does not work in Firefox. Someone suggested ant.com as an add-on. That works.
For youtube I use YTD downloader (a youtube product). It is more reliable for youtube videos. -

Wait till you "update" to firefox 4 and EVERYthing breaks, including the buttons that come with it. There is no arrow next to the dropdown button, right clicking the tab bar doesn't bring up the correct menu, but one as though it were the menu bar (which is missing) and the information bar is missing. True, it's fast, but you'll spend weeks getting it to work properly. -

I think the image looks more descriptive than my words actually.. When I move the first rectangle to the top of the page the gradient background disappear in the preview (on the right side of the screen), even though I still can see that in my Design
